Beautiful views of the bay or the ocean from either side of the condo. The most thoughtful and up-to-date touches made for an enjoyable stay with everything we could need. Michael is a great host who cares about his guests experience. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer…but it certainly gave us something to look forward to coming back to!

We enjoyed our few days in this condo and on the beach. Nice area and doesn’t have the crowds of the Destin area. Close to restaurants and a grocery. Check in and check out so easy. Manager communicates quickly. The views were lovely. Only slight issue were elevators. One was broken and 2 usable ones needed maintenance. But other guests told us they were fixing them. But this was only issue and it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks for a nice getaway.

The beach is incredibly close to the resort, so not a long walk with all of your beach "stuff" to set up.

We enjoyed the fact the the condo included very nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Also included a pac n play and booster seat which came in handy with our 1 year old. The pac n play also had a very nice mattress pad.

Our stay was just a few days, we were trying to get to know the area. The location was central and the accommodations were clean and well stocked. The owner was easy to work with and supplied a great deal of information and instructions to enjoy the property and our stay.

Great views as advertised. This unit was clean and very nicely decorated. Unfortunately it was quite chilly when we visited at spring break but still managed time on the beach :) Rosemary beach community is a short 10 minute drive and Publix is just down the road.

We loved our stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was clean and had everything you could possibly want. The views are fantastic and the beach is just steps away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby along with several grocery stores. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Enjoyed it
We enjoyed our stay. The number of guests the condo holds (6) is a bit misleading since there are only 2 beds. The fold outs that were available are not actually beds. We purchased an inflatable bed for one of my sons to sleep on. They are 17 and 13 and would prefer not to sleep together and both are way too big for the cushions. The location was great and the view was amazing. We enjoyed it!

ZERO COMPLAINTS from us!!
We have rented 2 condos per year for the last few years to accommodate for out of state softball and baseball tournaments for our younger 2 children. This was by far THE BEST condo we have been in! The views on both sides were absolutely beautiful, each morning & evening was a different natural work of art! The best part was how well stocked this condo was with just about everything! The pots and pans were high quality which makes a huge difference in cooking for a family! We will absolutely book here again!

We loved the condo and the location, great location for families as it was less busy than the main strip of pcb area. The views were great, it was nicely equipped, I don’t think there was anything we needed and didn’t have, and the owners were very friendly to deal with throughout the whole process, we will definitely have this one on our radar from now on!

Anniversary Getaway
VIEWS ARE AMAZING!!!! Beds are comfy and the inside of the condo is new and updated beautifully! This was a fantastic place to stay! It is updated and in an absolutely gorgeous spot. We had a check in error experience where the guard misplaced our names, but the owner and security team were fantastic at figuring out the situation in a professional and timely manner. We would certainly stay here again.

I have been taking my family to this area for years and this experience ranks at the top. The property manager went above and beyond in communicating with us before, during and even after our stay. He made sure the process was smooth and we had everything we needed. The detail provided relative to your stay (beach details, condo specifics, restaurant recommendations, etc.) Is top notch. Just what we needed!
We could not have asked for a better property for our anniversary trip. The condo itself is comfortable, clean and stylish. Having 2 balconies with views of the lake and beach is really cool! The area feels tucked away with still being close to the action in Rosemary Beach and 30A. We rented kayaks at Camp Helen, fished a little in the lake, walked the beach and relaxed in the pool. The only issue was that we could not stay longer!

Beach house
We had the best experience ever. This was the first time my grandson visited the beach. There were many extra things that were available for our use (ie baby gate, beach toys, etc) The property owner was in touch with me before we arrived as well as during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. They were very easy to contact. The condo was exceptionally clean and organized. My granddaughter kept calling it our beach house.

Beautiful views, clean property
Property was very clean. We loved having a view of the lake and ocean. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage in bedroom. Beach was not crowded at this property as it sits off to itself some. We were very close to highway 30A and enjoyed our bike ride through seaside, seagrove, Alys beach and Rosemary. The owner was very helpful!

Nice place
We didn't smoke. We must have picked up trash and emptied our pockets. The cleaning people were there when we left therefore, they would have smelled smoke immediately and mentioned it. Not several hours afterwards. Anyway, we had a nice time.

Another great vacation
Great property. Had all the amenities needed. Beach chairs, beach towels, toys for the beach for our youngest daughter. Beach was not over crowded. Great location for families. PCB beach was 5 to 6 tents deep on the beach. We got a front row seat everyday on this beach and didn't have to go down at the butt crack of dawn to get it.

Overall positive
It was really nice. Only issue we had was entry code didn't work upon check in but owner was quick & give us an alternative code that we ended up using our entire stay & the upstairs TVs didn't really work it was lagging so could really watch a full show. I think it was the internet connection that cause the issues with entry & TV but my over all experience was super nice, everything was great & I would definitely book again
