This was a perfect place to get away to! Only a few steps till your toes are in the white sand & beautiful green blue water! This condo was updated in a relaxing costal feel.

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay! The property is wonderful - especially the chairs on the porch! Perfect for watching the waves. Nice, quiet area.

The only downer was the weather. (Rained 2 of 3 days). Everything else was excellent. We hope to return!

We loved spending an entire month at The Palms. The view of the sunset, the beach, and the well maintained grounds, were all amazing from the balcony of A6. We felt spoiled having a private beach access. This condo is clean and stocked with every kitchen item needed for a comfortable stay. The location is within walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and was dedicated to making our stay comfortable. The biking on 30A a great way to get around while getting some exercise. We are looking forward to spending more time at The Palms -A6. 😀

We’ve been coming to Seagrove for a long time, and this is one of the best all around places we’ve ever stayed. Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, well appointed and super comfortable. What else could we want? Will definitely save this one and plan to be back!

We were thrilled with this location! We were a bit hesitant to be on the second floor, but it was a quick walk to the beach and the front door is straight ahead from the stairs. Owners were wonderful to work with! Just an outstanding experience. Looking forward to the next time!

The property was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vaca. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! There is a lot of construction going on in the area (including Seacrest, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach) so be prepared for lots of equipment and construction workers in restaurants during lunch time so the wait might be a little long, depending on where you go. Parking is very limited at local restaurants so renting a bicycle or LSV is probably the best way to get around. A big thank you to our host for informing us of this and giving us some recommendations for getting around.

This is a beautiful condo, perfectly updated in a modern coastal farmhouse style. The location right on the beach is so convenient, plus it's well located super close to many restaurants, the grocery store, etc. We would stay here again and have already recommended it to family.

Family beach vacation
Our communications with the owner were always answered quickly and to our satisfaction. The property was very clean and the amenities were excellent! Everything from the bathrooms, sinks, toilets, washer and dryer, kitchen sink, microwave and beds were top notch! The view from the property of the beach was unbelievable! The best property and view me and my family have ever experienced of the several stays we have had in the past while at properties from Sandestin to Seagrove.

A6 was a very quaint 1 bedroom with all the amenities. With the exception of a few small item that were missing or broken it was really a good stay. I would suggest updating the plumbing as we had a leak.

This property is close to perfect. Great view. Excellent condition. So many things to do within a short drive. Very comfortable, the unit had everything you need to unwind and even cook if you want to. Easy check in. Did I mention the view? We had stayed in another unit in this building and liked it very much, but this one is updated and even better. We try to make it down to the area every year in early November, the weather is still decent and it's not crowded. We missed coming down in '20 due to Covid, coming back reminded us why we love 30A so much. I'm thinking we will stay here again in the future. :)
