This condo is beautiful. You are also in walking distance of a Publix and a few restaurants, as well as the pier. The owner is very helpful. I will definitely be back.

Great property, great location and quiet. Beach is wonderful for relaxing and going for walks. Restaurants , groceries and liquor stores are nearby. Just a great spot.

The property is quiet and very nice. If you are looking for peace and comfort with family and kids to stay on beach, this is a nice place.

This condo is beautiful, and so conveniently located! Well stocked with spices in the kitchen, and plenty of games and beach accessories to keep us entertained. The only reason we are not able to give it a full 5-stars is because the home a LOT of bugs inside of it. Luann told us these are blind mosquitos and are harmless, but there were many of these that were creeping into the condo from the patio area (we did not keep the door open). Luann was not able to help us with the bugs since it was Memorial Weekend, so we vacuumed and cleaned up every morning to remove them, which was inconvenient and definitely an eye-sore.

With our expectations high, on our 50th wedding Anniversary, we weren't as much disappointed with the property as we were with the condition. Our immediate feelings were felt through the grout being very dirty in all the floor tile, and master bath shower. There was dust and dirt on the floor, as well as black dog hair from two renters before us. The vertical blinds wouldn't close in the dinning area and master bedroom. The handle broke on the master bathroom toilet on our first day, and the toilet was already broken before arrived. The shower head in the guest bath leaked. Then, much of the useable space available to us (closets, dressers, chests, and drawers) still had personal belongings from the owners. I did find the property manager to be very congenial, and responsive to our calls for help with the toilets. I had hoped to be able to go down to the beach, as I thought the walkway across the dunes was handicapped accessible on both ends, but it was not. I use a powered mobility chair, and while I could get across the narrow walkway, once to the end there was no place to leave my chair or would I be able to walk down the many steps. I barely had room to turn my chair around. Then, to matters worse, they had started a beach erosion program, for which a two mile long 30" pipe was placed along the beach; so if I had managed the walkway, I would never get over the pipe! Particularly bothersome was the attitude expressed by a permanent resident and his wife on our last day there. We were there for 10 days, and enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean, but were not happy with the condo.

The condo was great plenty of room, super clean and the patio gave great views of the ocean where we seen dolphins playing almost daily. We were even luck enough to witness some sea turtles hatch!!! Luann was the best host ever answered messages we had in a matter of minutes!! Thank you for such a great vacation!

This is a top quality vacation rental! We enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and the fantastic beach. We will stay here again.

This was our third time staying at this property. It is perfectly located near the grocery store and restaurants, yet the beach is still uncrowded and quiet. The condo has all the comforts of home, and we LOVE the outdoor living area! It has become our home away from home. We can’t wait for next summer!

We had a great trip. The condo was nice. We loved the balcony. It rained a lot while we were there so we really relaxed. The beds were very comfortable.

The property was nicer than the pictures. Easy to get to the beach, which was never crowded and easy to to shopping and restaurants

We enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to hear and see the beach. Fishing from the beach right out in front of our balcony was so convenient. There is more room than the pictures reflect. Everything seemed to be in good working order. Would stay again.

We stayed in the condo for 4 nights and it was a perfect getaway! Our final day ended with dolphin sightings from the patio - epic.

We were very pleased with the unit. Very quiet small condo building (only 7 units). We had a couple of minor things that needed to be remedied, but Luann was great when I called to report them and fixed them quickly. The reason I gave a 4 * on the cleanliness...the tile floors needed a really good mopping. We could see dust all over the floor and two of the guys walked barefoot in the unit and their feet were black on the bottom. We found a dust mop and vacuum, but couldn't locate a broom until 3 days into our stay. Everything else was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the location and the beach was very nice. Loved the nice large balcony overlooking the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit contains everything you"ll need and more. The ocean is right there for you to enjoy!

Beautiful, large 3 bedroom unit (1 of 7 in great building, right on the beach),best ocean view in Vilano. Minor maintenance/cleanliness issues, but property mgr handled promptly. Unfortunately future rental rates have gone up dramatically; would be our perennial choice otherwise.

Fantastic view directly on the coast, well appointed, plenty of space and super fast response to our questions or needs. Large grocery store right down the road was a big plus. Also, a private boardwalk to the sea with plenty of beach along with a balcony with a great seating arrangement and a beautiful view of the sea and morning sunrises. Just a few minutes drive from downtown St. Augustine. Our trip was cut short due to the hurricane, but hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful time. Place was really nice and accommodating. Lots to do! Location was perfect.

From start to finish was a great trip. Fantastic location! Beach was not crowded yet we were in a short drive to everything we would want!

Loved the condo. This was our second time at Seacrest and the first time in this unit. The only negative was how slow the water drained. With that aside we had a wonderful time. Very comfortable and well stocked with items needed for a fun packed week with family. Thank you.

Love staying in Vilano Beach. To date this is the best rental we have stayed in. Well decorated and comfortable bedrooms, kitchen has high end appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Private boardwalk to the beach, beautiful views from the balcony, sound of the waves and smell of the sea. Condo was spacious and relaxing, got the best sleep during our stay. Everything down to the decorations and lamps were chosen to enhance the condo’s appeal. Plenty of parking, close to Publix and several restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family had an excellent vacation at this wonderful beach condo. It was clean and well-maintained. The condo was accurately equipped as listed online and has very good views. We had a great family beach week and would definitely recommend this condo to others, and we do plan on staying there again in the future.

It was an excellent location. Very close to a private section of beach. It was not crowded at all! Fully stocked kitchen We had all the things we needed to cook meals and dishes to eat with. Had lots of towels and pillows. Didn’t like the plastic cover on the master bed! But I get it but not great to sleep on! But my family said the other beds were very comfortable. The balcony area was a little dirty. We had to wipe it all down due to a special needs child all over it. The sliding doors on the patio didn’t close exactly great especially the screen very hard to slide. But overall all it was a beautiful place to stay. The agent Luann responded quickly to any concerns or questions so it was a fantastic place to vacation! Would definitely book it again!

This condo is beautiful! The views of the ocean are breathtaking and the beach is very empty, feels private. My only recommendation to the owners is charge $15. More and supply more toilet paper and coffee.

The condo decor was very unique and beautiful. Easy access to the beach, store and St Augustine. Unfortunately they are building right close next door, so there wasn’t any privacy on the balcony and it was quite noisy. Should consider putting a drop down blind on that side of balcony, but all in all was a very enjoyable month.
