This place has one TV in the living room. The linens all smell old and have spots. Cigarettes on the front address decal on the house. Back gate not secure. Lights in backyard don't work. No lights in patio at all. Absolutely no paper towels. Dishes dirty inside of cabinet. Garage the nastiest I've endured and have the nerve to say don't open it. Wifi was in and out and had to use me own to stay working.To be fair they let use stay a few hours that saved with the dog. But I wouldn't recommend this place for the amount. You can be in great places with consideration and amenities for this price. Took pictures before entering and when we left so we know we left the place better than when we arrived

Great property for us, met our needs perfectly. They leave a neat starter package , minus the food of course its basically like these people just let us use the house as ours, we saved alot over hotel costs, not to mention laundry!!! Some minor things such as mixmatched screws in door hardware, garagedoor spring could be tensioned so could use it. Also when going through the literature they leave if look at all the trash runs 5 days a week!!! Dont know why so many days lol, but in actuality Mondays and Thursdays are trash days. Thurs also recycling day. Great neighborhood very peaceful, the beds all sleep amazing too.

We had to spend 4-weeks in Clearwater for corporate training and this house served our family well. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a nice central neighborhood.

What a beautiful and perfect home and property! Everything was so clean and cozy. Great fenced in backyard for the pups. Wonderful hosts to communicate with. Highly recommended!

The house is an older home but you can see that the owners are in the process of upgrades. Everything in the house is nice and clean. The house is fairly close to the beach and we didn't mind the drive. We did not have to be beachside. Besides it being better to go to less populated areas for shelling. Thumbs up. The per day price is reasonable. The fees kind of hiked the price though. That was the only negative in my opinion. And also not reflective of our stay. I understand the pet fees, taxes and cleaning but some of the service/vrbo fees are excessive. Owners may not have control of this.

This property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood near Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg and many other areas. There are two county parks minutes away with beautiful walking trails. We also found some great restaurants and breweries nearby. The house itself was very clean and roomy and the fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. The hosts were always available to us and immediately took care of a couple of very minor issues.

The owner communicated often and responsively to my minor concerns during my stay. If something was not quite right, he responded immediately and his staff took care of everything quickly and professionally. The housekeeper assigned to my place was excellent, a hard worker and detailed oriented. I could not have asked for anything more and they all made my stay pleasurable and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location , the owner and his staff to anyone considering staying there

Property owners were helpful and answered promptly via email. The place was in nice location and the kids liked it. Couldn't use the back patio because it was full of spiders and cobwebs. The house inside was also dirty. Doesn't get fully cleaned between guests. There were sunflower seeds from previously guest, dirt, and also dust bunnies everywhere.

Home was nice in a very good area close to all areas that we where interested in would of liked to have seen more then one tv property’s sleeps nine I found one tv for four adults was not enough

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. As hectic as Christmas can be, we felt totally at ease in Gustavos home. Located close to EVERTHING!! We were able to bring our dogs and I wasn't worried a bit as the fenced yard was in great condition. Next time we come to Florida this is the home that we would love to stay. Thanks for a memorable vacation!!

The hosts were very nice and responded quickly and friendly. The furniture and beds very comfortable. The fenced back yard was awesome for our pets. The neighbors were super friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet. After being on the road for over a month it was nice to enjoy home cooked meals! Having a place to do laundry was nice. We were centrally located and everything was less than half hour from our door. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

This is a very nice home. We chose it because it put us in a central location, not too far a drive into Tampa and not too far from the beaches. It had everything that we needed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. The neighborhood is nice. It has a big fenced in backyard that our puppy dog enjoyed. If we come back to this area, we wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

The house is neat and clean and we love the fenced yard for our pets! The big tree out front is beautiful and provides great shade! It's in the perfect location for our needs and close to everything! Nice neighborhood!

The owners were very communicative at check in, and checking mid week if we needed anything. The home is very clean with lots of space. Check under the bathroom cabinet for the hairdryer, it works very well! ~Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking implements ~Plenty of towels (check the main bathroom closet behind the door. we didn't see that closet until a few days in) ~There is a bathroom scale that was very useful when re-packing luggage to ensure we were under weight. ~There were plenty of pillows although the beds were all very firm. ~Back covered patio could use some relaxing furniture, it's a nice area to sit and relax. ~The lawn person filled the garbage can completely and the timing was such the garbage pickup date wasn't until after we left, so we had some bags sitting in the garage when we left. I suppose the cleaning person is used to that. ~Yard has foliage and large trees surrounding it, it was very nice and relaxing. I loved the large oak tree in front and lizard friends hanging out. I would stay again no hesitation :-)

The home is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, close to shopping and dining areas. We had friends staying in Clearwater Beach and the drive to the beach was 15-20min, depending on traffic. Home is exactly what it was pictured to be and had everything that we were looking for. Would recommend this to anyone traveling and wanting to stay in Clearwater or St Petersburg area (downtown St Petersburg is only 15min away). This was our first experience with HomeAway and we are not going back to renting a hotel room again! Having two full baths, three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a living room was more than any hotel could provide to a family of 5. You do need a rental car if you are to stay at this home. The owners were prompt in responding to any of our inquiries and extremely polite. Overall, would recommend this home to a friend, and if we go back to the area, will definitely rent it again!

This property was an excellent choice for our 4-person & pet needs. We will not hesitate to stay here again when visiting the Clearwater-Tampa-St Pete area. The location, beds, cleanliness & communication with Gus deserve 5-stars.

We brought our family down during spring break to visit our eldest who is doing an internship at the nearby aquarium. The house was comfy and clean with all the amenities needed. The kitchen was great and even had a crock pot for me to cook my daughter a late St Patty’s day corned beef! The location is very convenient to groceries and other needs. There’s even a park nearby. If you want to take a day and go to Orlando (we had to see the new Pandora) it’s a short day trip away. We also went to several beaches nearby. The hosts were great and only a message away if we needed anything. We had a great time at this home!

Great overall stay home is exactly as described and has all of the basics needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet and quaint neighborhood that is convienent to shopping and entertainment. Plenty of room to relax inside and very well equipped. This is a great vacation getaway. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to relax in the Tampa/Clearwater area.

My cousin and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful, clean, wonderful home. The owner, Gus, responded immediately to any comments or concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and charming - we went for a walk late the first night we arrived, as we were still on West Coast time. It felt perfectly safe. The home is located in a great area, near restaurants and main streets, yet totally residential. I highly recommend this property, and I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area! Laura

The house was lovely and convenient to everything. The fenced in backyard really helped with the dog wanting to be outside. This is a comment only. We are a tall family with the men well over six feet. The double beds in two of the bedrooms allowed for their feet hanging over the end of the bed.
