The condo was nice and clean. Kitchen didn’t leave room for food. Cupboards were full of dishes. Had an issue with the garbage disposal but owner responded quickly. It would be nice if the pots and pans were newer. The location was great.

This was a perfect location for mountain activities and a quick walk down to the town.

Condo ski in / ski out was great. Walk across street to non-crowded lift. Ski into parking lot / stairs. Great ski access.
Walkable to town, but we'd drive to city lot at the bottom of the hill (about a 2 minute drive) and walk from there.
Condo was great. Exactly as described. No complaints. I'd rebook this condo in a heartbeat.

Great location next to the Snowflake lift. Condo is well equipped. The window seat is a nice place to sit and enjoy the view and soak up the sun. Very close to the hot tubs. This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo and it has worked well for us.

We had an amazing stay in Breckenridge. The property owner was so responsive and easy to get a hold of and very nice to work with. The location was superb. Truly a ski in/ ski out. Snowflake lift right out back door. Easy access to every level of skiing. We were even able to come home for lunch in the middle of ski day on our skis. There was free transportation to take you into town or to other ski lifts. Truly a ski town. No vehicle needed. The condo had everything we needed to make any meal. Plenty of towels and linens and board games. Beds were comfortable. Layout of condo was great our family. We traveled with my husband and I and 3 kids aged 17 to 23. Everyone had plenty to do. Plenty of room to sleep and not get in each others space. And best of all access to plenty of ski runs for any level of skier. I love this place. I will return again. Oh and check in and check out process was simple.

My husband, daughter, her husband and 2 grand daughters stayed here. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The girls loved the games. Was very quiet and an easy walk to all the action! My daughter was so appreciative that there were ziploc bags and aluminum foil. Sometimes it's the small things that make a difference. Would definitely book it again

Stayed here for the access, right across street from lift and walk down hill to shops and food. Has all you need to cook dinners, hot tub access is right out the front door. good place to hang lots of gear at front door and get on boots. Beds were a bit firm for my taste but slept OK. laundry in the unit was big plus. Second time sstaying here and would again.

It’s an updated older building and kitchen was very well stocked. Some mattresses could use replacing though. Overall, we were comfortable there and management was very responsive.

Wonderful location and stay
We were a group of three families who loved our stay here. It was very clean, with comfortable beds, and easy ski in and ski out. The kids also loved the many games that were provided. Can’t wait to go back!

A wonderful stay
Perfect location. We walked to Downtown Breck every night and hopped on the snowflake lift each morning. Comfortable beds, hot tubs just a few feet away, fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

January 2022 Weekend Ski Trip
The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for the 4 grown (overgrown) men on this trip. Very convenient to Snowflake Lift and ski to the condo at end of day. Convenient enough that we even skied in for lunch break one day. Lauren offered timely and complete advice and instruction concerning the stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay!
Wonderful experience , true ski in, ski out very short walk (snowflake lift) across parking lot. Used ski rental (charter) next to lift, and allowed us to store equipment on their racks overnight. Walk to downtown takes about 7 minutes. Check in was very easy, excellent communication through entire process. Would highly recommend.

Location Location Location
This condo was a perfect fit for our family. It had plenty of room for us to spread out and had everything we needed. The location could not be beat! It is literally a few steps from Snowflake lift and even better ski in. I also love that it is a 10 minute walk to town and even less to the free bus system. We never had to use the car. This is the one we want to return to.

Great location and amenities for skiing
The experience was great Owner Lauren was always available and helpful. The condo was everything described. It is well equipped for home cooked meals also.
When there is enough snow it is a true ski in ski out with easy access to Snowflake lift and return into thw parking lit serving the codo down the 4 o'clock trail at the end of the day or even for quick mid-day breaks.
Lauren is a great host - will use this home again in the future.

Awesome Location!
Truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. Porch view was beautiful. Only footsteps away from a ski Lyft and delicious restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome location and fabulous accommodations
This property has an excellent location to ski rental and access to the snowflake ski lift. The condo is very nice and had everything necessary to cook and eat in house. Side note: Lauren was very accommodating for us as we got in early because of a large snow storm happening.

Perfect location
The condo was perfectly located for ski in/out. It was great to hop on the uncrowded snowflake lift and get our ski day started fast. We had friends meet us that needed to get lift tickets and the ticket office is right there with no wait. It’s a hidden little gem! The condo is roomy and has a well equipped kitchen. The check in info said the hot tubs were closed due to Covid but they were open and usable and also just across the hall from the condo!! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location Ski In and Ski Out
You grab your skis in the morning walk across the street and hop on the lift! Then at the end of the day you can ski right up to the front door!

Excellent location!
Couldn't ask for a better ski-in/ski-out location, very convenient to Main St by foot or free shuttle. Condo was good size for 6 of us with plenty of space and very comfortable. Kitchen seemed well stocked, though a bit unorganized. The only thing really needing attention was the kitchen sink faucet - it was not tightened properly when installed, so the the faucet itself moved around. No leaking or anything, but a bit annoying...since it wasn't secured properly, when trying to move the faucet left or right over one of the sinks, it would naturally go back to center over the sink divider. Aside from that, we'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to lift. Clean and cozy.The only negative part was - they do not allow early check-in even if property is available. Keep that in mind when planning your trip.

Great location, great place
Outstanding trip for our family. Location was perfect for skiing, with easy short walk to rental and lift (across road) and skiing down from slopes to our condo. Inside was clean and well stocked with kitchen wares (even small colorful plates and cups for infants/children). Beds were very comfortable. Each room had a humidifier too, which we found to be a need during the winter months in Colorado. Even a sled available for pulling our grandson around. Also outstanding service from Lauren, who addressed all our pre-trip email questions timely and with great patience as it was our first trip to Breckenridge. An outstanding family vacation for us! Would highly recommend.

Perfectly situated across the street from Snowflake Chair. Hot water was a bit sporadic and back bedroom gets cold. Dish drying rack would be helpful. Overall, a very nice property.
