Lagerheads was perfect for our family stay. Short walk to the beach!

This was our second visit to Lagerheads. We came two years ago and had a great time so when our Disney plan fell through because of Covid-19 we looked to see if any weeks were still open. Only one remained so we booked it. Many features had been renovated and it was even nicer than before. We had 8 adults and 2 children with us. We stayed in and cooked every night, and spent the days on the beach. The perfect vacation! We love Lagerheads and highly recommend it. Just a short walk to the beach, and it's so nice having a pool for late afternoon and night time swims. I only wish we were still there!

I stayed at Lagerheads in early March for a much needed girls weekend. The house is clean, well appointed and has the most amazing view from the "crows nest". Very close to the beach and Rosemary so we rode the bikes everywhere. Highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again soon!

Amazing place with incredible views.....walking distance to everything, a true 9 minutes into Rosemary center and just 3 minutes onto the sand. A good sized lot, fenced for our dogs and the pool had an additional gate so they couldn't go in. The upper, covered deck is awesome with ocean views as far as you can see and lighted too so we could hang out up there after sunset. A definite "come back to" place !

Perfect layout for multi-generation family vacation. Plenty of room inside and out plus a private pool! Loved it. We'll be back!!

Lagerheads was perfect for our group.

AWESOME ! What a place and what a way to end the Summer. The sand is so close and the shops of Rosemary are only 2 blocks.....everyone in our group LOVED the week. We had a great experience at Lagerheads and with Paradise Properties. Home was clean, easy walk to beach access, pool was great for everyone, great communication, and no issues. As mentioned in prior reviews, there is construction on the street but nothing that was loud or intrusive. Highly recommend home and rental company. Thanks for a great time! Enjoyed our stay - short walk to the beach, gated yard with a pool, electric car charger! Everything you'd ever want and more! MANAGEMENT RESPONSE "Lagerheads" for the win! This house was fantastic. We had beautiful weather all week but with double reds for 7 straight days we did not get to swim in the Gulf. This allowed us to spend more time taking advantage of the house. We had lots of pool time, badminton, and we ate all meals either on the crows nest or screened in porch. We worked/schooled the week we were here and we could not get the internet to connect. We had to use our hotspots. I am sure if we called the rental company they would have helped but I did not want anyone in the house. The fridge makes an annoying hum and the beds sleep hard. These are personal annoyances and does not take away from the amazing house that it is. We would gladly pick this house every time. Going home and not having a nightly cocktail in the crows nest watching the sunset was truly disappointing. Our doggo loved this house as well. He got lots of sun bathing and lizard watching accomplished. This was my daughter's favorite house we have ever stayed in. She loved the downstairs bunks, pool, and plan trees everywhere. And ALL OF THE BIKE RIDING. We rode to Rosemary daily.

Fantastic stay in October 2021. Super clean and well kept. Loved the high deck with great views. Easy walk to main beach access and combiner to many food and entertainment options. Very well appointed too!

This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 3 couples staying with us and our 4 year old daughter. She had a blast with the bunk room and being close to her room was nice too! The private pool was a hit, especially after the beach all day! There’s only a short walk to the beach. Very easy & not bad at all. Yes, there is construction around the property, but never anything annoying. There was a great coffee shop just down the road, Cafe Aroma! Best Tallybombs! We love you 30A! We will definitely be back! The internet is kind of spotty in the area. We did lose internet the last two days of our stay, but thankful we had a hotspot to stream things! Management tried to fix the problem twice, but we were at the beach and I guess couldn’t. Other than that great place to stay and well worth the price!

This place is the perfect place for family and pets. Management company very helpful. Large fenced in back yard. Good space/decor inside the house. Nice neighbors. Only drawback is, like many places in this area, some construction on the street that makes your surroundings less than appealing (Dec 2022). This is clearly a temporary situation.

Clean, great pool, wonderful time

This was the perfect property for our family of 10. Lovely amount of space, inside and outside of the house. We loved the well equipped kitchen, adequate seating space,privacy areas , wonderful screen porch. Of course the pool are was a hit, for family games and swimming. and the nicely fenced backyard for badmitten and corn hole games. Loved the crow's nest the most for quiet meditation and prayer. Score ! We highly recommend this property!

The house was well equipped and very clean. The linens were clean and white. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. It was in a perfect location that you could take in the quiet or ride bikes into Rosemary Beach. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay. Short 15 minute walk to the Rosemary shops. Additionally, the beach was just down the street and around the corner - probably a 5 minute walk at the most. Kitchen was well stocked. Great house with a lot of space. We enjoyed going up to the top deck each evening for sunset. Big backyard with volleyball, cornhole, badminton, etc... We would for sure stay here again.

Great location! Property had lots of space to spread out places for everyone to enjoy - games, pool, or a quiet area to read or nap! Loved that are dogs could come too!

Our friends and I absolutely loved this house!! One minute walk to the beach, a volleyball net and cornhole! We fit 16 comfortably. There was a cranky lady next door that was video taping my friends play volleyball and constantly walked back and forth staring at our group. We are all 25 year old adults not some rowdy teenagers, so we were not sure what her deal was. Other than that, we had other friendly neighbors and very beautiful area!!

Loved spending time at the beach and riding bikes around the area!!

House was great, all updated, clean. Everything worked as expected. 5 minute walk to public beach and 15 minute walk to Rosemary Beach shops. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our group of young adults and older adults. Plenty of space great outdoor seating, top deck views and perfect yard for dogs . It was great all around

Great rental property. Very clean and an exceptionally well stocked kitchen. Location was very convenient to the beach and the private pool was wonderful.

This place has plenty of space, all of the amenities you need and the bonus of a private pool. I wish I owned it, I'll just have to keep coming back.

Lagerheads was outstanding!!!

Property is great. We will definitely stay there again. Negatives: when we arrived on Saturday, we quickly discovered the floors (very nice, BTW) had not been mopped. Our feet were black on the bottoms after we heeded the sign downstairs that told us we were at the beach and should "lose your shoes!" The sprayer on the kitchen sink was also broken and not useable. We decided neither was an emergency and we would wait until Monday to call and report. Meanwhile, someone called Sunday morning to make sure all was well (Thank you! Nice service.) so I told them about these minor issues. She promised someone would be out Monday to take care of both. A two-person cleaning team showed up after calling Monday morning and did a stellar job of mopping with cleaners and re-mopping with plain water. No word on the sprayer. We let it go. Wednesday night, one of the kids got strangled and threw up in the pool. I called Thursday to ask if someone should take a look. And also mentioned the sprayer. The lady said she would check with the pool guy. No word all day Thursday. But the maintenance man came and fixed the sprayer. I called back late Thursday to check on the pool guy. The person saw nothing at all in his notes about a problem with the pool. But he'd check on it. Nothing else Thursday. Friday, I get a call from a number with an Oklahoma area code, which I normally would not answer, but I did. And it was someone from Paradise Properties making sure the pool was okay. He said the pool guy had come out Thursday and "shocked" it and it should be pristine. I was at the house all day Thursday and saw no one. Oklahoma dude (and the lady on Thursday, as well) assured us the usual filtration system would have fixed it. We did use the pool Friday but effectively did not have use of the pool all day on Thursday and that night. And I still doubt anybody shocked the pool on Thursday. Then, on Friday at about 3 PM, I get a nice call on voicemail reminding me of our checkout on Saturday, June 6. AT 9 AM! I call back to be sure since I have the email I received on May 25 that says checkout is 10 AM. I know things are rough with allowances for more elaborate cleanup due to the pandemic, but I do not believe things changed since May 25. And if they did, why did we not know about it until late the day before checkout, even when I talked with rental agency reps several times about the things above? Property? Great? Agency? Helpful and friendly. Communication? Not so stellar.

We enjoyed our visit. This location is perfect. Area is still private and not over built.

Great house that’s decorated wonderfully, short walk to the beach, nice pool, biking distance to TONS of food/drink places, and an outside shower! What else could you want?
