Look, the vews are to die for, one block to the beach. But... the place needs some TLC. TVs dont work, very noisy neighbors, bathrooms badly appounted, kitchin items a mess bad coffee service items and lastly beds too soft.

It was a perfect location where we could walk to just about everything we needed. amazing views off the back deck. Would definitely stay there again.

House was super clean, smelled good, and the location couldn't be better! You can see the ocean from the windows and while you are sitting on the balcony, and hear the waves crashing. Walk around the corner and down the block and you are at the beach. Grab coffee at Kraken, or ice cream from multiple places, and stroll on the beach or the boardwalk. Upper unit isn't available when we come back in October, but we already booked the lower unit for our stay. Love Avila, and this location is fabulous. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, great location, very livable. Only issue was there isn’t a pull out bed so one had to sleep on the couch. But still comfortable and relaxing.

Location was perfect. Very calming and relaxing. The kids (teenagers) enjoyed the vacation and approved of this house- which says a lot! My favorite part was going to the coffee shop just steps away for a latte and enjoying it on the deck while watching the ocean. Will definitely stay again next time! One thing to be aware of is there is construction going on nearby, which starts promptly at 7am and can drown out the sounds of the waves hitting the beach. It didn’t bother us, but thought I should mention it just in case others have concern. Overall, book it before it’s gone! Paradise is calling….

The property was perfect. Great location and view

This our first time using VRBO for Avila Beach. We usually stay at San Luis Bay Inn. But we are glad we got this little place this trip. Perfect location, one block from the beach. The deck was awesome with great views of the beach. Eateries are 5-8 minutes walk depending on what you want to eat. Our favorite is the Custom House. We took most of the stuff we needed with in term of food and the like. But a short 15 minute drive to the nearest Walmart. There was three of us and it had plenty of room. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, we had a great time and we will be going back to our favorite getaway place/our happy place Aviia Beach.

Lovely views, convenient to beach and restaurants, a great place to be. Short drive to SLO too.

The place was ideal for our visit. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located, well featured with conveniences and had easy parking. Easy check-in and check-out. Would recommend and would stay there again in the future.

Nice quiet place to unwind and get work done. Hearing the ocean waves crash on shore is relaxing and just what we were looking for.

Beautiful, clean home away from home with a spectacular ocean view from the patio or just inside the living room. One block to the promenade, shops, restaurants and beach. Most amenities, well stocked kitchen with tools and appliances, very, very clean. A very responsive and welcoming owner.

This rental is spotless and wonderfully set up. Everything we need without the clutter! And with the lovely desk on the beach side and all the windows … the apartment is full of fresh ocean breeze! The bedrooms are good size as are the bathrooms. I love the location because I can easily walk to the beach, restaurants and bars … but the rental is peaceful! I highly recommend this location and Tony is great to work with!

The property was what we wanted for this stay. Clean, great location for us. We might have just been there during a warmer time, but house took a long time to cool down. Suggestion would be a second window AC unit or a ceiling fan in living room. Thank you Great stay

We loved this property. It had plenty of room for my family of five. The property was very clean and accurate description. Check in and out so easy. We would definitely recommend this property.

This Avila Beach property is a wonderfully located two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment that is conveniently located about two minutes from the beach. The owner makes check-in and check-out extremely easy. We did not have any issues. If you are planning on staying, bring travel soaps and shampoos if you are planning on having multiple showers throughout your stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good location. Limited hand soap and shampoo. Kitchen had no foil to bake with. The guest bathroom had a bad smell. This property could use some updates.

This is a small unit but it worked for my husband & I. There are 2 bedrooms- one has its own bathroom which has not been updated but… a 2nd bathroom is definitely a plus. The main bathroom off of the hall entry has been updated and has lots of storage which is appreciated. The kitchen & living area is pretty small but it works for 2 people. I think 4 adults wld feel like you’re on top of each other. The best thing about this unit is the location, great view from both inside & outside and it’s comfortable ( nothing fancy). On the downside- the unit is a bit “tired” looking. There’s also small things that can easily be done to improve the place & experience of the vacationer. The ceiling light in the family room has 2 out of the 3 bulbs OUT. The main bathroom has 1 bulb out and the sink drain is SUPER slow. It needs to be cleared. These situations drag the place down. There’s also small things that could be provided: body wash, more TP besides the roll on the dispenser! ( 1 bathroom had 1 extra, the other zero extra) The tiniest bars of soap are provided / 1 per bathroom. Most places provide body wash & extra TP and considering the cost of rentals, I think they should! All this being said, would I stay here again? Yes. I would give it another try & hope these things would be addressed.

Great location. Probably better for weekend stays than the 10 days we stayed as kitchen is not geared towards heavy use. Washer & dryer not in condo but outside down in back. Lovely view and not very noisy even on holiday week.

Amazing view and great location. Remember what it says, “beach flat.” It’s nothing fancy but very comfortable, has everything you need and you can’t beat the location or the view. Super quiet neighborhood despite being a block away from restaurants, bars, shops and the beach!
