Pictures doesn’t do justice on how beautiful the property and the grounds are. The rooms are large and comfortable. Plenty of seating everywhere. Views galore from every window! Thank you for having us! It was a week of memories in wonderful Sonoma county.

The property was fantastic, start to finish. Even though it rained every day we were there, it was still enjoyable! Incredibly peaceful location, stunning views, and a very well appointed home. The property owner is so kind, our trip was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Really great house in a very secluded and lovely location, this spot was perfect for our group of family and friends to celebrate a late Christmas together. The house is very private, situated on a densely forested ridge with no other houses within viewing or hearing distance. The grounds and garden are spectacular. The hot tub and pool were perfect additions to our stay for combined soaking and winter cold plunges! I would give five stars, but there were a few things that could be improved -- namely, the housekeeping team should make sure all of the lightbulbs are working! We all had a number of fixtures that weren't operating in our rooms; a couple of us had to use the bathroom in the dark, and the dining room is lovely but the bulb installed over the table had a very high Kelvin rating (cold/blue temperature) so it should be replaced by something warmer. There were a couple of other very minor issues mainly having to do with things you only notice at close range; I was encouraged to bring these things up by other members in my party only because, at this price, you sort of expect perfection! But, we all agreed we would still consider staying here again -- all in all, a great experience with a few very minor inconveniences.

Another wonderful Christmas family gathering at Emily’s. We gathered here two years ago and were fortunate enough to book again for this year. Enough bedrooms for all traveling family members to have a cozy place to stay and wonderful entertaining space for local family to visit for the day / evening. Space heaters on the deck made it cozy to watch the sunset and the view from the hot tub is amazing. We highly recommend the Pao house for large gatherings!

Beautifully designed, decorated, located and landscaped home. Very comfortable furnishings. Lots of options for gathering and dining indoors and out - and the views! Great opportunities for bird watching - the hummingbirds! The pool was inviting but we were out of season, so we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Sebastopol is a bustling town and there are some nice restaurants and good grocery shopping. We loved our wine tastings.

Beautiful property and house. We saw several deer on the an near the property. Emily was very responsive to our questions. There were a few lights that needed bulbs and a shortage of wine glasses, but the rest of th e house was perfect. We do you definitely come back!

The house is set in a special location with spectacular views from every direction. All rooms were beautifully decorated. The beds with very comfortable with seating areas in every one with attached bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The only recommendation would be to have more than one roll of paper towels.

This would be the perfect house for 5 couples as it has 5 king beds and 5 bathrooms. Everything about the house was clean and comfortable and the setting was beautiful.

The Pao house is gorgeous and was perfect for our family. 9 of us stayed for a long weekend ranging in ages of 21 to 60. There was privacy for everyone but also lots of places to congregate together, including a beautiful deck and backyard. The gardens and views are GORGEOUS and I really could not recommend this place more!

House was amazing. All bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms were a huge plus! The common areas and property grounds were perfect. Everyone in our group was impressed. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend and visit again!

Pao House was a fabulous home for our friend reunion! The home is well appointed - bedrooms are large and allow for privacy - while the many terraces and sitting areas made for locations to get away or congregate with friends whether by the pool or on the many patios. Kitchen is also well-equipped for the many meals we prepared during our stay. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked and roomy. Room darkening shade would have been appreciated for those who are not early risers. Again, a fantastic place - quiet and peaceful in a gorgeous nature setting! Wonderful place for a family and/or friend get together!

We get together every other year for a wonderful vacation ….. This trip is tops on our list! The house is breathtaking …. Everywhere you turn, it’s just amazing!

This is an extremely comfortable, roomy and well-appointed house set in a mesmerizing wooded setting within easy driving distance from Sebastopol. Each of us 5 couples had a lovely bedroom with a large en suite bathroom. The kitchen was large enough for an ensemble of cooks. The appliances were up-to-date and fully functional. There's a lovely patio area with a pool and large hot tub, and outside sitting/dining with effective heaters. Everyone was very satisfied with the experience and we plan to return.

Exceptional in that each room was basically a King with an ensuite bathroom. Perfect for 5 couples. Grounds were beautiful. Jacuzzi worked! View out every window was delightful. Kitchen could have been stocked a little better. We would definitely rent this property again.

The property has a great setting, overlooking trees and the valley.

What a beautiful space... We had a family Thanksgiving week here and it worked so well. Two master suites at the bottom and one + two extra bedrooms for family with kids up top. It was peaceful and perfect!

We had a group of 10 and everyone loved the property! Secluded and beautifully landscaped. All bedrooms had their own bathroom so we all had privacy but great space to hang out together at night. Would highly recommend!!

Great property for family reunion or friend retreat.

This house is INCREDIBLE. It was so perfect for a relaxing bday trip and is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The midnight hot tub was the best part of the weekend.

The house is beautiful and massive. Much larger than even the photos show. The outdoors area is fantastic as well. 5/5 stars!
