Was clean and tidy but living room furniture was not comfortable . Leather couch was hard to sit on as was recliner.

We wanted wanted a weekend getaway to spend time together, catch up with each others lives, relax and be close to restaurants. Six50 was delicious food. What a gem this property is. The house it’s self was perfect, very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, lots of space, we had 4 couples and never felt crowded. The owners are fantastic and we’re very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to me when needed. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another getaway.

Beautiful home, well furnished especially kitchen. Easy access to the village and area attractions...plenty of space. Gorgeous views. My family enjoyed it very much. Will be back!

Perfect location for Sodus Point! Right between the beach and the restaurants. We enjoyed our time and will check here first if we are ever up this way again.

Family visit
Fit our family and all the kids with no issues. Kids enjoyed the space and sharing rooms. Supplied with all the necessary items. We enjoyed being close to the point even though it was chilly. Would stay again and recommend for large family stay!

Weekend Stay
The property was wonderful. We had a jam-packed weekend but the house was great. We were able to make meals and enjoy each other's company when we were back at the house. Plenty of room for our group. It was raining most of the weekend but the views were still fabulous from the house. We hope to return when our time is not so packed to enjoy the area!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious, and nice updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, and we loved the grill and fire pit out back. I would stay here again.

We had to postpone our trip in 2020 due to covid-19 and Ted Welter was really good to us. He forwarded our reservation to 2021 and we just left after a one week stay with family and it was lovely.

Perfect mini vacation spot
Ted was excellent with communicating and providing details about the rental. The house was very spacious. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. There were no surprise and you could walk over to look out at the lake. There was also a cute park near by.
I would easily rent this property again or rent from Ted.

Enjoyable Stay
The house was just as described and very nice. The location will be perfect in the summer but with Covid and Winter not as much was open.

Winter Stay in Sodus Point
This home and property was beautiful. The house had everything we needed and more! Great layout for a larger group of people, very clean and close to a lot of unique little stores, bars/restaurants. Would highly recommend this place and think this would be a great place to visit again in the summer!

Great week at the Bay
Wonderful home to stay in for the week. There was plenty of room for all of us. We were glad to be be close to family and enjoyed the time to be all together. The home fit our needs and more! Thank you!
