This was a perfect location for what we wanted for a long weekend getaway meeting up with my parents. The house is so cute with artsy touches which give it personality & help you to feel like you really got away from the norm yet was comfortable and cozy with all that you need.

Beautiful home nestled in the St Elmo historic district...clean & pristine at check-in...everything was comfy, cozy, restful & peaceful...the covered area in the back was an excellent place to chill out in the evening, by the firepit, or during the day while enjoying a book...

House was clean and exactly as listed; check in process was easy and there's a welcome binder for reminders of the process along with area recommendations. We have 2 littles and my mother stayed with us -- all had enough space. Kitchen & bathrooms were stocked, plenty of towels, and the outdoor space was lovely! We didn't need much but had to communicate with manager a bit and they were very kind. Only a couple cons -- the metal/iron staircase is a bit of a risk, but you just have to know what you're getting into. It's very narrow with the designs kind of sticking out (very easy to hurt yourself), and not easy to go up and down repetitively -- the 2 smaller beds were up there, which is also a tight space with an angled ceiling (my 4yo easily kept hitting his head so we had to adjust the mattress placement). But, we made it work and my kids were just old enough to handle it ok (6 & 4 - any younger and it would have been a major issue). The check out process was a little more than I'm used to, which makes me think this is a high frequency rental -- there were a lot of steps to do and I was afraid I wouldn't get them all right. I followed the instructions binder and the app notifications from the manager -- there are also instructions on the fridge but they must be outdated because it was inconsistent with the manager communication. Overall, great property, neighborhood and area, and management and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time exploring the St Elmo neighborhood and Lookout Mtn. The house was convenient to all we needed. We especially loved being on the bike path that took us straight to shops/restaurants and the Incline Railway.

The house was warm and welcoming. The neighborhood it was in was a very peaceful area and great to walk around. We were also close to many of the attractions Chattanooga had to offer and we never had to drive far. If we visit Chattanooga again, this is the place we want to call home during our stay!

Right at the foot of Lookout Mountain. We chose the place for the ability to bring our doggo. Had to be in town for a funeral. The house was just right for the 4 of us and the dog. Location was central to most places we needed to be. House was very clean and unique. Lots of nice updates. Neighborhood seemed safe enough. Would consider staying here again, if we needed a nice place to crash in Chattanooga.

Wonderful neighborhood, easy to get anywhere, perfectly clean, nice character, quiet, good parking...sort of the little train that could. Met our needs perfectly. If you don't need big, and two bedroom and two baths fit your needs...this is a great choice.

What a wonderful house!! We absolutely loved it. It was so clean and beautifully decorated and maintained. The neighborhood was fantastic for our family. We walked to the park/playground and went for a run on the greenway! Very close to the incline railroad and just a short drive to the other attractions like the aquarium! (A must-see!) We plan to return to this home on future visits to Chattanooga! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family of 3. Short walk to our daughter's favorite park, and she loved the loft! St. Elmo is a great neighborhood. By far our favorite rental we've stayed at on our travels. Will definitely book again if available!

This was an awesome place to stay. Clean and tidy, great location as well close to everything. Property manager was always available. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Chattanooga.

Found this house to be cleaner than most rentals I have stayed in. It was well stocked and communication with the host was easy. My elderly mother-in-law stayed with us and we found access easy for her. That can be a challenge in Chattanooga due to the hilly terrain but that was not an issue here. We did not use the upstairs beds but my five year old granddaughter visited with us and had a lot of fun finding all the shapes the welder put into the spiral stair case. This is not our first time staying with these hosts. They do a good job and we will be back.

We were in Chattanooga to meet our new granddaughter and celebrate the holidays. The listing was in St Elmo very close to our children. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so clean and and warm during the super cold weather. I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor area with the fire pit. Next time I guess!

This place is awesome! First of all really clean and cute and lots of character. Secondly, it came super well stocked which is not a typical thing to renting. I just realized I forgot to put the A/C back to 72. But that’s also because the checkout process was so simple! This was a staycation for some friends and we loved the accessibility and the great amenities. Great hosts!!!

This property was fantastic. Set in a quiet, off-the-path historic neighborhood where my kids could play in the street, we were still: Less than 2 min from Lookout Mountain Incline and major grocery store. Less than 5 min from excellent restaurants Less than 10 min from Ruby Falls and downtown Chattanooga Less than 15 min from the top of Lookout Mountain. The property is smartly prepared with everything you need. My wife, 4 kids and I were immediately "at home" and we took advantage of the excellent property to save money by cooking 3 of the 4 nights we were there. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chattanooga

This is a really great house. We love the decorations, how clean and bright the whole house was, and all of the space it offered. It was calm and we loved walking around the neighborhood. Very close to lots of good restaurants and other things to do. We will definitely be back!
