This house was perfect for our needs. In the family friendly, gated community of Carillon Beach. We loved the short walk to play pickle-ball, the heated pool & beautiful beach. The house was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. We had amble room for three families to spread out comfortably. We especially enjoyed the porches for family game night. We had a 1 year old with us and the big bean bags were perfect as “baby gates” to block the stairs. There was also a portable high chair and pack n play which was very appreciated. We would consider ourselves blessed to come back!

Property overall was good. The cleanliness was lacking a little. We were also disappointed (after staying at Dolce Far Niete last year) with the lack of "small things" like dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, toilet paper and paper towell. The parking isn't great trying to get 2 full size vehicles and a golf cart parked. The location of the closest electrical outlet to charge the golf cart was terrible.

Very easy to get to the beach, pool, shops, and restaurants. The house was great for the whole family, we had our space, but could all be together when we wanted to. The bed was very comfortable in the master suite!

We have stayed at a number of houses in Carillon Beach over the past twenty years. Just Flew Inn is now one of our favorites and we will definitely be booking again in the future. The home is stunning and the owners have thought of everything that guests may need - including plenty of hangers in the closet, extra bedding, kitchen essentials, etc. It is the perfect place for large families or multiple families traveling together as there is plenty of space. The entire third floor is like a separate house unto itself. We only had five people with us on vacation, but could have easily had double that with all of the space. It is located in a really sweet part of the neighborhood, close to the tennis courts, park, and family pool. Sitting on the porches at night, tucked away in the trees, was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The beach is a short, 5 minute walk. This home is truly special.

Do NOT rent this house! Then entire experience was terrible. The day before our arrival the property owner sent my “arrival information” it clearly states check in at 4:00. We arrived at 4:36 and the cleaning people were still there, and said check in was 5:00. I apologized and we waited in our car until they left. We went in and realized the air conditioner was not working (in July in Florida!!!!!) the property owner was there fixing the bathtub drain🙄�, I asked him when would the air conditioner be fixed, he very rudely replied “8 am tomorrow morning”. It took 3 visits from the repair man and was FINALLY fixed Tuesday!!! The property owner emailed me that night and very rudely said he was “disappointed in me” because we arrived before check in!!! And that check out was 9 am and I would be charged if we were not gone by 9!! I sent a picture of the form they sent me the day before that clearly stated 4:00. No response The house was absolutely FILTHY, we had to wear shoes the entire time because the floors were so dirty the bottom of our feet were black! The floors clearly had not been swept or mopped and the house for sure wasn’t “cleaned for COVID” as the owner stated it would be! Then, they only refunded us part of our deposit because they said that we smoked in the house, left ashes on the rug and they found a pack of cigarettes on the 3rd floor, this is absolutely untrue, no one on the trip smokes. EVER! Especially the 2 children that stayed in the 3rd floor where the damage was done! Bottom line, DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!!! We have rented properties every summer for 12 plus years, we have never had an experience like this. Worst rental experience ever!

This property at Carillon Beach offers the perfect mix of all things we like: privacy, short walk to the beach, high end decor, lots of trees and shade, nice sheets & comfy furniture. The house had everything to make you feel at home, with lots of spaces for different age groups. The proximity to Rosemary Beach (2 mile drive) just adds so much more to the experience, with nice shops, restaurants and strolling the streets for nice people watching. We even biked one day into Seaside (8 miles). With so much to do, we hope to come back soon!

Owners were exceptional! Communication was easy and fast.

The house was comfortable for all allowing for opportunities to read by yourself enjoying some quiet space or hanging out all together enjoying a fun movie or good music and games. Love the deck and loft space on 3rd floor - great sunlight and nice indoor and outdoor space. Great location to beach walkovers and easy access to grocery stores and shopping. Would highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The location is great, a short walking distance to the beach, pool, basketball & tennis courts. Easily accommodate 2 families I would definitely recommend it for anyone. The owners are very responsive and helpful. I would love to come back.

This was our first stay in this home, and we loved it! This house is beautiful, has tons of space, comfy beds, and we loved the sweet front porch and promenade walk each day. Katie was A-MAZ-ING to rent from, and the home had everything we needed: kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach toys...it was all here. This is a wonderful home with great proximity to the park and pool, and an enjoyable walk to the beach, where we had beach lounges and umbrellas waiting. All-around great rental experience, and many thanks to Katie!

Although this cottage is not directly on the beach; the walk to the beach is part of the ambiance. Quaint area that is great for our family with 2 small grandchildren. This is our 3rd year to stay at Just Flew Inn and we have enjoyed it each time.

We have been coming to Carillon for 10 years. This is our third year staying in this house and we love it! Katie is great to deal with and is responsive to any questions.

We had two families staying in the house and we had the best week. The extra living area on third floor was great for our kids. Wish we could have used all the amazing outdoor space but it was entirely too hot to enjoy. Would love to come again in cooler weather to experience a different season and the many porches and outdoor living.

Has everything you need, short walk to the beach. Great upstairs second living area.

We loved our stay at Just Flew Inn. I've stayed in Carillon many times but this was the first time there for a family beach vacation. We choose Just Flew Inn as the home size and location was perfect for our group of nine. The home is lovely and the kitchen is so well stocked. Kids loved night swims at the nearby pool and playing in the beautiful courtyard. The large porches were where our family gathered for games and laughs. Would love to come back in the future

Absolutely loved the house! Plenty of room for multiple guests. Beds were very comfortable on 1st & 2nd floors ... 3rd floor bed was a bit hard, but some people prefer that! Air conditioning units were amazing in the common areas - had to crank them down for the bedrooms (which then made the common areas really cold in the mornings - but nothing that a little layering and blankets could handle). I would recommend more soft cozy blankets for the sofa areas! The beach area access was a short distance - I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to haul beach things down ... there are a lot of stairs leading to beach area (but if you are staying for most of the day, no big deal)!! Katie provides plenty of beach towels, so that was a plus!! We did have an issue with the Xfinity tv box on the 1st floor (box was not staying on for some reason) but it was resolved within a couple of hours. The only thing we were disappointed with was the options for restaurants available on site - wish there was more to choose from. Overall, we had a wonderful time! I was able to get in touch with Katie when I needed to, and Just Flew In was very nice and clean! Furnishings were very beachy!

This is a beautiful home. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you may wish to do. The bedrooms are very roomy and the mattresses very comfy. I especially like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Our son-in-law loved the third floor deck. He spent most of his free time out there. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Carrilon Beach. We have stayed at several other properties, but this is by far the best.

We had an AMAZING time at Just Flew Inn! The moment we walked in, we were in awe of how beautiful the house was and it was a treat to stay there for 6 days. We had ample room for our family of 4 and my mother in law. We rented a golf cart which made it a breeze getting from the house to the beach and being so close to the kids pool and playground was very convenient. Overall, it was a perfect family vacation!

This is a beautiful home! Bright and airy, clean and spacious. Perfect for 12 of us! It’s well stocked and the owners are very available should we have needed anything. Our absolute favorite thing are all the large patios - so peaceful and lovely! We hope to be back soon!

We found this home to be exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything is high quality and beds were just right! We didnt get to enjoy the decks because it was cold and rainy but I believe they would be very enjoyable when the weather is good. Parking is a little limited and tight, but we worked it out. The house was charming and lived up to the pictures and description perfectly. We had 3 generations with 7 family members. Everyone had a nice bedroom and bath and the house is set up for real cooking etc. Our grandaughters loved the bunk room and we all enjoyed having the second living space and deck with views of the sky on the third floor. We enjoyed the quiet of Carillon and having easy access to the uncrowded beach. But we were close enough to enjoy the restaurants and bustle of Rosemary and Alys when we wanted so it was the best of both worlds. We have rented houses for family vacations for years in most of the 30A developments. This was our favorite thus far and the only house where we did not have problems with either the internet, tv service or heating and air. But if we had, we had great instructions for who to call!Katie was very helpful with pre and post interactions. We would love to visit again.
