Mark was super easy to communicate with. Great place. We were using the place at the end of the season, so the outside beach closet was packed full of discarded items from previous guests. My only suggestion would be to have items like plastic wrap and foil etc. I think it would encourage other guests to leave their extra helpful items for the kitchen.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We had enough room for our children and grandchildren to be comfortable. The building is just a few steps from the ocean and we enjoyed the pools. I would love to go back again!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our party of 11. The owner was excellent to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hoping to return next year.

This condo was perfect for our family. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave each family their own personal space. The condo was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was organized and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The host, Mark was so great to work with. He contacted us several times during the week to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Crescent Shores. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teens without feeling like we were on top of each other. We all felt it was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy cooking meals. The location was perfect and walkable to many things. Our only complaint was the ice maker, but there are several places nearby to get ice. I would recommend coming with bags of ice. Mark was very communicative and checked in on us several times. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This is a fantastic condo. Each year for the last 15 years my full family take a week trip to Myrtle. Of all the Condo and homes we have stayed this was our favorite. The Condo staff are fantastic the location is wonderful. The owners are what pushed this condo over the top they were quick with any help we might need and kept check on us though messages to see if we or the condo needed anything. If you are looking for a family trip I could not give this a higher recommendation.

We had a great week vacation. The size and amenities were more than enough for 3 couples. The apartment is well laid out and very clean. It was great having the outside storage for our beach supplies. Mark communicated with us several times to see if we had any concerns. We won’t hesitate to come back here again.

We just left Mark’s condo after spending our spring break. It was newly renovated and very-well kept. The four bedrooms provided more than enough space for our 4 families and had lots of storage. The large balcony provided us with beautiful ocean views in both the living room and master bedroom.We enjoyed watching the sunrise with our morning coffee. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. The washer and dryer in the unit were extremely convenient. The kids loved being steps away from the multiple pools and beautiful beach. Mark had great dining recommendations and was readily available when we had questions. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in a prime location. We are hoping to return soon!

We needed a home to host family from Alabama, Virginia and NC. This property did NOT disappoint! There was ample seating, comfortable beds, fabulous views and a very responsive host!

We had a large group of 8 adults and 4 grandchildren. The condo was large to accommodate the chaos at times and everyone felt very comfortable. The owner was very personable and helpful, easy to communicate with despite living in California. It was a great stay!

This condo is perfect for families, several couples, or any group that is looking for a space with several bathrooms and bedrooms. Mark and property management team is fantastic and full of great insider tips as well as responding quickly to questions. We had zero problems during our stay because everything was excellent quality, exceptionally clean, and basically like being at our own home. The beds and the furnishings are top quality, the bathrooms function perfectly, the kitchen is exceptional. Newness and cleanliness are very important to us and you can’t find a better place than this condo. We have rented from many many places, and this is by far the best. The property is amazing, parking is easy, access to the beach is close and very easy. I would re-rent this condo again without any hesitation.

The property was exactly like the listing promised. Check in after 4 was crowded, but there were plenty of luggage carts and the line for the elevator moved quickly. The property owner communicated throughout our stay and responded promptly to any questions we had. I will definitely book with this host again.

My family and I loved this condo! Easy check in. Mark is absolutely wonderful to communicate with. He gave us some recommendations (shopping and eating) and they were spot on. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. Ample parking garage across the street and ample luggage racks/carts- very impressive! Family stated felt like home away from home. This property was exactly as described and more. If I could give it more than 5 stars it would be a 10. Clean, spacious, and great location. Mark was beyond helpful and responsive. Our grandkids loved the pool and lazy river and the beach was within steps of the condo. The newly installed elevators made for a quick trip to the 6th floor. The bedrooms were all big and the master was very spacious with large bathroom with double sinks. Thus is definitely going on our favorites list for a return visit.

This condo was perfect for my family. It was exactly as described - well furnished and spacious for 6 adults and 3 small children. The kitchen had all the conveniences of home as well. The views from the LR and Owner's BR were beautiful. Host was super nice and easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again. :-)

Lock to front door didn’t work,most top outlets didn’t work,cracked walls in shower/ black mold,gfi in bathroom constantly tripping shutting off power to bathroom,tv didn’t work,hot water tank kept tripping,over 15 minutes wait for the only elevator since other was broke,no balcony or lazy river due to maintenance,cold hot tubs.this place was a nightmare.

Mark was AMAZING throughout the entire process from booking, to communicating the best places to eat and visit 🥰 I always cook during our vacations so he made sure the kitchen was stocked and we had plenty of dishes for everyone. We were there for the Hurricane and he made sure to communicate with us throughout the entire storm. HIGHLY recommend Mark and his property for an amazing vacation.

The condo was perfect for our family which included our adult children, their spouses and our two grandkids. The check in process was easy and Mark, Charina and staff were very helpful in answering any questions during our stay. The location is very nice with a fantastic view of the beach, easy parking, nice facilities and not a bad drive to other entertainment venues, restaurants or shopping. The shopping carts and luggage racks are especially handy for loading and unloading. The condo was exceptionally clean and everything worked great.. The provided beach chairs and beach toys were an added bonus. We loved our stay and can’t wait to get back again.

Unit was very clean and organized. Easy access to the beach, king bed mattresses were new and very comfortable but the Queen beds need new mattresses. Overall it was wonderful! We would definitely stay again. The owners were very quick to respond and very helpful.

Our vacation was one that we will never forget. From start to finish, Mark was fantastic, responsive and a pleasure to rent from. The condo was immaculate when we arrived, earlier than expected. It was nicely equipped, with everything needed for cooking except a griddle 😂, which was really no issue. The beds we extremely comfortable and rooms nicely decorated. The balcony overlooked the ocean which gave us beautiful sun rises and sun sets. Mark gave us wonderful ideas for dinners which we did visit most of them. I would not hesitate to rent from Mark again and I strongly recommend this unit for the vacation of a lifetime. Thank you again.

Wonderful week at the beach!!
This property was exactly as it was shown on VRBO. Mark was great at communicating. The check in process was so smooth and easy. He gave us some great ideas of places to eat. Highly recommend Molly Darbys for a quick beach drink, Boundary House for a yummy dinner and Blueberry's Grill for brunch!! There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The guys directing check-in made the process go quickly. So nice!!! We loved having beach service even though the windy conditions made it tricky a few days. 💨 Highly recommend if you are needing a larger place right on the beach. 🏖

Condo was very nice and well equipped. Views are amazing!!! Elevators were always available and the outside closet was great for storing all our beach chairs, toys, and rafts. The condo is within walking distance to a Mimi market and gift shops. The beach is well cared for and not over crowded. Wonderful stay!
The condo we stayed in at Crescent Shores was beautiful. I highly recommend this place. It was in a great location with parking garage across the street. Beach was great. We were so happy the closet outside the condo was stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas. Beds were comfortable. Mark the owner was fantastic to communicate with. He truly wants to make sure families enjoy their stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. He sent us an excellent list of good places to eat and always seemed available to answer questions. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated with plenty of furniture both inside and out on the balcony, which had excellent views of the beach. Beds were all comfortable and there were adequate pillows. The air conditioning was excellent in all the rooms.

The owners take great care of their property which is really nice! Well stocked kitchen, nice bedding and furnishings. Plenty of room too. We stayed with our extended family and it was very comfortable. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Having an end unit is really nice too. We will definitely look to return.

Everything was perfect! Condo was clean, spacious and close to attractions. Beach was very clean. Mark was in contact and available at any time throughout our stay. Very easy to contact and very helpful!
