We truly enjoyed our week at Ocean Reef and this unit. Very convenient first floor unit in a quiet corner facing the golf course. We were a family of 4, but the kids room (one double/one twin bed - both with trundles) could sleep (snugged) up to 5 kids. Washer/dryer in unit. 2 full bathrooms. Comfortable kitchen. We rented a golf cart and there was a convenient parking with plug for our cart. One assigned parking space. Property owner/manager was amazing. Very responsive. You must be an ORC member to rent. We will be back!!

Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. We had a relaxing stay within a 2 minute golf cart ride of Buccaneer island and Sheila made checkin and checkout a simple process. We will definitely be back.

Our home isn’t large enough to host the whole family, so our daughter, and her family stayed at 38A. Sheila was very sweet and always helpful and I am thankful we were able to rent her beautiful home.

This property is very clean, close to everything and well appointed. We stayed with our two young children and it is well suited for families. The owner, Sheila, is very responsive and easy going. She was flexible with check in and check out and made us feel at home. Great place to stay.

My daughter, granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first floor entrance makes for easy coming and going. This condo is homey, cheerful and spacious. Sheila Menn is an excellent manager/hostess. We particularly liked the location, the keyless entry, golf cart and access to two bicycles.

We have a pleasant and comfortable stay! Everything was clean and tidy. We really appreciated having the golf cart. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful in our communication exchanges prior to our trip. I would definately recommend.
