Wonderful time with great views and spacious accommodations.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Robert’s place. The house is in a wonderful location, about a 10-minute walk to the Stagecoach lift or 3-5 minute walk to the shuttle stop which brings you to the lift. The house was stocked with essentials, and the kitchen had all necessary tools/pans/etc. to cook. The bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out nicely to provide privacy. We enjoyed this home so much with our friends and look forward to returning in the future! The roads up to the house are a bit dicey with winter weather, and would recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle or chains. Highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay here. Lots of room for 2 families - 3 adults and 3 kids - could have comfortably fit more. The hot-tub with the spectacular view on Lake Tahoe was amazing!

Mike was great all the way through and the location was just perfect. The house had everything we needed to feel like we were at a 'home away from home'. From the nice kitchen for cooking/prepping meals to the spa (the kids demanded spa time every night!) and the incredible master suite on the top floor, I highly recommend this home for your next family vacation near Heavenly & Lake Tahoe.

Stayed for a girls weekend and the property was perfect. The condo was about a 15min drive to downtown Tahoe, the deck and 3 floors provided plenty of space for us to spread out without feeling like we were onto of one another and we especially appreciated the kitchen and grill for cooking while there! Views were just stunning and could not have asked for a more beautiful property! Thank you!

It was a great place to stay. Nicely appointed and great amenities. The only issue was the ski out designation. It was not ski out during our stay with the low amount of snow and a person would have to be an expert skier to ski out. Instead a shuttle picked us up near the parking lot, which sufficed. Everything was great and a wonderful place. I would stay there again.

Great property. Kitchen well stocked, every bathroom has soap and shampoo, and plenty of linens and towels. Very comfortable living area. Terrific views. Just be aware not a ski out property unless you are a very strong skier and can go down a pretty steep area with trees. Otherwise a 10’ walk to Stagecoach or 5’ drive to Boulder. Nice to be on Nevada side, which is less crowded than California side. Also be aware it has a flight of stairs to get down to the entrance of the duplex.

A lovely and comfortable 3-floor condo with a breathtaking view of Lake Tahoe (esp. from the hot tub!). Convenient to Stagecoach Express lift. Possible to ski in/out, but not for the faint of heart. Great kitchen and all the amenities - including shampoo, lotion, paper towels, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Very easy process renting this property and really enjoyed the location and view!

This house is probably the most well appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in. There are plenty of dishes, nice pots and pans, sharp knives, brand new sponge and dish soap, garbage bags, etc. Lots of towels, including beach towels too. The bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and even Aveeno lotion. Beds are comfy, there are plenty of blankets plus extra if needed. Everything was very clean and orderly. Most importantly, the view is breathtaking. Incredibly beautiful. You’re not too far from town, and you can even have food delivered via DoorDash. I can’t think of a single detail the owners have forgotten, it is a truly great home. There are a couple things worth noting. The parking situation is kind of a bummer. You can drive up to the house to load and unload, but if you have inconsiderate neighbors that don’t move their cars from the temporary parking area it makes maneuvering in the small space difficult. There are a lot of stairs, not just in the house, but to get to the house requires walking down 3 flights of stairs. Lastly, this is a duplex. There’s not as much privacy as I had hoped. You have to walk by the first duplex to reach your door, and it’s kinda awkward. The front doors are right next to each other and don’t have blinds on them. On our second night the neighbor walked into our house instead of theirs by mistake. One of the young children with them kept looking in our door, and without blinds there wasn’t really a way to stop that from happening. The barbecues share a deck with your neighbor, and so do the hot tubs. There’s a privacy screen that blocks the view between hot tubs, but it’s still sharing a large deck with just a screen between you. Our first set of neighbors had teenage boys using their hot tub much of the time and practicing the fine art of profanity, so it definitely distracts from the peaceful view and ambience we had hoped for. I wouldn’t call any of this a deal breaker necessarily, but I think knowing what to expect is important to your experience!

Everything was just perfect! Pictures give you an idea of the ammenties and views but it's way more than that. House was beyond stocked with quality products, everything we needed just an arms length away. We felt 5-star hotel pampered with the heated floors and well-maintained hot tub on the deck with one of the best views in Tahoe! Sorry I'm all over the place but this rental was just too great, thanks for sharing! We'll be back again!

What a great place to stay in the Tahoe area. The accommodation was fantastic and well appointed. I highly recommend it as a top tier location to stay.

The property itself is incredible -- very spacious, great accommodations, and a beautiful view of the lake from the hot tub. Only downside is parking is down the street, and it occasionally filled up, but this wasn't too much of a problem.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is situated high on a mountain and offered a fabulous view of Lake Tahoe. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Nice plush bath linens too. Would stay here again.

The property was just as listed. Very clean and had everything we needed. The views and the sunsets were amazing! The beds were comfortable and the property was fabulous.

Great location, we were able to get to various attractions within 15-20 minutes drive from the property. The condo was very clean and well-stocked, and it was very comfortable for the 7 of us. The view from the condo was breathtaking! The property manager was responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip!

We had a BLAST staying here. The view was spectacular. The hot tub time under the stars was absolutely breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend!!

We thought this place was great. The views are spectacular and the unit was a perfect size for us (two families with 5 kids ages 10-13 between us). It was very clean and recently renovated, and has lots of space. The kitchen is particularly well-stocked - we've stayed in a lot of VRBO houses that have bare-bones kitchens, this was not the case here! It was easy to prepare meals for the family. It was also an easy walk to the slopes from the parking lot (note: the parking lot is a bit of a hike from the unit, but you can park by the unit for loading and unloading, so it's completely do-able). Would definitely come back.

Great home with a fantastic view of Lake Tahoe. Short walk to the lift or ski through the trees out the back door. The home was supplied with everything we needed and accommodated the entire group perfectly.

What a wonderful home to stay in for a family Christmas ski vacation. The home is clean and spacious, with the bedrooms spread over the three levels. The kitchen is well appointed, and had plenty of everything we needed. The convenient shuttle to the lift was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is exactly how it is described. It is fully stocked as well as very comfortable and spotless. There is plenty room to spread out and do your own thing as well as feel secluded up on Heavenly mountain with the most beautiful view of the lake and views from every single window. There is so much natural light. Heated floors in the bathroom was such an added touch. Now let’s talk about that Jacuzzi that is clean and overlooks Lake Tahoe. So nice! This place is a must. You do have to lug your stuff up and down stairs to get in and out and have to park your car down at the parking lot. So be prepared to physically work getting in and out but other than that you will be so happy.

Michael was a great host, always quick to respond and provide answers or clarification. Property has wonderful views and sitting on the patio soaking the views made us forget day to day stress. The house had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. We even spotted a deer and bear close to the house and something we would always remember. We would stay here again.
