I have stayed here twice so far and plan on staying at this property for the rest of my duration at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. The property is well stocked with bedding, towels, and pots and pans. The owner has also been very responsive and helpful for all of my stays.
The unit is also very quiet, which is a god send because I am such a light sleeper. It is also steps away from the 63 and 65 buses, which is great for me to go out to eat or buy groceries.

The perfect place for a two week visit to St Paul over the Holidays. Charming apartment with a wonderful location. Stacey’s a great host (checked in but didn’t check up), she even had a cute tree set up and a box of chocolates for our home away from home at Christmas! Highly recommended.

Charming place to stay in the heart of St Paul. Walking distance to all the historical sites and restaurants. Perfect for two people. Good size bathroom and bedroom. Comfy sofa for reading or watching TV. Our host was easy to contact and she made our visit perfect. Would highly recommend.

Second floor apartment in a charming house in a lovely neighborhood. There's so much nearby, and easy access to freeways to go further afield. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well appointed, and contact with the host was excellent.

Stacey is the best host and this is a perfect location for a fall getaway in St. Paul. This charming apartment is just as it is described. The location is great for exploring historic St Paul and wonderful restaurants. It’s also easy to get out to the surrounding forests for a hike. The home was clean and comfortable. Stacey communicate well and is a gracious host.

Had a great stay in this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment on Grand Hill. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy as was check-in and check-out. Host was always available when needed.

Excellent spot & location! So may good places to eat all within a few minutes walk up Grand Ave. Very clean and comfortable. Access to the washer/dryer in the basement was super convenient. Stacey is an excellent host - great communication (let us check in early!!) and offered great recommendations. Definitely recommend!

Grand Hill was an inviting, comfortable, and safe apartment. We had a wonderful stay. Stacey was always just a text away and willing to help in any way. We would highly recommended this property to anyone wanting a quiet getaway in historic St Paul.

I was in heaven at this property. I had no idea what a great location it's in. One short block from Summit Avenue with all it's history, beautiful architecture and stunning mansions and on Grand Ave with all it's charming shops, restaurants and bars. Everything I needed was just a short distance away. Instead of staying with family, I chose to stay here and I'm so glad I did - a charming, bedroom, bath and living room were all mine and the kitchen had everything I needed (and I cook when I travel). Stacey was available if I needed her, parking, check in and cleanup was super easy. She has renovated very cleverly, giving lots of counter and shelving space for renters. I will be back whenever I visit family - and happily so!

First of all: you are walking distance to shops/restaurants on Grand Ave. Second. The furnishings and beddings are clean, updated and super comfortable. (LOVED the bed/bedding an pillows! A must have for me) 3rd. Easy street parking. 4th. Stacey was involved and communicated before during and after our stay. It is a second level apt so as long as u can use stairs it’s perfect. My adult son used the pull out bed and we didn’t feel crowded at all. Also it was quiet and private. . I highly recommend this property! I will definitely book again when visiting St. Paul THANK YOU STACEY!!

This was our second stay on Grand Hill. Everything that we needed. And even though it was cold, we could walk to places around us. And there is much to do and see.
Our host was wonderful and helpful. Looking out the front window in the morning was perfect.

What a charming, comfy apartment. Because we were there around Christmas, we were able to enjoy the Christmas tree. Everything was very clean,. Great location!

Stacey was a great host and her place her on Grand Hill was in the perfect location for my needs. Within easy walking distance of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, restaurants, bars, and of course the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport. Easy check-in and check-out process made my stay even better and Stacey herself was a great communicator. Thanks again!

The stairway to the second-story apartment was a bit steep and challenging for anyone with mobility issues but once you got there, the space was charming and comfortable and the location is great - a nice neighborhood with quick access to most anywhere you might want to go in St. Paul. Our host, Stacey, was very accommodating and helpful - my father stayed with us a couple nights and she provided a good portable cot for him. I would definitely recommend this to others. If you have mobility issues, you may want to see if the ground-floor unit is available.

Great location with great restaurants in the area. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. For a pet fee of $25/night, we were able to bring our dog, which was great.

Nice apartment in beautiful location
The location of this listing is fantastic, right in the beautiful Summit Avenue area and near a number of great restaurants on Grand Avenue and the east side of downwtown St. Paul. It is also located on a quiet street with plenty of free parking. The property had a great yard for our dog as well.

Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful weekend getaway celebrating our 40th anniversary. The location is perfect with many restaurants and beautiful homes within walking distance. Stacey responded to any immediate needs and provided a cute and clean rental. We definitely would stay there again.

Very enjoyable stay. It is on the upper level with fairly steep stairs so it may not be for everyone if you have problems with steps. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Cozy and comfortable.

The apartment was fine but the front door is rather thin and I could hear the neighbor's TV blaring 24/7 along with other strange sounds. A bit disconcerting for this solo woman traveler.
