The property is beautiful, well maintained and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Beach is spectacular and pool is great.

Great property, location and amenities.

My husband and I came to villa renaissance for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was wonderful. We even met one of the managers and he was very kind. This was our second time to Turks and Caicos and it was amazing. This location cannot be beat. We did rent a car, you don’t necessarily need to as there are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back.

Couldn’t ask for more in a property and vacation rental! The Villa Rennaisance is in an ideal location that allows you to walk everyone you wish to go. The property is beautifully decorated and clean. The beach is breathtaking! Overall most relaxing trip I’ve taken, with sunsets and views to boot. Lastly the rental unit itself had EVERYTHING you could think of so we didn’t have to go out of our way…it was like we were in our home away from home!

My wife and I finally worked our honeymoon into our busy schedules and sitting here waiting on our departing flight we are trying to figure out when we can come back! We had never been to Turks and Caicos so we weren't confident that we had picked a good place, but upon arrival, the check in, orientation, complimentary rum punch, and just the whole property removed any doubt we may have had! We didn't have to rent a car because we could walk or ride the complimentary bikes to most anywhere we wanted to go. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the waters of Grace Bay were even more beautiful in person than in the photos! The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or needs we had. We booked a snorkeling excursion and the boat picked us up right there at the Villa Renaissance beach. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the balcony view of the palm trees and ocean was like a post card! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book here again when we return!

Place was wonderful. Exactly as advertised. Villa right on the beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for guests. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends.

Can’t go wrong with this unit or location. Unit very clean, well lit, and washer dryer was a great amenity. Property staff very friendly and maintained the pool and hit tub and walkway to the beach. Most important to the great property was the proximity to all the shops within 3 minute walking distance. We will definitely visit again

We stayed at Villa Renaissance. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The villa was spotless with nice furniture. The staff were super helpful and kind at every interaction. The use of the bikes were a great plus for getting over to the market. The pool and hot tub were large and very relaxing. We would absolutely return in the future. Thanks!

Everything was great in VR503. Only one suggestion, the toaster should be replaced. It didn't toast the whole slice, only the lower half.

Wonderful location on Grace Bay Beach. The resort was clean and the staff is very friendly. The unit is well appointed and clean. It would have been nice to have blackout shades in the bedroom. Fitness room is small. Wifi worked well. Only 2 tables to eat at the pool and they didn't have shade. We never had a hard time finding chairs/umbrellas at the beach or pool. Would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough nice things about this great condo. It was impeccably clean and had very nice furnishings. The condo itself was beautiful and felt huge for two people. The condo complex was equally clean and well maintained. The pool was just downstairs from the condo and had lots of chairs available. There is a convenient food and drink bar at the pool that we were able to take advantage of. Everyone working at the complex was super friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better – right on the beach and was a short walk to several nearby restaurants, shopping areas – and ice cream shops! There is a small convenience store across Grace Bay Road in the Salt Mills shopping center. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Graceway Gourmet grocery store. A short walk down the beach takes you to Hemingways, The Deck, and other restaurants. A friendly attendant at the beach helped with setting up beach loungers and umbrellas. We didn’t have any trouble getting a beach chair/lounger. Speaking of the beach, the sand is probably the softest/finest sand I’ve seen...really powdery. And the water was just as gorgeous as the pictures! There was even some shared ‘floaties’ available at the beach for adults and kids. If you like long beaches, you’ll love Grace Bay - it goes on forever. The condo has a few amenities that weren’t necessarily in the description: Two small coolers for the beach A roller cart to take to the grocery store Coffee was provided for the coffee maker There was a selection of spices, salt, pepper, spray oil in the cabinet. Bath towels were replaced daily and beach/pool towels were readily available poolside. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Villa Renaissance Resort and property as well as Unit 503 were incredible. The property was beautifully landscaped, well kept, clean and quiet. You will not find a nicer more relaxing place to stay. Unit 503 was newly renovated and beautifully decorated and the perfect place to relax . I cannot think of one thing the Unit or the property is missing.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary here and it was our first time in Turks and Caicos, and we can’t wait to go back. I’ve been telling people that once you’ve been here, you won’t want to go anywhere else! The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described. The staff were simply wonderful and very helpful from planning our anniversary dinner on the beach at sunset at Bay Bistro to reserving taxis for us when needed. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and one of the grocery stores. We frequented Island Scoop daily, if not for their delicious homemade ice cream (no matter what flavor we had) then it was for the amazing breakfast waffle with a scoop of ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries! We also loved the pizza at Pizza Pizza! Our trip was one of the best times of our life! Thank you to everyone at this resort!! (The only suggestion I would make is to have someone place the umbrellas and beach chairs out in different areas on the beach instead of just leaving them all in a row-on our morning walks, we saw staff from other resorts doing this and thought it was a nice idea)

Just back from a wonderful vacation at Villa Renaissance. The property is on a beautiful stretch of Grace Bay. It’s not too busy on the beach here, which is so relaxing. The pool is lovely and the pool bar is just perfect for a tropical drink and a casual lunch. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and accommodating and make you feel right at home! Walking distance to Grace’s Gourmet Grocery store, which is wonderful!! Also, walking distance to fantastic restaurants. We cannot wait to go back to Villa Renaissance!!!!

Villa Renaissance 503 was a fantastic place for our first trip to Turks and Caicos. The villa was beautifully furnished and well stocked with items to make our stay, including a prepaid cell phone for local calls. Loved the location on Grace Bay - the beach never felt crowded or busy, and we were right in the heart of shops, restaurants, etc. would definitely return!

We’ve visited the island multiple times and this was by far our best rental experience. Unit was spotless, beautifully decorated and grounds of Villa Renaissance a perfect location on Grace Bay. Kitchen well stocked as we made several meals in. Only challenges were working the tv, once we turned off we had issues getting back on and ac could have been a bit cooler in the evenings but we were unable to lower. We hope to return in the future.

Plenty of parking, in the center of Providenciales civilization, super clean, convenient, spacious and modern. Nicely decorated and designed. Breathtaking view. Pleasant staff. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Renaissance - the condo was clean and just as pictured, the staff was friendly and the overall property was well-maintained. It's perfectly located on Grace Bay and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and plan to return.

Just came back from a week spent at Provo. The Room was fine overall with all the amenities of a rented condo: fully stocked kitchen, cable tv and internet access, etc. I wish a couple of items were improved - very insignificant in the overall picture. 1. Wireless internet was barely useful due to slow speed and line congestion. As a result Skype was barely functional in the room, same for Netflix streaming and the like. Up/down speeds avged at 1.5mb up and down. On the positive side a 4 port router is provided in the room so a network cable could be used to plug in directly and improve the connection somewhat. Also the room only has 2 coffee mugs. At least 4 would have been useful on a couple of occasions. Otherwise, Provo is Provo and the overall experience of the vacation is hard to spoil as long as the weather cooperates.

The location of the condo complex is great. You can walk or cycle to the grocery store, lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and great for swimming. There were always lounge chairs with umbrellas available on the beach and by the pool. Overall, the condo complex is smaller than others nearby and so very quiet. It is a wonderful place to relax, swim, read and play in the sand. We had a baby with us and the condo was perfect for our needs. The other travelers and tenants at the condo complex were generally couples, retirees or families with young children. Overall, unit 503 is very nice, spacious, clean and bright. The staff at the condo complex were so helpful and friendly.
