This was our second time at this location and we enjoyed it even more than the first! The property is clean, quiet and convenient to all things UA! We're looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Tuscaloosa.

Condo was great!

The biggest complaint is the walls are so thin, you can hear everybody talking in the room beside you. The upstairs people were continuously stomping it sounded like above us.

Everything was just right for our stay for Bama Bound Orientation. A great space for my son, my husband, and myself. The owner was very hospitable. Readily answered messages. The space was very comfortable and welcoming, and the location couldn't have been better. We'll be back!

Apartment was fabulous for graduation. Walking distance to everything. Only complaints were walls were super thin and every noise outside or above is heard. Your surrounded by college kids so you can put two and two together. Beds are comfy, kitchen has all the essentials you need absolutely no complaints about the unit it was great. I will definitely use it again.

Great communication with Easy check-in, which was highly appreciated as we checked in late after a 12 hour drive. Clean, as described, central location to everything, looking forward to future stays. Thanks!

This condo was perfectly decorated and supplied for its location in the Heart of the Crimson Tidal Basin! Modern Appliances like a red blender, red toaster, and red mixer , in a fully-equipped kitchen, make it easy and fun to share meals. 2 Clean, well-furnished bedrooms and bathrooms, with a spacious living/dining room area with entertainment center in between, make a great layout if you want privacy between family members. There’s also a small table and chairs on the front porch, which is public, but still relaxing. There are student dwellings all around, but the noise level was no different than that in many, urban neighborhoods on a busy weekend. Best of all, the hostess, Lisa, is responsive and clear with directions and guidance. Five Stars!

We LOVED Lisa’s condo! It’s decorated in festive, decor, has everything you need in the kitchen, the beds are very comfortable and location is excellent. Lisa goes above and beyond. She takes the time to give you a thorough and thoughtful answer to any question you may have. I can’t wait to stay again!

Great base for a college visit to Alabama. Property owner/manager was friendly, responsive and accommodating. Condo was nicely furnished in Crimson tide decorations and memorabilia. Fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, big side by side fridge, dishwasher. Washer/dryer in condo was also a bonus. Both bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) had ensuite bathrooms. Covered parking for 2 cars was nice. Code security for elevator, exterior gate and front door. Felt very safe. Walking distance to the strip and the stadium (5 - 10 mins). Highly recommended. We had such a delightful visit to Tuscaloosa. Our son is a freshman at UA. We were able to love him up by cooking for him and visiting him in a homelike setting. The Crimson Condo is walking distance to the Tuscaloosa Strip and campus. We'd like to go back next weekend! Roll Tide!

Our first VRBO experience was PHENOMENAL thanks to Lisa’s personable, prompt, and professional service. She was engaging from the the first inquiry, patient as we navigated the process, and extremely responsive throughout our entire stay. The condo was beyond well-stocked with everything anyone would need to feel like there were truly home away from home while enjoying a UA weekend. Linen, utensils, appliances, dishes, and electronics were all top quality and no corners were cut in providing furnishings that were both comfy and cozy. Although we have a home in the area, returning here would be my first choice.

We stayed at this adorable condo while our boys were getting situated for their first year at UA. It was a great location and we enjoyed the themed decor. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Our family had so much fun attending the super regional softball games against Kentucky. Alabama won and is World Series bound! The condo was perfect when we were not at the games. So much within minutes of the unit. Shopping, river walk and yummy restaurants. We will be back!
