The bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen and a livingroom. We enjoyed a cup of joe in the balcony before heading or either to the pool or beach. We were also able to use the gas grill. There are also a few restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. It was the perfect place for relaxation.

Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Pool steps from unit and beach was awesome with a 30 second walk from the pool. Perfect location in the heart of Indian Rocks. Looking forward to planning our next vacation here.

Great time was had by all

This was our families first time to Florida. We loved every minute of it. Property was an amazing place loved the calm beach. Clean, great neighborhood, over a wonderful stay.

I had such a great week. This condo is perfectly situated with a pool, hot tub, and beach right in the back yard! I can not wait to come back, see ya next year Indian Rocks!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family stayed here over winter break and enjoyed the hot tub, pool and beach. The location is wonderful, walking distance to everything we needed. There is shopping, grocery, bars and restaurants nearby. We did have a car so we could explore. The beds were comfortable and had beach chairs, toys and everything we needed. The only issue we had was it was a bit crowded for our family of 5. The living room didn’t have much room for the 5 of us to sit comfortably and hang out. Normally we wouldn’t probably be inside much but it was unseasonably cold. It would be nice if there was a sectional instead of a love seat. But if you have a family of 4 or less it would probably be fine. Overall it’s recommend this property, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice, cozy, and super close to the beach!

We loved our stay here. Perfect location to walk to the beach and some great restaurants. My only suggestion would be to see if you can take the OnDemand channels off of the TV. Our first evening there as my kids are searching for something for all of us to watch, I had to hear them reading the very graphic titles. Girl on girl, Ho*ny Mil*s 3, etc. Other than that, it was the perfect location for our family of 4!

The condo was a great place to stay! It was a short and easy walk to the beach, there were chairs and an umbrella that was provided, and everything was nice and clean! We had an amazing time and will definitely stay here again!

Over all the room was alright. I’m pretty easy when it comes to a beach vacation. The only thing I really expect is coming to a cool room after being out on the hot beach all day. The temps were 88-90 all week. The room wouldn’t cool below 77-78 starting at about 10am. It would cool down to the set temp by about 1-2am. When I messaged the owner about the AC his advise was to make sure the doors were closed and to turn the fans on😐. My sister and her husband were in the next door unit and the AC was the same. If the AC worked like expected or if the owner would have checked out the issue I’d probably give a 4 or 5 star review. A simple window unit would help curb the issue if the central AC can cool the room on its own.

The condo was clean and cozy and a short walk to the beach. The beach was so beautiful. It was a perfect spot for our family vacation.

The property/condo was very clean and the location was great. Although it was a bit smaller than we've had before, it had everything we needed for the week, including beach towels and chairs. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Florida.

I am so happy I found this little slice of heaven! An inground pool, hot tub, and ocean all in the backyard. It was breath-taking and reasonably priced. I will 100% be booking again!

Place was very clean and comfortable. Dishwasher was very convenient. Pool was very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Only drawback was the wi-fi didn’t work

It was OK. It could use some updating in the furniture. The location is great but there wasn’t great seating in the living room area.

This condo was a great unit for my wife and I. Steps away from the beach and the units hot tub and pool were amazing after a day on the beach. The condo had everything we needed. We will definitely book again when coming back to this area.

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 week stay at Sunset Paradise. Our unit was perfect, nicely finished and super clean. Everything was exactly as described. Cameron was easy to reach, but we had no problems. The pool area is clean and well maintained, a bit crowded. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is perfectly located just steps to the beach. It has everything you need to be comfortable and have a great vacation. Cameron ( the property manager) is excellent at communicating with you if you have questions, need advice to what to visit, or if you encounter any issues. We are coming back to this property for sure!

This was a great little escape for our family of four. Quick access to the pool/spa and just steps from the private ocean/beach access. The property manager was very attentive, quick to respond and offered several suggestions of local places to go for food, entertainment, beaches, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed IRB and will return in the future. This condo was perfect for what we needed this weekend! We were in town for a weekend wedding and stayed an extra day for the beach. Normally we like an ocean view and all the comforts of home because we stay for a full week at least. This condo didn’t have the view, or a washer and dryer in the condo but for the long weekend it had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. Comfy beds and Cameron was very hospitable and retuned texts within a good amount of time. The only hiccup we had was the down stairs washer and dryer did not work so we ran out of towels and washcloths. Tried to call the property manager number that was listed for any maintenance and repairs with the property and left a message but no returned call so that was frustrating but not the owners fault. Overall the condo served its purpose and we would definitely stay here again for this kind of long weekend trip.
