Our family of four had a great time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at this beautiful property. Everything was as shown in the listing and photos including the easy access to pool and beach and views of the water. Snorkeling right off the beach was so cool. We didn’t rent a car but everything was a short taxi ride away - with a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Manager Ildi was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is located at the south end of 7 mile beach and a bit off the hustle and bustle of that place. If you want quiet, a great pool, ocean access for snorkeling and some good restaurants within walking distance, this is a great choice. I'd stay there again.

My family and I had a terrific stay! The condo is nice and clean, and their are shops and grocery stores close by. There is construction next door to the complex, but the occasional noise wasn't very bothersome. We would definitely book here again.

Amazing Island and beautiful condo steps from the turquoise water, pool, fantastic snorkeling, food, car rental and shopping. I am very picky and researched a lot of places to stay in the Cayman Islands. I picked the right one! The communication with Don and IIdi was very prompt and helpful many times. I appreciate that. The location was just right. The condo was perfect with all the amenities:shampoo/conditioner, brita water filter, card games, puzzles, towels, beach chairs, and great AC. It was clean and welcoming. Peppers was delicious, the Camana Bay shopping/eating was fun to walk too. Watching the cruise ships come in was also relaxing. Cayman Islands is a safe comfortable Island! We enjoyed the people and hope to return in the future.

Logistics of our stay were excellent. Manager was very responsive to several pre-arrival questions. Access to the property was easy, and the condo was very clean and well equipped including beach towels. Location is excellent as we walked to a few places and explored the entire island in our rental car. World Gym being located right across the street was great as we both hit the gym everyday. No issues with the condo and I'm sure we will return again sometime.

Clean and friendly complex. Beautiful views. Beach is very small but being right on the water more than makes up for that. There is a high rise under construction next door. Though NO fault of this complex or unit, it’s very noisy right now. Hopefully that will be completed soon. Construction everywhere on island, though. Property manager was amazing and extremely helpful!

This apartment has an amazing unobstructed view . Had all the amenities we needed and the some. Plenty of space - full kitchen. The best part is we were able to snorkel right outside our door on the private beach and enjoy the pool. Very convenient location where we walked to various restaurants, bus stop, and scooters are also available . The property manager and owner are very responsive . Definitely recommend and would go back

Nice condo, Conviniet location, great views from every room. Backyard snorkeling is a bonus. The issue we had was solved immediately, thanks to the great property manager.

This place was perfect! Super clean- perfectly comfortable. I very much appreciated entering an air conditioned unit (so many times the units have the a/c at 75 and it smells musty- not here!) Kitchen was stocked with all the things you would need. The washer/dryer was so helpful (and supplied detergent). The views were incredible. I don't think you can get better views without more seven mile beach congestion. It was close enough to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. I cannot also stress enough how nice the check in & checkout was. It's always so annoying when there are 4 pages of check out procedures- we just packed up and left. Thank you- very well run property management group!!

We had a great stay in George Town Villas and in Grand Cayman! The location was perfect, we were close to so many restaurants and shopping centers. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. They may have gotten a new water heater since the previous comments because the water was nice and warm for showers! Don’t hesitate to book this VRBO if you’re planning a trip to the Caymans!

Everything about our stay at 201 was just perfect! Best view on the island and the condo was clean, spacious well appointed and the reservation process was easy. If I had to leave on suggestion for the management, it would be to turn the hot water temp a notch. LOL. We had to take showers with the water on full hot, and even then it was just warm. Other than that it could not be a better spot! Quiet and next to everything you need! Great snorkeling right off the beach, even a fun shiowreck to explore about 100 yards south. Watch the cruise ships come in and out and enjoy the sunsets every night! We will be back!!

The condo had everything we needed. The beach towels were a plus. It was close to the market and a dozen different restaurants. The only complaint was that the water never got very warm so we took semi cold showers.

The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful home, even better sunset views. Communication with Don and property management throughout was a pleasure. We got exactly what we were looking for. The property was extremely clean and everything worked well. Pool area is right on beach, clean and quiet. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful place.

Absolutely fabulous oceanfront condo! The location is very quiet and private yet you can walk down the beach to the more popular and more crowded parts of Seven Mile Beach. Several restaurants and grocery shopping, Kirk's, are within walking distance. The 54 unit complex is mostly owner occupied and owners that don't rent so the % of vacation travelers is probably around 25%. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area is quiet. There are great views of the cruise ships and other boating activity using the port at George Town harbor . There's great snorkeling right in front of the property. The water is easily accessed via a ladder. The unit is beautifully decorated and well equipped. We use VRBO a lot and this is our favorite rental.

Great location! A short walk on the beach to reach the southern end of 7 mile beach. While this property doesn't have a 'sandy' beach right out front, there's plenty of sandy beach and the privacy and access to excellent snorkeling more than makes up for it. This property is very private and relaxing; especially when compared to the properties just north which are generally over-crowded with beach lounge chairs stacked almost on top of each other. Kirk Market for food is a short 12 minute walk and convenience shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Everything you need is close. Buses are a convenient and cheap way to get around the island if you want to go further. But the best part - this unit is an end unit so it's quiet and has spectacular views with a balcony that almost on the beach. Great for cruise ship watching - which were surprisingly quiet from a noise perspective, we rarely noticed their comings/goings. Also great for just relaxing and enjoying sunsets. The unit is clean and comfortable and the kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. Local tenants were extremely nice and welcoming - it was fun to meet others around the grills in the evening. Property management was available, pleasant, and helpful. We would definitely try to stay here upon a return visit.

Very clean and well appointed - everything works ( which isn't always the case in the islands). Well laid out for two couples, plenty of room and privacy. Magnificent view, nice grounds and pool area. Well located - close to restaurants and you can walk to the center of town in about 20 minutes if so inclined.

Condo was perfect! Away from crowds but close enough to 7 mile beach. Very quite complex; the only thing I wish we had were beach chairs to use. It was so neat to watch cruise ships come and go!

We loved our week in Grand Cayman! The views and location of this unit, right on the water, were awesome! Walk right out your door to snorkel and then cool off and relax in the quiet pool. Seven Mile Beach is the place to be! Tons of restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches! We did an excursion to Sting Ray City, Starfish Point and Kaibo for a drink. A highlight of the trip! We went on a Friday (no cruise ships in that day) so not as much traffic out there. We swam with horses - wow! Kids parasailed...the Parasail Professionals were top notch and super friendly. Did paddle boarding at the Royal palms Beach Club and had drinks there...the water was sooo beautiful! It is great having a condo to cook breakfast or lunch and a few dinners here and there. The Kirk grocery store was very nice . Plenty of the comforts of home! We ate at some awesome restaurants as well! The Wharf, the Beach House at the Westin, Andiamo at the Ritz, Restaurant Papagallo & Ragazzi for awesome pizza. We cannot wait to go back! Paradise!

Great location and well maintained unit. Quiet location just minutes from 7 mile beach. Able to enjoy the sounds of the beach while sitting on the patio watching the sunset.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We ate breakfast on the veranda every morning which was such a treat and if we were 'home' at sunset the veranda had the perfect view. The kitchen has everything you would need if you do want to cook as well as plenty of plates and utensils. I was very happy to see storage containers in the cabinet so we could keep fresh snacks in the fridge. The bedrooms were comfortable and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The place was spotless! In the evening after stargazing, the living room was a great place to hang out at the very end of the day. We were traveling with a 1 year old and there was a clean and beautiful pack in play and high chair waiting for us when we arrived. We were able to check in a bit early and the cleaning crew was still there. They were genuinely excited to meet us and show us around the condo. They really were the perfect start to our trip! Before our trip and even before we booked the condo, any questions we had were responded to almost immediately by the owners. Honestly it was if they have an alarm go off when they receive a question!!! I can't say enough about Pam, the property manager and her staff. They were very friendly and helpful and always wanted to be sure we would enjoy our stay. We needed a beach umbrella for the baby and I emailed Pam and asked where we could purchase one. We came in from our morning walk and there was a brand new beach umbrella on the kitchen island! That was so appreciated and really a testament to Pam and her team. This property does have a small beach and even though this area is a bit rocky, it is the perfect spot!Way less crowded than further down 7 mile beach and it is so easy to take a little walk and find a larger beach area if you desire that. We did rent a car to take advantage of all the restaurants on the island. We also drove to one of the public beaches one morning but went home for lunch and decided we liked 'our' area so we never went back. The Georgetown Villas have beautiful grounds and a very well maintained pool and pool area. There is a gas and a charcoal grill by the pool area if you wish to cook out. We met many people who live at the condo for 6 months a year or so and they were all so friendly. They were happy to welcome us and they were always willing to answer any questions and share any info they had that would be helpful to us. We hope to be back!
