THIS IS OUR SIXTH VISIT TO THIS HOME. WE LOVE IT SO MUCH BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. SO MANY ACTIVITIES OR JUST DO NOTHING. WE LIKE GOING OUR TO SHUCKERS FOR A LATE LUNCH OR LATE AFTERNOON DRIVE UP A1A TO LOOK AT FT PIERCE INLET...JUST A SUGGESTION IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO DO.

Lovely property and neighborhood within walking distance of private beach. The pool and spa made it seem like one's own private resort. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was above and beyond what we expected! Super clean! Pet friendly. Pool and spa was so refreshing after a day of exploring the area. Nice dining in the area. Would definitely stay again. Not a negative word to say. Just perfect! Thank you so much for being a perfect host!

Property in in great shape - had some issues with the hot tub (never really heated up) - but not a big deal.

This property was very clean and just as advertised. It’s not so easy to find a rental with really comfortable beds and linens, not to mention a private pool and spa. We were in it every day except when Hurricane Nicole breezed by. The owners messaged with updates and lived nearby, so we felt well taken care of. Also, the cottage and kitchen are very well stocked. We loved it here!

Our 2nd time staying at this property. Has everything you need for a great stay. We do prefer to be oceanfront, but the outdoor space here is amazing, and the ocean is just a short walk away.

House was clean and everything matched the description! Would loved to stay longer but had to come back.

Perfect location. Everything I want on a vacation. Private pool, private access to the ocean beach. Great restaurants and a short drive for groceries. An absolute beauty of God's creation!!!

A home away from home! The kids enjoyed their days in the pool. A short walk to the beach , with beach chairs and umbrella. Everything you need to sit back and enjoy.

We were so happy to stay at the house. Easy trip to the beach (as mentioned in the listing; it’s easier to drive than walk). The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The heated pool was lovely and all of the accessories meant we didn’t have to bring anything from home. The house itself was perfect. Play room for the kids, great bedrooms, and comfortable beds.

Nice home, everything worked and most importantly was very clean. Would recommend.

And we will be coming back in 6 months!!

We have rented Kate's property for the last coupe of years and as always the property is wonderful and so is Kate.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The heated pool and spa were so nice. The ocean is so close, and we found some good restaurants near by. My only problem was the size of the kitchen. It was difficult to prepare a meal. We ate out mostly. Kathleen was very responsive on some miner issues. The layout is a bit odd, and dark, but functional. All in all we had fun!

This home owner thought of everything. The home is well stocked with paper products, spices, kcup and regular coffee pots, etc. you can easily sleep six. All you need is a bathing suit for the pool and spa. There’s lots of beach towels and floats and privacy. This is the nicest VRBO we have stayed in and I’m so happy we booked another week in March.

We loves the neighborhood, access to the beach, dog park, bike rising, and local restaurants were delicious! The HOT TUB was amazing and the house was comfortable...It was a terrific 3 weeks!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This property was perfect for our warm weather getaway. The location is amazing, with the beach only a short walk away and plenty of dining/shopping options a quick drive away. We had no issues with the house and loved the private pool/hot tub in the back yard. The host was responsive but we didn't have to reach out at all during our stay - the house had everything we needed and everything matched the description in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

We came for 2 weeks from Vermont (drove down) to spend our family Thanksgiving. We brought a very exuberant puppy who really loved the nearby dog park, eating the palm seeds, and chasing the birds. He was not so fond of the water, sadly. Kitchen is small, but well stocked and we made several meals in addition to a full turkey thanksgiving dinner. Glad to have a real coffee maker plus the Keurig, so we could choose. Really nice to be able to tap into Publix's bakery (love their breads!). On the way to Publix (across the causeway) is a veggie/fruit stand and we got plenty of fresh goods from there. Pool was super, pump is a bit loud but we modified the hours so that it was running when we were not around. Beach is amazing and a short walk. Also within walking distance is a pizza/bar type restaurant and we ended up eating there twice. We met neighbors (walking the dog) and they were all very friendly and welcoming. My kids are adults and it is hard to find rentals which have enough comfortable beds, rooms, and couch space, and this rental was great for us. Everybody had their own space when needed (my daughter was working some of the time) and kids were able to sleep late. For sure would stay here again.

The beach house is just as described. Wonderful pool area, and just overall peaceful and relaxing. Great, pet friendly community and quick walk to ocean front. Can't wait to stay again!

We were two retired couples that wanted to see what The Hutchinson Island had to offer. The house was great and a nice location. Only negative it had was there where so many noseedums that we all had bites!!!! We all found that the beach was not a good walking beach, great restaurants, and our best day was renting a pontoon for the day. Was a great get away to reconnect with friends. House had everything it needed and very clean. Only thing I could suggest is having an outdoor table to eat out there .

This is a wonderful place to stay..my husband and I have stayed here before and we enjoy everything about it…we will definitely be back

Location was perfect! One block walk to beach or drive the car to your private Tiki beach access. The pool was amazing & the bed very comfy for vacation sleeping in!

This VRBO host is wonderful. The home is spotless, comfy beds and a backyard paradise that sets the stage for a most relaxing Holiday.

Property was absolutely perfect, even better than we envisioned. 4 adults and 2 dogs had the most perfect week in a home that felt like a resort. Thank you again and hope to return ASAP!
