Tricky to park and drive around in the old town but parking a short 3-4 mins walk away

The location was excellent
The stairs were not welcome and were very steep and difficult - and we are not in any way physically disabled. The room was adequate ( the bed was very comfortable). The owner was unavailable, disassociated and we felt couldn’t care less.. We paid extra for the jacuzzi, which was then locked up and tied down. We felt we were imposing on them rather than welcomed. So utterly different from the warm hearted, friendly welcome everywhere else we went in Puglia. The owner’s brother, who met us at first, was very nice.

Camera pulita, completa di tutto ciò possa servire. Ottima colazione. Proprietaria molto gentile e tempestiva. Molti dettagli positivi, come le info turistiche all’ingresso, gli ombrelli per la pioggia, varietà nella colazione, vasca molto rilassante. Consiglio molto.
Mi è piaciuto tutto. Segnalo la presenza di scale per chi ha passeggini o difficoltà nella mobilità.

Struttura recentemente rinnovata e molto moderna.
Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto che ci ha costretti a tornare a casa ma la ragazza è stata molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze rimborsandoci. Ci ritorneremo presto !

Adoramos a localização, conforto e suporte da Silvia. O apartamento era muito novo e bem próximo ao centrinho. Fomos muito bem recebidos desde o início até a saída.
Uma pena não termos tido uma cama extra para nosso filho, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia.
Também tivemos um pequeno inconveniente com o box do banheiro que deixava muita água escorrer para fora após os banhos.

Внимание туристы! В соседнем с апартаментами помещении идет ремонт!!! Вас будут будить в 07.00 утра. Для тех, кто путешествует с багажом, важно: лестница ведущая в номера крайне крутая и узкая - поднять по ней большой чемодан будет задачей не из легких! Наконец, «номер 30 кв. метров» - нелепая ложь: на самом деле комната максимум 10 метров, а весь номер с ванной и коридором примерно 20.

The staff were excellent and happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel was in a great location for getting around.
The room was a little small but comfortable. The iron that we borrowed was hopeless, we would expect to use a proper size iron.

The apartment was in a terrific location and it was certainly a bonus having a balcony and A/C.
The upstairs spa was great, although shared there was only 4 apartments in total, so never had to share spa and the breakfast on rooftop only shared once in our weeks stay.
Overall it was a great choice.
The only downside would be the amount of stairs to get to the apartment and more still to the rooftop.
It was good exercise though, and fine for healthy people . Worked off all those amazing Italian meals.

The style of the room was artsy and pretty. The location was close to restaurants and landmarks.
The stairs to the rooms are very narrow and steep. The rooms are quite small.

The location is next to the historical centre. The apartment is in an old renovated building and the furniture is brand new. Nice welcome with prosecco and strawberries.
The information in booking is misleading - no terrace with city views as in the pictures or at least we hadn't access to it , no jacuzzi, no wellness resort at all as it pretends to be, just a small apartment but at the price of a 4star hotel or a price of an appartment with jacuzzi in wellness resort. Too early check out.

The location was very central so only the walking distance to the very center. The rooms are very modern, the towels soft and fluffy. Breakfast with variety of cookies, different types of coffee, tea, milk… The personnel very friendly. We booked the same date in the evening and they still accommodated and waited us (thank you).
There is no swimming possibility at the location despite the photos as It takes half an hour drive to the sea.
The bath in our room was super equipped though divided partially only by glass door to the room so those who wish more privacy should consider it. The stair case is extremely steep and narrow so those with luggage and kids should consider it as well. No private parking however the owner of the hotel waited for us late evening and reserved one public parking lot (thank you :)

Beautifully renovated, old architecture style home.
There were a few things we didn’t like about our stay, the shower doors didn’t close all of the way, and water would get all over the floor and the floors were very slippery. Also, the bathroom door did not close, as well, making for some privacy issues. The stairs in the apartments are extremely steep.

great location a few minutes walk from main square. good size rooms and the serve yourself breakfast was good.
the WiFi doesn’t work, there is no pool as advertised but a 15% discount to a lido about 20 minutes away by car. jacuzzi is an extra 40 euro. also lots of steep steps so not great for luggage

There is no lift and only a narrow staircase to go up to the rooms (The apartments are in an renovated building in the historic center). Can be an issue if you have a lot of luggage or have trouble carrying weight.

The breakfast on the roof top was very nice. No shortage of food or drink at all. The young lady working there was very professional and very helpful to us. We used What's App to communicate with her during our stay there. Before we left she came over and gave us a sample of her family's olive oil as a souvenir, and it is delicious! Very modern, clean and cool place to stay!
I thought that the hot tub / jacuzzi on the roof top was included in the price of the room, but apparently it was not. Finding a parking spot a car near this place is not easy. Swimming pool (Leisure center) is a short car or taxi journey from the room, and it is much better for families with young children.
