What a great property!! Spacious, comfortable home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, front porch, back deck, and hot tub! We loved having our morning coffee on the front porch with a view of Keuka Lake and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. Great location!

The pictures didnt dp it justice for how bright, clean, and updated the cabin actually was. Very clean and detailed. Had a really nice time with my friends.

We stayed with my parents, sister, and young daughter, and it was a perfect space to have privacy when wanted, while also having an open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan to spend time together. I was impressed by the complete spice rack and Lincoln Logs/tinker-toys available for our little one to play with. The host also responded quickly and thoroughly when the tv connection was interrupted. Hot tub was really clean and lots of outdoor spaces are available.

The house provided just what we were wanting for our fall vacation week in the Finger Lakes. Spending the morning drinking coffee on the balcony and looking at the beautiful views of the lake and the colorful hillsides across the lake was a perfect start to each day. Evenings relaxing in the hot tub finished our days. The home is a quick drive from Penn Yan, which is convenient for grocery runs or restaurants, and was a great home base for visiting all of the attractions in the region.
The home is laid out wonderfully with the primary bedroom on the same floor with the kitchen and living areas. The laundry is in the main floor bathroom which was very convenient. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level with a nice family room that includes an air hockey table.
The kitchen has everything you need to make wonderful meals, so many glasses and dishes, and a wonderful island with bar seating. The main living area has plenty of comfortable seating. There are even games and toys available.
For most of our stay, it was my husband, our adult daughter and myself. Our other daughter and her family came for the last couple of days. The home was big enough for the whole crew. We all loved staying there and hope it is available the next time we head to the region.
The property manager was quick to respond to our questions.

We had a lovely time at overlook cabin. The cabin was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit.

This is a beautiful cabin with wide forest views, lake view, and a large peaceful front porch. We were 2 families of 4 and there was plenty of space for sleeping, hanging out, and cooking. The kids loved the air hockey table too! This cabin has everything a family would want for a comfortable relaxing stay. East Bluff Drive is walkable without worrying about speeding cars- with beautiful views of the lake. There is so much yard space for play and fire pit time. Wonderful place and stay!

This house was simply perfect for our family’s stay. The size, layout, cleanliness, and location were exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen, dining, and family room area was beautiful and allowed our entire group to gather and visit. I would highly recommend this property and owner(s) and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The cabin was perfect, immaculately clean. Everything just as described. Good location. A gals weekend of wineries and hot tub and this fit the bill. Would definitely come back. Host was easy to connect with. Can't rave enough about the cabin.

My husband and I came up with our four kids. We had a great time. The house is very nice and has a nice view. I enjoyed the porch swing and we all loved the hot tub. We did awesome excursions within 5 minutes to 2 hours from this location. We enjoyed water and amusement parks, the lake and state park, various museums of play, the Bristol mountain adventures, the Destiny USA mall that has fun kids activities, and hiking Watkins Glen to see waterfalls. There are nice restaurants in town along with a candy emporium. The house is very comfortable. Communicating with Mike was fast and easy. Awesome experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The "cabin" was as advertised. It had a large, comfortable and open living area, modern kitchen with all utensils, 2 nice, clean, well lit bathrooms. We often sat out on the large porch in the evening watching the daylight fade. Mike, our host, was very responsive to our calls. Located close to Penn Yan, it is ideal for day trips to several of the finger lakes and winery tours. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again during future trips to the area.

The Overlook Cabin is always clean. New Hot Tub this year!! Kitchen is always stocked with everything you will need. Mike (the owner) is a pleasure to work with and is always responsive to questions. My group of friends have been coming here since 2012 for our annual get together. We have never had a problem.

The cabin is beautiful and very roomy. We booked the overlook cabin for a Ladies Getaway weekend. The listing says it sleeps 10 but in reality for 9 adults, we had to bring two air mattresses and one of us still slept on the couch. The cabin furniture could use some updating in the living room to be more comfortable. The hot tub was excellent and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is nicely stocked with equipment and utensils. However, when we opened the dishwasher for the first time there was a huge cloud of gnats that come out. The gnats were really pesky and you could tell they have this problem on a reoccurring basis because they keep apple cider vinegar with the cleaning supplies. Although we tried to get rid of the gnats, it was a big issue in the kitchen. The cabin cools down and heats up quickly which was great. I’d recommend bringing extra toilet paper as we were only given a couple rolls. Also, for the cleaning fee that is already included in the price of the rental, the cleaning instructions for check out were a bit overwhelming. All in all, the cabin itself is beautiful but we’re not sure we would book again.

A long weekend with girlfriends. Great location, views, and property. Close to breweries, wineries, and restaurant. It was very clean (no musty smells or dirt) and well kept. Hot tub worked well and was a great way to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house and centrally located in FingerLakes so easy to explore the surrounding area. Comfortable and tastefullly decorated. Super nice yard that was quiet and private. It was hard to find in the dark on arrival, but mgr stated a bigger #plaque already ordered. Nice hot tub but 1/2 jets didn’t work, but quick response although was able to be quick fix. Kitchen well stocked. Overall we were very pleased! Thank you for allowing us to stay!🥰

What a wonderful house! We loved everything. Comfortable house with lots of amenities. I really enjoyed how well-equipped the kitchen was too.
Only caveat is that we didn’t get to use the hot tub because it takes a very long time to heat up. Not a big deal; we just didn’t know.

Beautiful cabin
Inside and out, this place was beautiful. We stayed for a week in July with our kids and grandkids. It was the perfect location with a marina right up the road where we rented a boat for a day, and a private like beach near Keuka college 2 miles north that we loved. It's also a short drive from Penn Yan and Hammondsport which both have great restaurants and things to do. It's in a very quiet setting, with a yard big enough for the kids to play, a nice firepit with some wood (we also brought some of our own) and there are places close by to also purchase firewood. The hot tub was amazing, overall a very ,very nice place and we will stay there again. I had no problem with the comfortability of the furniture and loved the porch with the swing overlooking the lake. There were toys in bins that were a big hit with my grandkids. It was also very quiet at night for sleeping. I would rate this place a 10!

Finger Lakes Getaway
Overall nice property. Nice quiet location although the instructions to use the GPS address were incorrect! Use the actual street address. Clean but some items need attention: kitchen door doesn't close properly and has no screen, kitchen window has no screen, dining room light is broken, master bedroom lamp broken, lower level shower curtain liner moldy, front porch light cover missing, living room furniture not comfortable. If these items are fixed, we would give this property an excellent rating.

Great spot for family/group gathering
Overall great experience. Big open area on the main floor to enjoy time together. Only complaints are furniture isnt that comfortable and the floors squeak and the sounds travels to the rooms downstairs. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Great location, lake views, and outdoor space.

My group of girlfriends have been coming to the Overlook Cabin since 2012. We love the location. The cabin has an open floor plan that works perfect for us. Mike is very responsive and answers within 15min. We have everything we need. The cabin is stocked with all the essentials. The hot tub is also a big hit. It is home to us for our annual "girls weekend"

We gathered at the Overlook Cabin for my birthday. I have been coming to overlook since 2012. The house is spacious and accommodates a family. It has everything you would need and then some. The property feels very private. Hot tub is a nice extra. I highly recommend this cabin you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic location and beautiful place
The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. The views were beautiful. We got snow overnight and the driveway was promptly plowed out in the morning. Plenty of wineries and breweries in the area. Overall, this was a great place to stay. I highly recommend this place!

Great cabin in a nice area
The house was clean, well maintained and in a good location. Their was lots of space in the house and there was plenty of room for eight adults. The kitchen was large and well appointed. The hot tub made the weekend so much fun. The only down side was some of the beds were a little uncomfortable. A pull out couch in the living room would have helped too. Every one agreed it was a nice place and they enjoyed there stay.

Beautiful home with all the creature comforts!
We had an amazing time at Mike's property we felt secluded on a beautiful lake,yet we were close to the amazing hiking trails and wineries in the area. There was a small problem but mike was at the property and had it fixed in less then 30 minutes. We are truly looking forward to trying to rent this property agian.

Great Place for a Family Gathering
Our recent visit was our 6th annual return to the "Overlook Cabin". That says it all! It suits our needs for a multi-generational family gathering. Although we've never watched the television, our grandchildren enjoy the air hockey table and the generous supply of Lincoln logs. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
