What a fabulous place to stay in an excellent location! Jean Ann exceeded all of our expectations and we will be back!

The condo was really great - clean, spacious, well stocked, great location. The owner, Jean Ann, was super friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

Over the years we have stayed in town houses and condominiums owned by Jean Ann. They have always been well furnished, decorated, up-to-date and well equipped. Locations are great… within walking distance of the lift to the base. Communication is good and response is prompt. The club, also close by, offers a nice outdoor heated pool, hot tubs and a sauna, where you can relax at the end of the day. There isn’t a better value anywhere in the Park City area.

This property had plenty of beds and space for our annual snowboarding trip. Kitchen utensils were a plenty and we even used the crockpot. We had an easy time getting to the slopes using Canyons Village Connect app and it worked just like uber.

This condo was super clean and great for our family vacation! It was updated and spacious and very comfortable. The location is great to get to the cabriolet easily. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this unit.

This property was perfect for a group getaway to park city. The place was super convenient to canyons village and skiing. We enjoyed lounging in the living room, taking a trip to the outdoor hot tub, and grilling on the patio. Everything was clean and the beds were all comfy! Thank so much Jean Ann!

Very comfortable well equipped house. Easy to communicate with owner. Great shuttle service makes skiing with all 5 of us simple. Short drive to Park City or take gondolas over. Would stay again

Close to slopes with free on-demand shuttle. Clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Nice, comfortable furnishings. Be aware, as we were, that the bedroom with the bunk beds is small, has no closet and minimal storage. My daughter made it work better by using the closet off the dining room. The property manager was friendly and INSTANTLY responded to a few questions that I had. Overall a very good value.

Everything was perfect. Townhome was clean, well appointed, and very conveniently located near Cabriolet lift; free shuttle service to Canyons Village. Nice neighborhood. Would definitely book again!

Very nice place close to the Park City - Canyons Resort. It was perfect for our family with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Also, Jean Ann was very helpful and took care of every question and concern promptly. If we ever do another skiing get away to Park City, we will definitely want to stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend ski trip with family and friends. The accommodations were perfect for 8 people and within a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts and restaurants. Jean was easy to communicate with and attentive to our questions. We would stay here again!’

We skied at Park City because we aren’t avid skiers, and they have green runs available. We had a car so we drove over and parked in preferred parking for only $10. Then we walked right up to the lifts. If we had been more avid skiers I think it would have been just as easy or possibly more easy to get to the Canyons lifts. All this to say this condo is in a great location regardless of your skiing experience.I am a vacation rental owner, and I can say I wish my cleaning staff cleaned my property as well as this condo was cleaned. It was also well organized. Jean Ann is great to work with and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay in the Park Cities area.

The unit is very clean and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped with quality kitchenware & a very nice gas range. The gas grill is also of high quality. We had a group of 8 adults and one infant. The one thing that disappointed us was that the photo showed 8 chairs at the table and there were only 6. We pulled up stools to make it work, but suggest changing the picture. The best thing was that each of the bedrooms has it's own bathroom; vital for a group our size. The unit is a bit small for a group of 8 adults, but we made it work. The bunk room is adorable, but would be better served by children or 1 adult only as it is tiny. (pictures are accurate) The other bedrooms are a nice size with plenty of storage. The family room also is small for as large of a group as we had. However, overall it is a nicely maintained unit and comfortable. It does lack a convenient area to put on your ski boots, no bench, etc, so we took turns sitting on the tiled steps. Not perfect for a group of 8, but doable. Overall we liked it, but think it would serve a smaller group or perhaps two couples with several children better than 8 adults. The Canyon Connect App is the way to go for transportation to the mountain. Works like Uber, but is free. The walk is more than we like carrying skiis.

Our family stayed here for skiing and snowmobiling for 6 days and we loved it. The accomodations were excellent and very convienent to the ski slopes. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all small appliances as well as basic pantry items.

We have stayed in Park City a number of times with VRBO rentals and this was by far our best experience! We loved the townhome. Kitchen, dining area and living room was ample and worked well for us, and there is impressive bedroom space with 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A nice master suite upstairs, a double queen bunkbed room on the main floor, off the kitchen, and two large bedrooms down stairs with both a queen and twin bed in each. The washer and dryer worked great. This townhome was supplied better than any other we have ever stayed at. It seemed like everything had been thought of. Our kids loved swimming in the pools. The best thing, however was how responsive the owner was. She was super quick to answer any questions and very caring and concerned! We had a family emergency while staying at the townhome and she was extremely helpful. Her help made all the difference for us as a family trying to navigate a difficult situation.

We loved how easy it was to communicate with the Thompsons and that they were very concerned about our comfort during our stay. The condo was updated and well stocked! Red Pine will always be a favorite place.

Easy access to the mountain, close to town, CLEAN and room for everyone! We will be back!

The condo is just as described except it doesn’t come close to describing how fully stocked the condo is! The kitchen, baths etc have everything and more! We truly enjoyed how easy everything was, thanks for a wonderful time!

This condo is very, very nice. Much nicer than the pictures show. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Park City. Excellent location in the Red Pine Condo area. Owner was very helpful and in contact.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful property, we had a great time in Utah. -Easy and clear check-in and communication by email and cell/text (great when on the go with a bunch of kids) -Clean and beautifully decorated.Woukd even say the main picture makes it look a bit dated which it’s not. -we had little kids and 2 pack and plays were made available which was great! -kitchen is fully stalked and we cooked most meals on site -the bunk room is super cute and great for older kids and day naps, it was my favorite. -bathroom in every room is great for multi family trip -Getring to slopes was not bad, walk to Cabriolet or down from sloaps about 0.5 miles and manageable to a 7yo, but shuttle was quickly there for the day’s you’d rather skip the walk. -spa area is at a club house, is a bit of a walk but pleasant after you’re hot. However, it is staffed and clean and open late. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely book again. Thanks!

Jean Ann was awesome! She was so responsive and the only one who has checked on me on a regular basis to see how things were. The shuttle was perfect for getting to the Gondola! Definitely would stay at the very same place again!

The location of this property couldn’t be better, specially with the shuttle bus that picks you up (and brings you back) in front of the house. Our family (6 adults 5 children) had more than enough room. We prepared most of our meals. The kitchen is amazing, plenty dishes, glasses, pots and pans Even food items, spices etc. You truly feel in this home “cozy and at home”. The owners are very helpful, any questions answered immediately and they really care about you as a guest and their property to make you feel comfortable and happy The kids and parents enjoyed the pool every evening after skiing. Perfect house to spend a perfect vacation

This was the perfect place for our extended family vacation. Easy access to Canyons for skiing. A quick (free) bus ride to Park City for skiing and/or entertainment. Kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Communication with owners was top notch. Lots of extras too (like paper and pens for scoring games, storage closet for skis, crock pot, hot tub towels etc).

The place was great! A high chair, gates, and crib were available to us which made traveling with a toddler much easier. The owner was nice to check in on us and make sure all was going smoothly. Definitely recommend!
