This is the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood and we love the location! This house was extremely convenient to the pool, the beach tram and the shops. The beach was extremely crowded but we drove down the road a little and enjoyed a public beach. The house has plenty of extra supplies for little ones although we didn’t have any with us, and the kitchen was very well stocked! Carol was extremely easy to work with!! Overall, it was a fabulous week!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, roomy, and very close to the pool. We liked walking to the shops and restaurants in Seacrest and Rosemary. The property had just about everything you need! A tip for anyone visiting Seacrest Beach in general...it gets pretty crowded. We opted to hop in the car for a short drive towards Inlet Beach where there was plenty of beach and way less people :)

The house is exactly as pictured. The location to downtown Rosemary is perfect! The house is beautiful and has so much space and so many additions (esp for kids) if you're traveling a far distance. The neighborhood is wonderful and the pool and grounds are outstanding. The only reason I gave this a 4 and might consider a different location next time is the beach access. The tram process was great, however, the amount of space the entire neighborhood is allotted is pretty small during busy weeks where it leaves not much space for everyone and very few were able to get 'front beach' access vs setting up behind other folks unless they brought their stuff over very very early.

Great home that has all one needs to have a great vacation. If traveling with small children and babies all the necessary equipment is there. The owner was attentive and helpful with any questions. We would definitely stay in this home again!

The home is beautiful. Ample parking. Even lovelier than photos. Beach is a long walk when carrying gear but pool is close. Highly recommend.

We loved having our 2 married children/spouses and 3 sons for a week under one beautiful roof! Kitchen fully stocked as well as beach and pool necessities. Plenty of gathering space as well as privacy. Good choice!

Rental Communication with Carol easy & she will kindly answer any questions. She is the reason we chose Bonita Bay as she took the time to tell us about the ins & outs. The house was clean, bathrooms as stated, gorgeous art work & lots of nick knacks on tables/dressers. The bedrooms good size. Beds Queen & king soft, you sinking down a bit. The two double bedroom mattresses (in bedroom with baby crib) desperately need replacing. This would be the only downside to the rental that would prevent me from renting again. Lots of big bathrooms with plenty of counter space. Living, dining & kitchen rooms are wonderful with lots of comfortable seating. Lots of room & extremely well stocked kitchen. All in good order. We took tram to beach, due to carrying umbrella, chairs etc. very convenient as tram stop out the front door. The house has lots of beach chairs & 2 umbrellas in good condition. The pool is awesome and only a block or so away. Restaurants we loved - Cuvée 30A, expensive but best food & service! Beach & Brew on 30 A, interesting place, owners engaged, went for drinks several nights. They allowed us to bring in a pizza one night. Cowgirl Kitchen, lunch at The Fish place - a must, Pescada, La Crema - good view, friendly service & food. Edwards for dessert- key lime pie delicious & Lola’s is fantastic. Most places first come, first serve; go about 5pm you’ll have little to no wait; go after 6 expect an hour or longer wait; just grab a drink & walk down to the beach to wait. …Able to get reservations for Cuvée & Pescada. Our experience at The Pearl / Havana restaurant was not up to standard - after 40 minutes of giving our drink order, no drinks until my son went to the bar to bring to our table. Food 1 1/2 hours & food missing, other patrons who came in much later than us were served both drinks & food. Our server plainly forgot about us. An apology from the server would have gone a long way. His only statement “craft cocktails take a long time”. We went to the rooftop for after dinner drinks only to be served out of dirty glasses. The piano player was awesome & he received a big gratuity! Bring your own bikes or rent some. Rental place just a few blocks from house. Inlet, Rosemary, Seacrest & Alys areas are great for bike riding or walking. This rental home is in a perfect area, quiet but convenient. Folks we met were friendly. Great place, you will enjoy! This property was perfect and one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in! The location is perfect, walking distance to the pool and a short shuttle ride or 10 min walk to the beach. The house is spacious and well designed. It has all the amenities you need. The beds are comfortable and they provide extra pillows and blankets. The property was clean and comfortable to stay in. It’s like a home away from home! I will definitely be back.

We loved this property! It is exactly as pictured, the owner was wonderful to communicate with and it was in a great area. The house comes with everything you will need for your stay, except bikes and those are easy to rent with a short walk. It had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and even a float. We hope to be back soon!

The property was beautiful and well maintained, conveniently located to the pool and beach tram, and close to retail. The layout of the house was perfect and made for easy living on vacation. SeaCrest Beach is a lovely community.

Best rental ever!!! We did not need one thing, everything we ever thought we might need was at our fingertips!!! So wonderful.

We stayed at this lovely home during the labor day week. The beach was clean, the gulf water so warm nd clear. The best part was the availability of the tram that would take us back and forth . Little to no wait time and the driver was very polite. The beach home is very spacious with the amount of us there, we never felt crammed up stairs with the large bedrooms, private baths . The fully equipped kitchen was great for our fan fare- breakfast, lunch or dinners. The main living area was great for family time, games, movies some nice down time. The front porch has a swing and the 2nd floor had a balcony. The evenings were very nice and comfortable and private. This beach home even had beach towels (that saved us packing space) and beach chairs we could take to the beach . The tram driver was very accommodating us to as we brought these items and a cooler to the beach. The location is great , a beautiful neighborhood. We can't wait to go back.

Bonita Baby is exactly as described in the listing. Accommodations were perfect for our family with 4 small children. Bicycles were a bonus. I was the only one who drove a car all week - to the grocery store of course. Everyone else biked or took the beach cart service or walked. Great restaurants close by. The Donut Truck at Alys Beach was a huge hit with our 4 and 6 year old grandsons to ride to on bicycles a few mornings. Kitchen was well equipped. And, outdoor grill was a nice addition. A lot of activities at Rosemary Beach within walking distance. Owner was great to communicate with. We will definitely do this again, once I recover from babysitting 4 boys ages 6 and under. Baby crib, high chair, and pack and play were wonderful additions also. However, baby supplies are tucked away in a closet if you don't need them.

My girlfriends and I head down to 30A every year for our Girl's Beach Weekend. This year, the five of us rented Bonita Baby and it was perfect for our trip. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the layout was really great for our group - we loved the open kitchen/dining/living room. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of seating for everyone to lounge around. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and the bicycles. The bikes weren't in pristine condition like they are when you rent them, but that's to be expected when something lives outside in the Florida salt air. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our visit and we'll definitely have Bonita Baby high on our list of options next year. Thanks Carol!

Warm hospitality was extended by the owners & without a doubt, we would recommed a stay at Bonita Baby to our friends. The photos give you only a glimpse of the property as it is even lovelier in person. It is well-deocrated, clean, comfortable and has all of the comforts of home. Everything you need is there which makes the travel so much easier. We had eight girls living in the upstairs area with plenty of showers for all. The living area downstairs is plentiful with room to stretch out & relax. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a crowd (cutting boards, pots & pans, casseroles, serving trays, 14 plates, bowls, plenty of glasses, coffee mugs & utensils) & the grocery stores are very close & convenient. The Adirondack chairs on the front porch are perfect for morning coffee & the newspaper(which is available within a quick bike ride or stroll). The upstairs balcony is a charming place to sit in the evenings. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed the beach bikes immensely w/ trips to Seacrest Sundries for chips & drinks & Rosemary Beach for homemade cookies. (Note: there are bike trails all along the stretch of Hwy 30-A) Also, fun to ride around the Seacrest property, which is very kid-friendly. The beach tram ride to the beach is ULTRA- convenient and the available beach chairs provided by the owner are a HUGE plus! The beach was beautiful! And, the pool was in very close walking distance. A GREAT POOL for young & old alike. We loved having ice cream at Pickles while at the art festival at Seaside. There is so much to enjoy here and a stay at Bonita Baby will make it easy. I would also recommend Shades for casual dining and for the sports enthusiast- just down the road beyond Rosemary Beach. It was the perfect trip - great weather, great area, great house! We will be looking for an opportunity to return.

Bonita Baby was a perfect beach home for our family vacation! We had plenty of room for our family of 8. The bedrooms were just right for us and we had plenty of bathrooms. The house is very beautifully decorated. Everything we could have wanted was provided in the home. The beach toys and pool floats were great. The pool is beautiful and a quick walk from the house. We rode the bikes everynight. The house was very clean. We dined at the Spicy Noodle just down the rode and the Publix supermarket was close. We called the gulf cart to take us to the beach which was very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come next year!

We had a great week in this beautiful house. Our grand girls loved the childrens' rooms, and we loved the big master bedroom. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was so comfortable and clean, and had many extra touches we all enjoyed. The neighborhood is great and it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops.

This is an awesome house for anyone but especially if you are bringing children. This house has EVERYTHING so that you can pack light! The bedrooms all feel very private, and each has it's own bathroom. The kitchen has all of the dishes that you will need, but if you don't feel like cooking there are some GREAT restaurants in the area. This is a top notch rental!

We were the last of the Nashvillian's to reserve a house in Seacrest/Rosemary - but we couldn't have been more thrilled by our luck to get Bonita Baby. Laynee & Sean were so wonderful in helping us with sitters and places to go. The bikes were a #1 on my list. I had the most fun biking around with our 5 & 3 year old visiting friends, going to the beach, sight-seeing or going out to eat. The house was fabulous! EVERYTHING is there - and the McWilliams make sure that you feel completely at home. The front porch was so great to just sit watch the sun set and have the end of day cocktail. Thank you for everything - we shall return!

Our family had a wonderful experience in this lovely beach home. Bonita Baby is in very close proximity to the pool and the tram service makes trips to the beach convenient. Our girls were delighted with the bedroom decor and all the toys. We had a great beach vacation and would definitely choose this location again.
