My husband and our teenager daughter with another couple stayed in this condo for spring break. The pullout couch was surprisingly very comfortable for our daughter! Kitchen was well stocked for making meals. There was also a great sand cart, chairs and toys for the beach, which was a quick walk to. Property owner was quick to answer questions. Recommendations: Posting condo association rules and more washcloths (there were 3, so we purchased some).

The condo was good and had what we needed. It was close to the beach and close to entertainment. We would come back here again.

As pictured, only better in person! Enjoyed the balcony and view of the courtyard and pool. Plenty of space for the two of us, another chair would be nice if four adults are renting. I'm sure if it were a small family with kids, they would love the beanbag style chair. Couch and recliner were comfy. Would definitely stay again, hated to leave!!

The condo highly exceeded our expectations. It was stocked with everything needed and was very clean. There is a fishing pier on the property and a short walk to the beach. Excellent! Would highly recommend.

Tammy was an excellent host. The property had everything we needed for the beach and pool- wagon, chairs, beach towels, pool/sand toys, etc. We loved being right by the pool as it made life a little easier with two little ones. Great restaurants nearby! Love this beach and condo!

Cute condo, closer to the beach than thought which was great. The pool was being worked on the first day but after that was open, and warm the rest of our trip. Tammy was super helpful and was easy to communicate with. Made our trip to visit family super easy.

This property exceeded all of our needs. This quiet family friendly location was clean and comfortable. We loved the patio overlooking the courtyard and pool. The kitchen is well appointed with all the appliances you would need. The beach chairs, toys and cart were a bonus! The pool is big and the beach is a short walk across the street. We are already considering a return to this property in the future.

Good location and very clean.

We would definitely book this unit again. The location was ideal, just a quick walk to the Intra-coastal, the beautiful Indian Shores beach, and close to some great restaurants. A Beach Trolley stop was just outside the complex and this particular unit overlooked the lovely community pool, The unit is also spacious, tastefully decorated, and stocked with pretty much anything you would need for the beach and for cooking. Having said that, there are a couple of things we would change. The beds were comfortable but the heavy comforters and heavy bedspreads were just too much. A light weight blanket would have been appreciated. Also, the kitchen was almost overstocked with baking and serving items. We had to shift items around (including left over pantry items) to make room for the items we brought and purchased. I feel the cabinets and drawers could be cleaned out a bit and better organized Overall, we were pleased and hope we can stay here again.

Clean and great location. Several things to do close by. Gulf beach short walk across street. Location that vrbo shows is not accurate it is closer to the gulf.

Cute condo close to the beach. Condo was clean, but coffee maker had mold in it, there were towels left in the washer, and there was a dirty ashtray, and slippers on the patio. We truly enjoyed our stay, I was just surprised by these things. I don’t believe this reflects on the owner, but perhaps on her cleaning crew. Also, would be worth having someone come in and air the place out prior to having people stay, as it smelled very musty upon our arrival

We loved how convenient, close to the beach and other towns was. The pool was so nice and clean, our boys enjoyed all the toys and us adults enjoyed how easy to clean and maintain the condo was. The cleanliness and wonderful communication with the host were five stars!

Everything about it was great! Great location, very clean and had everything we needed inside. Made us feel at home and close beach access was a plus!

While the property appears a little dated on the outside, this unit was nice and updated on the inside. The pictures don't do it justice. Very nice upgrades throughout and very clean. Communication was excellent with the host. Immediate response to all the questions. Loved our stay. If I had to nitpick it would be hours of pool. Closing at dusk but other than that no complaints at all.

This was our first time to Florida, it was beautiful. The condo was very updated and clean, it had everything that we needed.

This is our second stay, our first time was in October 2021. The unit is as shown in the pictures, clean and good repair. It is very comfortable with all that you need. The beach was a short walk and very nice. And if you had enough beach time, the pool was a nice amenity. We are already talking about coining back in October. This place is a gem.

It was a great condo. Nice area close to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. The beach cart and beach chairs are not in great shape. We didn't like the beach asbit had to much crap/weeds floating in it. However, the pool was very nice. The furnace/air conditioner was rather noisy to me as well. I need quiet when I sleep, so that was a little bothersome at night. Overall, it was a very nice place.

There are not enough words to express how lovely and convenient our stay was. The condo was in the most ideal location walking distance to pubs, ice cream, IRB crossift ! And more. The beach could be accessed easily and the pool was perfect for our kids. The condo was fully stocked with everything you can imagine and the best was the beach stuff! We cannot wait to book for our next vacation.

The location was excellent...close to the beach! Restaurants were within walking distance from the property. The pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The property itself was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Gorgeous condo, expertly appointed with everything you need - kitchen is wonderful, TVs everywhere and beach equipment and a great balcony. Great walking paths and easy walk to restaurants. Fish off the dock and we spotted dolphins and mullet we could feed by hand. Man caught a starfish on his pole! Communication could improve with a welcome packet with location of emergency #s, urgent care or hospitals, county where condo is located to determine if bad weather is in the area, specific instructions that the door unlocks on the small panel over the lock on the door, not the master lock key holder on the wall (maybe sent via email), how to operate appliances because not everyone has these models. Map of complex showing pool, outside restroom, dock, parking.etc. Remember snowbirds are 70 plus …..🥰. 100% great stay!!!!

This property is great! It’s located right across from the beach, and close to shopping and restaurants. The condo unit faces the pool area, and the porch is amazingly comfortable. We were close enough to the Tampa area to see many touristy things, and then able to relax back at “home”. My husband, daughter, and I didn’t want to leave!

If this condo doesn’t have it, then you don’t need it. Exceptional communication with the owner. The condo is decorated beautifully and tastefully. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Just steps from swimming pool. Beach is a short walk across the street. Able to walk to “Dog and Parrot” bar/restaurant for a drink and meal. After that, walk over to the beach for a gorgeous sunset. If you’re looking for something a little more lively with good food, head down the street to “Crabby Bill’s” for live band on the patio. Close enough to drive to Walmart for groceries. You won’t regret visiting this area of Indian Shores or this condo.
