We stayed two nights over a holiday weekend. My husband and four kids had a blast and the cabin was perfect. The kids enjoyed the large upstairs room and private bathroom (the teenage girls got the most use out of that). There was a huge storm and we had to stay inside and the games and movies made for a fun night despite the weather. Everything we could dream of needing was already provided and spotlessly clean. The record player was an awesome touch. The hot tub was extremely nice and I had to force the kids out to leave in time. Everything was wonderful!

We enjoyed the peace and quiet over the weekend. The house is easy to locate and everything was wonderful.

We stayed at this great cabin for a weekend and it was awesome. Super convenient location. Not super far out in the woods, so you can still get to some great attractions around Hocking county. The cabin was clean and very well appointed. Will definitely be looking to book this cabin again.

The cabin was perfect for our family of four to stay while we explored the Hocking Hills area. The host was very communicative regarding the property, and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We would stay again!

Convenient and private location near Logan and Hocking Hills State Park. Cleanliness was perfect 5 star. The open floor plan was fun for everyone being together. The old LP stereo with records provided was a great touch. Will definitely stay again when we return. Rob

Super clean, very well-stocked. There were even reusable plastic cups for my young kids! Great layout, really big kitchen for easy meal prep. I would warn parents of young kids that the interior steps are iffy for young kids (like all the cabins--nothing unique to this one). My 3 year old ate it a couple times, but that's just kids. My kids loved running around outside and playing in the creek. I appreciated being 3 minutes from civilization but still feeling really remote. All the hikes are about 25-30 minute drives. The cabin had some games and puzzles and good wi-fi. The owners were awesome and very responsive. The only negative thing I have to say about the cabin is that the couches could stand to be replaced, but everything else was fantastic. Thanks!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The owners were easy to work with and the property was as advertised. The cabin had a lot of supplies for our use such as aluminum foil, paper towels, food spices, etc.

Everything about the cabin was great. Location is excellent - close to Logan for shopping while also feeling secluded, and a short drive toClose hocking hills. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable. We made great use of the fire pit, grill and hot tub during our stay.

We had a wonderful time in this clean, cosy cabin. The deer ambling by while we roasted marshmallows over the fire created a memorable moment. 😊 Thanks for a great venue for a weekend meant for relaxation!!

Cabin is beautiful! Looked even prettier in person than in pics online. We were very impressed and had a wonderful and comfortable relaxing mother/daughter girls weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home. We had a great relaxing 3 day weekend here. My kids loved walking in the creek and the wife and I enjoyed late nights by the fire pit. Definitely recommend and we hope to be able to book again soon!

This was a super clean spacious place. Hot tub was very nice beds ok very clean but a little hard for me. All in all very nice

We were so excited and pleased with this Cabin from the moment we arrived and then departed! We loved the lay out and openness, cleanliness, and fully stocked with anything we would need. The hot tub, fire pit with seating, deck with outside table and chairs was an added bonus to our experience! We are definitely planning on returning! Some suggestions would be updating the fry pans, sink stopper in the downstairs bathroom not working and adding some additional mirrors in the bedrooms. We were two adults and 4 young children and this cabin was absolutely perfect! I was going to 5-star review even before seeing the cabin just based on the owners’ communication. It was fantastic. But I’m glad I waited because the photos don’t do the inside of the cabin justice. It is gorgeous! The kids’ bathroom upstairs has a bathtub which was a relief. I underestimated how much the kids would enjoy the creek in the front yard, they wanted to go check out the crawfish every other hour. They also loved the hot tub! And the cool staircase. And the giant Connect 4! The list goes on. The kitchen space was my favorite part and made preparing meals together a breeze. I also appreciated that we were able to do laundry so we didn’t have to bring home any wet or dirty clothing. Everything was pristinely clean. Our youngest guest proclaimed it is “the best house EVER!” Will for sure return!

Hello, my family of 6 stayed and it was a perfect cabin for all of us. There was plenty of room for us, good amenities and not too far from the places we wanted to visit. Only “problem” we ran into was lack of WiFi reception inside the cabin at times. Overall we would recommend this cabin!

Jim was the ultimate host! We booked for the weekend to attend the Nelsonville Music Fest and it was really the perfect place for us and our 4 kids. The kitchen amenities were just right, the place was super clean, the firepit was great and although we didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, it looked great! Jim was immediately responsive when I had a question and I could not recommend staying here more. Our trip got cut short a day early and we all agreed that we needed to come back again soon. Especially to have another round of giant Connect Four, since I am the reigning champion :)

The cabin was great! It had everything we needed and more. I only recommend bringing a sharper kitchen knife or two if you plan to cook most of your meals. Otherwise, the cabin was fantastic.

House and property were beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was there for us. Many things to do do in the area and at the house. Highly recommended this house to others.

Peaceful and quiet

At the end if a lane so it's private and was a good place to relax. The cabin was stock well with what you need. Just bring your food and drinks. Has WIFI but not internet. Within decent driving distance of a lot to do.

The property was clean and had everything we needed! They had a binder with info on your stay and locations of stuff to do near by. They also had menus of food near by. They had outdoor lighting which was nice, the fire pit, the hot tub which was really clean. We all had an amazing time. We could have honestly just stayed there as a private get away the whole time and had a blast. Would recommend and would love to stay there again!

I really enjoyed my Many vacation with my daughters. The property was what I expected. My only suggestion is you might want to get a full length mirror for each bedroom. It was a little annoying that we couldn't see how we looked after we got dressed. Other than that the place itself was very nice and i made sure to left it that way.🤗 Thank you

The cabin was great! There were 5 of us ladies getting a way for the weekend for some relaxation. The cabin was fully stocked - plenty of TP, Paper towels, bath towels, kitchen stuff - it's the most stocked cabin I have ever rented which was truly appreciated! Location is awesome - just off the beaten path but not so far that it took forever to get to a main road. Couple of things to note: oven/stove weird heating - oven got hotter in back then in front and the burners had to be turned on high to get it heated up and then lowered to cook - just took a bit of time to figure it out. The grill needed cleaning - ended up not using it because of that and the rail up to the deck is a bit rough - one lady got a splinter which we got out. Hot tub was awesome! Good stock of cards, games and movies. We never turned to the TV on! hahaha Loved sitting out on the front porch and taking, playing games etc... One suggestion - put a cover over the porch - protection from the sun and rain --- our group loves sitting outside, even cold we wrap up in hoodies and blankets to enjoy the fresh air. We had a cardinal and mate in the area - they were fun to watch and a couple of deer came to play in the words by us. Oh and saw a turkey too. Overall visit was great and would definitely rent this cabin again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the log cabin it has a cozy cabin feel with all the emenities we could need. Relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking was great.

Cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. Plenty of towels and linens and such. Convenient location.

Everything was "as advertised" and this cabin was very clean and well set up. We stayed for the weekend, hiked a lot in Hocking Hills State Park, and finished each day in the hot tub, which was welcome in the 30 degree weather. Thanks to the owners for a good experience. We would definitely stay with them again.
