Great except back deck closed for maintenance- this was one amenity we were looking forward to but could not enjoy.

The condo has everything you need. Updated kichen and bathrooms. Close to town yet seems secluded. We did have a
Concern with construction noise.

My wife and our 3 teenage boys stayed at the property for a week in mid-February 2024. Our entire family thought the condo was very easy to access from the parking garage and more importantly, the ski-in/ski-out is a true ski-in/ski-out. You walk off the back deck and down 5 stairs and you are skiing on the lower 4'oclock run which is awesome because no one wants to walk around in ski boots. The kitchen is well-appointed, the bathrooms are nice and updated, and the heated floors are a nice perk. We would strongly recommend getting a 4-wheel drive if you come to the property during ski season because our two-wheel drive minivan struggled to make it up the hill after it snowed a handful of times before the road had been plowed. Overall our family had a great experience at the property and we would book the property again.

Place was fantastic. Wasn’t sure what the ski in/out was going to be like. Then as I walked in I see people skiing in the backyard area….so yes, great ski in/out.
Place was clean and perfect for me and my 2 boys. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Some things that prove helpful to others considering rent this property.
This unit is well stocked and is as advertised.
Unit provided 3 humidifiers which is a big plus. Just remember to check and clean with vinegar/water solution to sanitize as required.
This is a slopeside location for skiing.
The owner may give further info, but the shuttle does not drop off directly in front of Unit but it is just a short walk (slightly up hill on way back to unit) to catch free shuttle.
Area is more private and away from the crowds with a great owner that communicates well. He even helped with the road conditions to assist on our drive back to Denver. Will definitely rent here again.

Beautiful location, right on the 4oclock trail. The space was clean and inviting, and owner was extremely responsive to questions before and while we were there. Five stars!

I would have given 5 stars on the overall. The main problem really isn't owners fault. But if the people above you have small children, then you are going to be upset unless you are deaf. Those kids did nothing but run around upstairs like a stampede all night long . I'm not talking about when i can here the adults' walking around, but literally running constantly. I honestly don't blame the kids just rude and inconsiderate parents with no common sense. I believe it is the duty of the tenants upstairs to inform others when they have children coming be cause it was like hell week. The only 2 other things were fire place didn't work and local cable was out the whole time, but no big deal we just used our Netflix account. To be honest if it wasn't for the children upstairs above us the place was great.

Everything was great. We will not hesitate to book again when we visit Breckenridge. We have allergies in the family and really appreciated how clean the property was. Everything in the apartment is well kept and that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs. We were very comfortable staying there and the location is quite good. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo - everything was perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, dishware and cleaning supplies. The owner took extra care to make our visit exceptional. I enjoyed turning on the fireplace each morning. The view from the deck was amazing and every afternoon it rained. Location is perfect to explore the town and for day hikes. We even went white water rafting. The condo was very clean. We look forward to our next visit.

This was a great location. We stayed during the summer and enjoyed spending time on the deck. The kitchen was great for cooking. Property was clean and as nice as advertised. The property also came stocked with toys and games which helped entertain the kids when we weren't outside. We would stay again.

We loved that we could ski right up to the back deck, pop off our skis and go in for a lunch break. This was the best condo for skiers in mind. There is a wide hallway with plenty of benches and cubbies for all your ski gear. The kitchen had nearly every cooking pot, pan, and gadgets that you would need. There was also an entire book case filled with books and games. Parking is just below in a garage.
This was a very comfortable condo.

This is a super place to stay at Breckenridge. It is truly ski in ski out. Just about every day skiing we stopped by for a hot lunch and a little rest allowing us to kick off our boots for a bit. Everything (doors, cabinets, counters, appliances) are like new and high quality. Heated ceramic floors were terrific. We’ve decided to do this in our next condo! Owner, Steve, was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time at Breck.

What an amazing spot for our family vacation! The ski in /ski out was perfect for our family trip with 2 teenagers. All of the accommodations were 1st rate and the entire place was spotless! We ate all meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoyed the hot tub after each day of skiing. Highly recommend this condo.

Enjoyed our stay, we had someone steel one of the towels while at the hot tub area. We started 2 loads of towels before leaving, hope this helps a little

We really enjoyed our fall stay in this beautiful condo. You could tell it had been updated. The elevator was convenient and what we liked most of all was the lovely view of the ski slope out the window. We even saw a moose from the good-sized balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is one of our favorite places to stay when we are in Breckenridge. It's in a great location and the place is well furnished and taken care of. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio to enjoy the beautiful fall weather.

Perfect location in Breck!
This property is perfect for a family like ours with 2 adults and 2 kids who loves to get outside and enjoy the mountain. This was our first ski-in/ski-out experience, and it was truly awesome! You walk right outside, throw your gear on (using the massive deck), and ski down 3 min to the Snowflake lift (requires a very short walk across the street). This gets you right on the mountain, able to access all parts of Breckenridge mountain. The property owner was very easy to contact and extremely helpful. The heated floors were AMAZING as well. A little bit of noise above us on the 2nd floor, but all the other benefits of this place way outweigh the neighbor noise. AMAZING STAY!!! (we stayed over Spring Break in March, 2022)

Great Property
We really enjoyed our trip to Breck! This property had everything we needed for our young family. It had a pack and play, high chair, toys, games...plenty of entertainment for our kids. The location was great and the ski in/ski out was perfect for our kids old enough to ski. We would definitely rent again.
