Great location and we had a very relaxing time while there. Conda had plenty of room and just needs a little extra maintenance to make it top notch but nothing that negatively impacted our stay or enjoyment.

Great location, Great view of the ocean, nice place to stay with family. Towel swap was easy! They had everything in the cupboards that we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The rental agency was very friendly! The owners responded to all my emails. The unit was very clean and the view was amazing. There were a few things that need to be fixed, broken glass on door, 2 burners on the stove didn’t work and the doors tend to stick but that in no way affected us from having a great time! I called and let the rental agency know about the items so that we would not be held responsible. They said they were already aware of it and were working on getting them fixed. I highly recommend this place! Hope to be back soon!

Great location. Great view. Wonderful deck furniture. Clean. Just heads up.....left front burner on the stove doesn’t work. Blow dryer in master bath didn’t work. Shower in the master bath was off its runner. I would suggest to move the small couch away from the ocean view and maybe put together a book of suggestions for sights and restaurants to visit, along with TV channels. Plush towels were bathroom towels, so bring your own beach towels. We bought lawn chairs and left them in the unit. All and all a good place to stay, but spring break caused some commotion and high level of noise.

No response from property managers except a sign posted in the elevator on Wednesday that water will be resumed on Friday by 11 AM. Our check out time was Friday at11 AM. We have asked for a review of the price,( over $500. a night) for the 4 properties we rented for our family event.

What a great beach getaway! This condo was clear and bright and clean and spacious! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the waves crash and see the sunrise every morning! The condo had all the amenities we needed, large kitchen with every utensil and pot you might need, very comfortable beds and t.v.'s in every room to relax after a fun day on the beach!! My Mom and Dad both had an easy time getting to the condo (4th floor) in the elevator and access to the beach did require stairs up and down, but with help they were also able to sit on the beach! The pool is small but very clean! Again we are very pleased with the location and we would highly recommend this condo! We will be back again for sure!

We had to get away from AZ for our own sanity. The kids had been off of school for four months. We came over Fourth of July. Sadly the fireworks were cancelled. Some things were shut down. Most restaurants and stores were open and mask compliance was good. We felt safe and the beach was less crowded. This unit has beautiful views and direct beach access to a gorgeous beach. While it could definitely use updating (beaten up furniture with ripped upholstery, rusted dishwasher ) overall it was a great stay: the location cannot be beat. If you’re coming to South Padre Island you need to have a balcony overlooking the ocean. This particular condo unit has free towel exchange which was very convenient, and elevator access with rolling luggage dollies for added convenience. If you’re debating over taking a vacation these days, this is a great option. The beach is so calm and the kids could go out so far and it was still relatively shallow. Very relaxing.

We love this complex and always stay here. Really enjoyed this unit.

The proximity to the beach is perfect. I loved being able to view the water and beach from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. Amenities were great. We had everything we needed to make meals.

As usual, we had a great time staying at Suntide II. It’s our home away from home.
