Spacious home. Well supplied. Loved it. Perfect for our girls trip.

The property was very nice, clean and as described. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink and dishwasher but Patricia responded immediately to getting a handyman to fix it. The only negative comment I received from my group was one of the upstairs bedroom, the bathroom door could not be closed due to the king size bed in the way. Everyone had a wonderful time during our stay and would come back.

Great place at a great location

This was a wonderful place for a multigenerational getaway. We had 7 adults and a 3-1/2 year old. House easily fit us in the 4 BR. there is a lot of space, it’s well maintained and stocked with necessities (you do have to buy food and drinks). Small pool is refreshing and surrounded by patios. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location in a private development is close to shops, restaurants and beaches. All actually in walking distance.

This is a great property in a very quiet location but in the middle of it all! So many great shops and restaurants nearby as well as the beach where we were able to see turtles nightly.

The hosts were lovely. Very comfortable home. The noise restrictions was never a problem (this was mentioned in other reviews). Only downside: the description said there would be a heated pool and if wasn’t functioning during our stay (it was broken and needed to be replaced). If the pool had been heated, we would have used the pool more.

The house could not have been more perfect for our needs…Plenty of space for us to spread out and plenty of space for us to gather. Patricia was a lovely host. We did come in a period of rain and the pool (perhaps because of the lack of sun on the solar panels) really wasn’t heated enough for us to enjoy. Overall, we’d happily rent again.

The pool was great for relaxing after a busy day exploring the island. The plants throughout the back yard were beautiful! Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Huge kitchen for cooking family meals.

Beautiful, comfortable home in Poipu. Great location for our Kauai experiences! Pool was a little buggy, but we enjoyed eating dinners around it. Bedrooms very comfortable, but the 4th bedroom had no access to a bathroom without walking through someone’s bedroom. Not ideal during the night. Some extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. Loved the beach gear in the garage. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Our first time in Kauai was amazing and we loved our stay here at this home. It was perfect location, comfortable, and beautiful.

Property was perfect. Great stay with everything we needed. Could not ask for better location. Communication was easy with manager and she was easily reachable. Could not have picked a better place for our family.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was fully stocked with everything we wanted/needed plus more. The A/C was very nice to have while visiting during the summer months and the kids absolutely loved the pool. If we were not at the beach, they were in the pool. She has plenty of beach toys/chairs in the garage which was helpful The owner was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. We hope to visit again soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Worked perfect for two families- with kids 10-4 years old. Patty was a great and stayed in touch. My only complaint is we had 6 kids there, we were in the pool on the first day at 7:58 am and received a noise violation warning. The quite time is 10 PM to 8 AM. We made sure the kids did not go out prior to 8 am and that when they were out there they kept it down as much as we could. Not at all a fault of Patty, she is just abiding and making sure we did as well. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise the location is great, property is beautiful, neighborhood you felt safe in. The kids enjoyed Patty's visit too, especially her adorable dog!

In general our stay was fantastic. Home is beautiful with open concept living and kitchen area, and 4 great bedrooms. Worked wonderfully for our family. Yes, as some recent reviews mention, there was some construction noises during the day, but it wasn’t bad at all. The area is newly being built up but the homes just near this rental are basically done. All amenities, pool toys, gear, etc is available I. The home which was wonderful. Even needed an extra pack n play and the host graciously included one for our use. The biggest issue is that no, the pool is definitely not heated. It’s bearable for most adults and refreshing especially on a super hot day but the posting dotes on a heated pool and it’s simply incorrect. Kids (2 yr and 8 months) didn’t care much for it which was a bummer. Definitely would recommend and will stay again if on Kauai.

This home is beautiful, very clean and in a superb location. Stores and restaurants are a three minute drive from the house. Poipu Beach is less than a ten minute drive. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

This property was the perfect venue for a three generation get-together. Plenty of space for both group activities and "alone" time. The pool was great for kids and adults. It really felt good to take a dip after a hot day at the beach

The house is nice and big and pretty. However for AC you have mini splits and so it gets hot during the day. I am sure you will be gone most days so this is not to bad but for us Texans we want central heat and air not mini splits. Also house says heated pool and it’s not warm enough to even swim in so that stunk. Note in the house says you will be fined if you mess with the temperature so the pool is pointless. Also it says you have a view from second floor and I am here to tell you that you do not. Other then the warm evenings and cold pool the house is very pretty. We did open windows but never did it cool the place off.

This house in Poipu was perfectly situated for all of our Kauai adventures. It was close to all the Poipu beaches and restaurants. An easy drive to Waimea and Kapa’a. Having the pool to enjoy when coming home from our daily adventures was priceless! Would definitely stay there again.

The owner of this property, Patricia, met us at the house when we arrived. She was very gracious & answered all my questions. The whole process was easy & made for a smooth & stress free experience. The house & yard were manicured & all 10 of us were amazed by her gorgeous style & personal attention to detail. Beautiful rooms, esp the master suite! We had so much fun & having beach chairs to use added to our comfort. We would not hesitate to use it again & I recommend this spot to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway!! 💕

A great trip to Kauai with our adult children and their spouses. The house was wonderful - kitchen was well stocked, nice open floor plan and an accommodating host. The pool/patio area was also a nice feature. We had three couples staying at the home and it was nice that each bedroom had a king sized bed and separate bathroom. Please note that the 4th bedroom has a double bed and a twin. While it might not work well for a couple, is would be great for children. It is a home we would love to return to on a future trip.

Patricia was so accommodating from the moment we landed on the Island. This house is just amazing and is in a perfect location to go shopping or head over to the beach. We got lots of use from the pool as well. This place was in a community but felt extremely private. We were married at our favorite restaurant down the street (The Beach House Restaurant) and Patricia made a special trip to come congratulate us bringing a hand made lei to match my dress. Guys, no host does this!! Not only was the house a dream but Patricia went above and beyond to shower us with Aloha spirit. If you are looking for a gorgeous home near the beach then this is the place for you!

This home was well suited for our family gathering of 8 adults and 2 children. The host was responsive and very pleasant to work with. Dishwasher was repaired and we were reassured that the alarm company was notified when a bedroom smoke alarm went off at 2:00 am. Our combined group was 4 different households with 4 different morning routines and the spacious nature of the house fit just right. A working vacuum cleaner would have been appreciated. The pool was used every day, except beach days. Proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping was great.

The property was incredible and wonderfully maintained. The host is so kind and sweet and the house was stunning! There are quiet hours but so be mindful and respectful of that. We stayed there with a group of friends and it was perfect

The check-in was easy. Patricia met us at the house and gave us a tour with guidelines on how to deal with the pool, kitchen, etc. The house is as magnificent in person as in the photos. Lots of space, great lighting, comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer, lots of glasses and dishes for our family. It was great having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Beach towels were plentiful. The kids loved the pool and ended each day with a swim in the pool.

We had a fantastic stay in this property! The house was the perfect size for our group and we enjoyed the pool every single day! I loved the south side of the island and this was the perfect location. If you have the chance to rent this property, DO IT!

Patricia was great from the booking through our stay. This property is perfectly located for shopping, dining and beaches. May need a deep clean more often but still a great layout for larger families. I will stay here again.

The home was furnished with everything that you would need and that you would expect to find in such a wonderful property. The location was within walking distance of beaches, shopping and excellent dining experiences. The house had plenty of room for our group, with the opportunity to have some quiet, private time. The pool was a wonderful asset for the grandchildren, especially. Although the house met our needs, we thought a bit more upkeep of the house would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house is located in a beautiful quiet community in Koloa. It’s close to Old Town Koloa, awesome food trucks and the beach. The house was well stocked with everything a family would need and the pool was a refreshing. Would definitely recommend this house.
