First off, Mindy is wonderful to communicate with and so nice. Secondly, the house was just perfect for our family reunion. It was clean, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the backyard had lots of places to sit and talk or play games, the family room/kitchen was a great gathering place for our large group of 13. Location is wonderful, easy to get to restaurants close by. 100% would stay here again! Thanks Mindy!

I highly recommend this home. This home out did out expectations! The home is in a quaint small town of Victor takes you back to a simpler time. The neighborhood is beautiful with beautiful manicured properties. Quiet area especially at night. The landscape is picturesque. Your 35-40 minutes from Jackson Hole not a difficult commute. Both Yellowstone and GTNP aren't too far away. The house is decorated with excellent taste, has great eye appeal! Decor is fitting for the environment. Rustic! The master bed is a temperpedic the best sleep we've had! My hubs liked so much he wants us to buy our own. The house is ready with all the amenities to cook, BBQ, fire pit for bonfires, laundry facilities, play room loaded with games and TV. Even an inside swing so cool. Was a highlight for the kids. Mindy is a super host responsive , caring and gracious. We thank you Mindy for sharing this gem, your home with us! We will be back !

Our family met for an explore of Jackson hole area. The house was beautiful and well equipped. All 10 of us had plenty of space with comfortable rooms and beds. Sitting at n back deck looking out at the mountains and admiring the sunset said it all. We only wish we would have had time to have a fire in the fire pit. Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay at his wonderful home in Victor. Worked out perfect for our group, had all amenities our group needed and the hosts were great. Nice location in quiet neighborhood, meticulously maintained, quiet and clean. Checking In and out was smooth.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of property. It worked so well for our family of mixed ages. Kitchen was outfitted with many tools and dishes that fit our needs perfectly.

Spacious house ideal for large group. Third stay here and would be glad to stay here again. Kitchen is well stocked, nice neighborhood location. We did have trouble figuring out the downstairs TV remotes, an instruction sheet would be helpful.

Five friends in town to attend a wedding rented this property for a long weekend. As nice as it appeared online, reality far exceeded expectations in all ways. No one wanted to leave, and each of us wants to return!

Our family reunion was certainly enhanced by being able to stay in this beautiful, quiet and comfortable home. Absolutely perfect!

This house worked great for our family. The backyard was a perfect size as was the big room downstairs. It was well equipped and we were able to do a variety of trips from our home base of Victor.

Do not miss out on this house! My family had been planning a trip to the Jackson area for three years. We selected this property due to the proximity, size, and gorgeous pictures. Let me tell you. This house can not be captured in pictures. It’s the perfect balance of being cozy but very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, the views are amazing and we all enjoyed the town far and above over Jackson. The house is well stocked and is a great jumping off point to a variety of places worth visiting. But many days members of my family selected to hang at the house and enjoy the fire pit and the views over exploring The home owners are very responsive. I am so grateful for our time at this property

As we look back on our stay we are filled with appreciation. Our time in Yellowstone was cut short by the floods and your home in Victor was the perfect remedy. Lots of room to spread out and relax. S’mores on the fire pit were a big success. Trip over the pass to Jackson got a bit old but can’t beat the scenery and Teton experience. The house and amenities were as advertised. It worked well for our pod of 10, including 2 grand parents, 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10. Life was sure good

This was a fabulous home for our large family. Communicating with the owner was pleasant and informative. The neighborhood was quiet and scenic. Truly, the experience was second to none. We have stayed in other VRBO’s and this was the best.

A group of friends needing maximum bedrooms and bathrooms to go on an skiing adventure. Enough space for everyone have have their own bedroom. Very nice and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It felt more like a home than just a rental. It had everything we needed - from the well-stocked kitchen, to the spacious lower level with toys for the kids, to the backyard and covered deck. Such a peaceful place to stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive to a few minor concerns that we had. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area.

Our stay at Rivendell for our grandson’s wedding could not have been a better experience. The House was just as described and the location and it’s views were awesome. Mindy and Ian are gracious host and so easy to communicate with. It was definitely a 5 star experience.

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The house if full of amenities and extra touches that make you feel like you’re right at home. The backyard makes for a perfect dinner or breakfast spot, and you can’t beat the sunset. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time at this home for our almost week long vacation. We had originally scheduled our trip for 2020, but with Covid, we had to postpone it. Mindy was awesome about rescheduling the house, and we are so very happy we were able to stay there. First off, the house is WAY better than even the pictures show. There is so much space. The location was perfect for us to do things in both Idaho and Wyoming. This was a family vacation for us, with two of my brothers. We had two children with us, one 7 and one 16 and the room situation was perfect. Our teen was up in the loft and the 7 year old was with her dad in the larger room in the lower level with a daybed. The location is perfect for heading into Jackson Hole, or staying in Idaho. This was our second time heading out to this area, and I can say there is just as much to do on the Idaho side as in Wyoming. If you like to hike, this is the perfect place to visit! We can't say enough about how wonderful this house was, and the location. The backyard, with the hammock, and the fire ring was fabulous and made for some fun conversations and laughter around it. We would highly recommend this house for anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy and spacious home. The house is well-appointed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a group of eleven people. The back porch and fire pit along the back of the property offered the best places for hanging out both in the morning and after a day of exploring the national parks and the local hiking trails. Our host was great, both in communicating any instructions and in giving fantastic recommendations for things to see and do in the area. We highly recommend a stay at the Rivendell House in charming Victor, ID!
