This two bedroom villa was roomy, comfortable, well located and provided us with the ability to enjoy preparing some of our meals. The owner was very accommodating and helped us learn our way around the island. We had a very pleasant stay.

The owners were amazing throughout our entire stay. I can’t thank them enough for offering the use of one of their vehicles when ours broke down. They also assisted with restaurant recommendations to some amazing locations. The accommodations were beyond clean. The owner has a pottery studio not far from the villa and you can see his work throughout the town. Such a great experience and stay. We will be back.

We had a great time. It always goes by too quick. Can't wait to come back. I made sure I brought home a real estate book with me just so I can dream...haha. Thank you for the hospitality. This was a very nice house to stay in. FYI: this was my 6th trip to St. John and we've stayed in a different place each time. This trip, we stayed with another couple. Our friends stayed in the "better" suite with the double doors to the veranda. Very cute room, and the pictures make it look very lovely. It is, but... the curtains needed to be shut all the time because someone lives downstairs and there was construction happening on the sidewalks around the place. There were people walking around often enough to mandate closed curtains and loss of the sunny room. There were no curtains on the bathroom so my friend had to tape a garbage bag up. (though someone did come and hang some curtains one day when we were out). The other bedroom was okay. Someone else complained that the bathroom needed updating. Either it had been or I thought it was fine. I do understand that updates don't happen in the VI like we are accustomed to in the states because material and labor cost so much there, so maybe I'm just more understanding. That being said, the peeling paint on the jaccuzi deck REALLY does need to be re-done. It's just bad. Also, we were told that the jacuzzi heats on a timer, but it was never (never) warm enough for us to use. The living areas are beautiful. The location is great as it is a very easy and quick drive into town, the roads/driveway is good.
