Cape Haze Amaze
We loved this property at Cape Haze. We needed somewhere to stay close to friends at Boca and this resort was ideal. The parking was great and easy to unload and load our luggage. The condo was fully equipped, very clean, and spacious. It was also a plus that Publix was minutes away for necessities. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Boca Grande Fishing tournament
We had a great stay at Cape Haze. The property is very nice. We enjoyed the pool and tennis court while we were there for the Tarpon Tournament.

Awesome stay, as clean and organized as advertised.
This property was great! Centrally located for Palm Island, Boca Grande, Venice Beach, etc.. Clean, more than adequately furnished, and maintained better than you can ask. My only concern was whether we could leave it as clean as we received it. The community has a wonderful pool that we used, kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again if we come to the area.

The air conditioning was ok but apparently had some type of control that prevented it from running lower than 74 degrees. It wasn't uncomfortable but without fans would have been. It would have been a problem in the summer months for sure and woulod have been unacceptablooe now if there were not several fans.

Spring Break
We had such an amazing time at Kathy's condo! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed, we ate breakfast on the enclosed lanai every morning, and cocktails in the evening. The beaches were absolutely stunning at Boca Grande. We also went to Englewood and Manasota Key. This was the perfect vacation condo for us to escape New York for a little while! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Value
Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Nice club house, huge heated pool with hot tub not crowded and gym. Close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Only minor complaint is that there was a lot of road noise from passing traffic that I noticed while enjoying the fairly large screened in lanai. I would recommend this property.

Perfect for our needs
We truly enjoyed our stay in Kathy's condo. The condo was well-furnished and spotless. Communication with the owners was easy, and they were accessible if there were any problems. We were there on some cool days, and my wife really enjoyed the spacious heated pool at Cape Haze Resort. The condo is in a building close to the resort clubhouse, which made it easy to access the gas grills, which were well-maintained. The location is good for visiting a variety of local beaches, which we did despite the weather. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Guided Fishing Trip
Great central location for restaurants, marinas, grocery stores, and beaches. Property was clean and comfortable will all need appliances, place settings, and utensils.

Fun getaway
Wonderful place to stay. Very close to Gasparilla Island. Nice lanai with lots of space to hangout. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing trip, November 2019
The Cape Haze resort is an excellent condo complex to rent.
Great location, very close to the beach and various other amenities. It's also much quieter than other places in SW Florida which we appreciated. The people in this resort are extremely friendly and we definitely plan to return. Kathy is a superb property manager as she responds to any inquiries or questions extremely quickly!

Stayed at the Cape Haze Resort for the second time, this time in another apartment. Same property manager.
The apartment was fine. We like the location, the quietness and we loved the gigantic pool. We'll be back for another visit.

Tranquil Visit
We certainly enjoyed our week at Kathy's lovely condo. This is the third time that we have stayed at one of her properties and she always has everything organized perfectly. The condo complex is in a beautiful setting. One day, we ventured over to Don Pedro Island for shark teeth and shell hunting. On other days, we visited the beaches on Manasota Key. Again, we experienced a quiet and peaceful week at this property. Thanks again, Kathy!

Perfect weekend getaway!!
We were visiting from Tampa & wanted to visit for a couple of days. The accommodations were fantastic, everything made available to us. We grilled out by the pool and spa, utilized the clean workout room, and everyone was very friendly. We will absolutely be back and thank you Kathy for a wonderful experience!

Great location in Placida
We have been vacationing on the Florida Gulf coast for years. This condo is more affordable than a beachfront rental and the beaches are readily accessible by car or possibly an avid biker. The condo was well stocked, the pool was great and the exercise room was sufficient. I would definitely recommend a king bed in the master bedroom but aside from that everything else was perfect.
