Beach Villas was a fabulous find for our family. The property itself boasts a quiet lagoon in front and two separate in ground swimming pools ~ one for playing and splashing and another for quiet sunbathing, lap swimming, exercise walking. The koi pond is beautiful and watching the twice daily feedings from our deck was a bonus. There is a hot tub, an evening bar and the whole property is built for enjoyment of whatever kind you fancy - party or quiet serenity. The balcony/patio from our sixth floor condo had a wonderful ocean sunset view. I am so happy we got the sixth floor of our wing because any lower floor would not have provided the beautiful views. The fully opening sliding doors (meaning the disappear into the walls) allow for a smooth flow between kitchen/living room into the balcony/deck area, where we spent the majority of our time when “at home”. The peace is so prevalent that birds landed in our balcony and “chatted” or sang to us! The primary bath has a wonderful, deep, long bathtub and the pleasure of a long hot bath was incomparable especially coming from California and the drought constraints. Having three rooms and three baths was perfect for our family configuration, giving each of us privacy when desired, yet the common areas were spacious enough to accommodate us when we gathered. The kitchen was fully outfitted so that we lacked nothing except for food and drinks. Everything was easy access and full sized - no apartment-size small refrigerator or microwave. Each bedroom had its own Tv, though there was so much natural beauty and things to do we didn’t watch much. We especially appreciated the serenity that Ko’Olina and Beach Villas provided away from the “madding crowds” of downtown Honolulu and Waikiki. We walked to the 4 Seasons resort for dinner one evening and were picked up by a tour bus in front of our Villa for a snorkeling trip. It was a wonderful, if too short, vacation in fabulous accommodations. I highly recommend. If I could give it 10 stars that’s still too few!

Perfect for our family to enjoy each other and for our teens to have their own space. Everything we needed was available, the deck is amazing and we will definitely be back.

Upon arrival was greeted by property owner who kindly showed us around to get familiar with property. He also went out of his way and took our luggage up and groceries up to condo. Everyone there was so friendly and very on top of Covid protocol. You can’t ask for a more beautiful location to experience what Hawaii has to offer. Would highly recommend *****

This is our second visit to the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. Both times were in a 3-bedroom unit in the Ocean Tower. There are reasons we came back. We love the location and the amenities of the property. This condo has a view of the lap pool, resort, and partial views of the lagoons. The reflection of the sunset cover the skies and are visible from the balcony which makes a nice soothing break before you head out for dinner. The unit was clean upon check in. No issue with cleanliness of the rooms or the dishes/kitchen. Everything also worked appropriately and our calls to property management was minimal. The only hiccups we had was at check in when our arrival overlapped with another family. We weren’t completely bothered by it since this was our second visit and so we knew how the appliances worked and rules of the property. We just wished we had help bringing our luggage to the unit. During our stay we only contacted the manager because of one issue with the washing machine. This was resolved quickly and didn’t pose as a huge inconvenience. We were glad that the manager and maintenance staff were available, responsive, and courteous. Another pluses were the more than adequate kitchen supplies given, the welcome basket, generous supply of antibacterial liquid hand soaps for each bathroom, cleaning soaps for dishes and clothes. The couch is showing age as another guest noted in their review. We also missed out on dining on the balcony since there wasn’t a dining table. There is a small round side table which is sufficient for dining up to two people. Since we were a family, we needed more space. This is a wonderful unit and the owner and manager were easy to communicate with. We felt secured renting from them and this property is a great home away from home. We love Beach Villas so much that we would stay here again for our third visit in a few years. If this condo is in your favorite list, book it before someone else does!

This is an amazing property to make your vacation to a tropical paradise even better! The grounds were immaculate, friendly staff, beautiful pools, hot tubs, and a short walk to the beach/lagoon. The rock walls are amazing as they create a nice safe, calm place to swim. The 3 bathrooms worked out great for us with 2 teenage girls in tow. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of dishes and spices. There were beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and flippers. The only complaint is the washer and dryer were on the slow side. We had a hard time keeping towels and beach towels washed and dried. However, there were 8 of us!

We had a truly amazing time! The villa itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious - the layout is perfect for traveling with extended family as there is a little separation and privacy. We loved that a pack n play, stroller, and sand toys were provided - this made traveling with a 2 year old so much easier! The pool area and lagoon were so beautiful and never felt crowded. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. My son especially loved feeding the koi fish. We had a great trip and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect property for a family vacation. The unit was perfect, well-equipped (with snorkelling gear and beach toys too), the property fabulous, and the customer service top-notch. The lagoon is gorgeous and safe for children. Already planning for another visit. This place is magical. Make a trip to Costco for groceries and that’s all you’ll need for your stay here. The only disappointment was that the lap pool was under renovation, but minor issue.

We e enjoyed the the location an d amenities of the condo complex. The condo was well stock with everything you could need which we appreciated. The biggest drawback from giving the condo straight 5's was how worn and dirty the condo itself was. The floors including rugs and carpeting were filthy. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom were old hard and creaky. We would definitely stay at the condo complex without hesitation and the same conco if it was refurbished and cleaned.

This was the best VRBO we've stayed in and all we want to do is go back. The room is nice down to every detail and the beach and pool areas are spectacular.

Only good things to say about the Beach Villas and our particular unit. Everything you could want for a low-key Hawaiian vacation of your dreams is at your fingertips here. Staying at the villas, I was a little worried we would miss the energy and activities offered at some of the other Kapolei resorts, but the value for your dollar at the Beach Villas was so much better, and in the end I felt like we gave up nothing and gained much by staying here. Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo was clean, unfussy, stylish, and laid out perfectly for three generations (we came with my parents and our two daughters ages 11 & 13). We could enjoy each other without tripping over each other. The view from the lanai, while not direct ocean, was lovely. There is plenty of sea to see, and it is just high enough above the quiet pool to enjoy the scene without intruding or feeling like you are on display. The condo is also nestled within other units in a way that felt both private and communal. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen, cleaning, and bath necessities as well as everything a family would want for the beach (except perhaps another snorkel or two). The pools, grounds, and beach were gorgeously designed, immaculate, high-end, and never crowded (and this was spring break!). Such a delight. We took advantage of the first-come-first serve grills one night, enjoyed laid-back live music at the outdoor bar several evenings, and jogged or strolled along the path that fronts all four lagoons many times. A dinner at the Four Seasons, massage at the Marriott, lunch at Aulani, breakfast at Island Vintage Coffee (amazing!), and luau at Paradise Cove (all walking distance) gave us a chance to check-out the other properties, which was really fun, but we were always glad to come home to the quiet and class of the Beach Villas. Come here if you are in need of a true break and feel little desire or pressure to explore the island at large. In six days, we only left the area twice and felt we missed nothing. Management was overall friendly and helpful, but indeed politely strict. We received a written reminder of "house rules" after leaving a boogie board leaning against the lanai for a few hours one night, but felt it was a small 'price to pay' to stay in a comfortable, sophisticated, peaceful space.

Beautiful, clean, great location and great services.

This worked so well for our family of 5! Tons of room, everyone had their own bed and bathrooms were plenty. Having the chairs, cooler and snorkel gear and boogie boards made our stay fun and enjoyable. We loved the view and even saw whales from the lanai! Our two teenagers, along with our ten year old enjoyed the pool, koi ponds and the lagoon. Quiet and lovely. Would recommend this for any family who wants their own schedule and freedom to relax and have fun!

The rooms were spacious, clean and the ocean view was great. The entire property & grounds were beautiful. We especially loved the quiet lap pool, ocean beach area, walking & running trails, hot tubs, nearby restaurants, and the helpful friendly staff. This vacation was relaxing and memorable. We hope to return to this awesome place!

This property as well as staff management are truly amazing. The condo is fully equipped - from the kitchen to the beach gear. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, beach towels, full kitchen - all available. And if you do not have something you can reach out to the amazing professional staff - Michael, Ashlee and Angelica are always happy to assist (day or night). The lagoon is heaven, the pools are wonderful, the area is private yet close to all amenities. If you are considering staying in Ko olina this place is the perfect choice - our family from Canada and Australia came together here to spend the most memorable and comfortable holiday.

The condo unit was in a great location, well equipped and very clean. The unit size was sufficient for our family. Would recommend the rental group as very pleasant and extremely helpful.

A wonderful 7 night stay. A very spacious and immaculately clean apartment. We were greated by our host who checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is set on beautiful, peaceful grounds - great to be away from the Waikiki hustle and bustle. KoOlina has everything you need, barely a need to venture out of the area. This was our second stay at the property and we will definitely be back again.

All in all we really loved the facility and our unit. The only thing we would suggest would be new couches, but other than that, the unit was amaizing. The other item we I countered was the pools and owners bar close at 9pm. Being in Hawaii we would love to be able to walk down a little later and enjoy the lovely ammentitiies but, we will surely be back!

We loved our stay at The Beach Villas!! The resort was absolutely beautiful and so convenient for families and singles alike. Both of the pools were comfortable and enjoyable and the beach/lagoon were GORGEOUS! We absolutely loved the water. The staff were very accommodating throughout our stay we were very grateful. It was nice having individual bathrooms as well as having the laundry option. We would definitely stay at this condo again! Having access to the 3 surrounding hotels/resorts was great too. Plus the shopping center and restaurants nearby were within walking distance so the location was perfect!! We were definitely very pleased with our choice of Ko Olina! You can’t go wrong!

Beautiful condo!! My kids and I loved not only the condo but the resort!! Everything from the pools to the lagoon was just perfect!! It felt like we were in paradise!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Angelica was always available and made sure we had everything we needed and was always readily available. We will for sure use these guys again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ko Olina. There are restaurants nearby and you can visit all of the attractions on the island with drives less than one hour.

As a NY residing Aussie the Ko Olina Beach Villas are the perfect location and place for me to meet up with my Aussie based family. Firstly the location is perfect. Given that both families fly in from long distances the last thing we want to do is transfer and jump on a puddle jumper to another less populated and less touristy island. The Beach Villas are 45 min from HNL but are so removed from the hustle & bustle of Waikiki you could swear after a day of relaxation that you are almost on one of those remote less populated islands of Hawaii. The villa's and property are exceptional. Clean, private and professionally run. Great views of the ocean, 2 lovely pools and immediate access to a beach cove that feels exclusive and rarely crowded. The location is convenient to other hotels, restaurants, shopping, golf course and the marina...everything is within walking distance. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here in 3 years and I have never been disappointed and both my and my Aussie based family will be returning to this little slice of heaven located on the west of Oahu.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The facilities and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The condo itself was like new, with comfortable furniture and great amenities. My kids loved having tvs in their rooms. All the appliances in the kitchen were new. Having the master bedroom and living area open wide to a lanai was just lovely. We would not hesitate to return or recommend! We could walk to the other hotels, restaurants and shops. The walkway along the beach was so beautiful and clean. Seriously, a perfect place to stay!! And the property managers were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and helpful!

This is our second visit to this property and working with Michael, Vicky and Ashlee and it met/exceed our expectations again. The property is still amazing, the condo just beautiful and we had such a special time we can't wait to book again!!!
