All amenities were there! Large spaces! Great location! Feels like home!

Wonderful clean house in an awesome location. Five points has some great little bars. Sit on the deck at night and listen to bands playing at the bars. The house is beautiful. Lots of rollaway beds if needed. Awesome neighborhood to walk in.

Very nice house with lots to do nearby. Five minute drive to Shelby golf course. We walked to downtown and ride share back. Loved sitting on the front porch as folks strolled by.

We enjoyed our stay at Captain’s Quarters! This home is charming and spacious and located in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of walk to venues from coffee to bars to pubs and nightclubs. This is a wonderful home for a family or groups of friends, but I wouldn’t stay as couples as there are no private bedrooms. Nice quiet area though great walk to venues a short Uber ride gets you all over Nashville. We highly recommend Jeff at Joyride for golf cart ride tour of Nashville. We definitely would recommend Captains Quarters. We did have an issue with the heat/Air and James quickly corrected. Thank you, James, for your hospitality, Kim, Linda, Kelly, Cindy & Ruth

This home was perfect for our vacation. Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars.

Great Five Points location...walking distance to coffee and restaurants. Home is beautiful and kitchen was well-stocked. Two bedrooms downstairs; one with King, one with Queen. Another bedroom upstairs with Queen. Remaining King and (2) Twins are upstairs in open loft area. Arrangement was fine for us but may not be private enough for couples.

The house was perfectly located for walking distance to food and entertainment. 1.5 mile to Nissan stadium. House was clean and had plenty of room. Only complaint would be that the bedrooms didn't allow for much privacy. Had a lot of outdoor space for entertaining. Would stay there again.

The home was very lovely! It was close to downtown, easy to get to places we wanted to enjoy during our stay! There are bars and restaurants just down the block from us so that was a huge plus! It was very comfortable for 10 of us to enjoy Nashville! Thank you for great hospitality!

Gorgeous house in a fantastic East Nashville location! James was a marvelous host. Plenty of beds and spaces as well as dishes to accommodate 9 fellas for a long weekend. A huge backyard and a great porch in a quiet neighborhood, yet literally just around the corner from Five Points, loaded with eateries and drinkeries. Scooter to downtown in about 15 minutes, or catch a quick Uber. The house has more feminine vibes, if aesthetic matters, but nothing that bothered our group of men.

Captain's Quarters is located in the perfect spot. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. The home itself has great charm and the most fun interior design. All of our needs were taken care of... coffee, comfy beds, security, etc.. We will be back.

We had a great time this weekend! The house is walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and it is less than a 10 minute drive from Downtown Nashville. The photos don’t do this beautiful home justice!

We really enjoyed out trip to Nashville. The home was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens, hand sanitizer, and stocked kitchen. Property owner, James, communicates well and is very nice to work with. Easy access to home. LOVE the location! Five Points is a very cool neighborhood - so many restaurants and fun shops. Very convenient to downtown, Broadway, and Nissan stadium. Will definitely be staying here, again. Highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my wife's 30th birthday and staying at Captain's Quarters. The house is located very close to restaurants, bars, five points pizza and a weinery! Mr. James was very accommodating after we had some initial issues with our trip due to covid. I would highly recommend staying here!

The house is spacious, perfectly equipped, and well appointed. The large fenced yard was great for the grandkids to play. The front porch served us well for morning coffee and evening libations. The distance to downtown was short, but the house is close to the shops, eateries, and bars of the five points area in East Nashville. James, without a doubt, your home beats the 50+ others we have rented by far. Thanks again.

Spacious nicely decorated home in a fantastic spot in east Nashville. Like most groups, our family tends to gather in the kitchen! And the kitchen is fantastic! We had plenty of room for our five adults / 2 children to relax and have fun!

Lovely home! Jimmy & his wife were amazing! We got a run down of the property so it was easy to follow! My bridesmaids and I enjoyed every minute of our stay… it was during tomato fest and the perfect time for us to stay… walked out the front door, got some food…went back in the home to enjoy it a lot longer than we would have, had we had to leave… Thank you for an amazing home for us!

Jimmy was very responsive before and during our stay. The location of the house is fantastic and we loved the Bluetooth speakers and on the front porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 7 ladies loved our stay! The historic house is beautiful, with more than enough indoor and outdoor space for us to hang out. James was very attentive and a great host, coming right over when we had a power outage (turned out to be neighborhood-wide), giving us tips on the best places nearby for coffee and food, etc. Two notes: 1) none of the furniture pictured is in the house; the actual furniture is totally different. 2) I wouldn't recommend this place for more than 2 couples, because the main level bedrooms don't have full walls between them; they're connected by a curtained doorway and an open fireplace. But for our purposes, it was a perfect house and I would say again!

Super cool area in Nashville to relax, but close enough to the city to party it up!

The house was great for our family getting together over Christmas. We traveled from NE, AL & GA. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen as it was the biggest room. We enjoyed the Christmas tree in the front room as well as walks around the neighborhood. We were within walking distance of many small shops and only 10 min. from downtown.

The house was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean and had plenty of sleeping space. Communication was timely and effective. The drive to downtown was only 10 minutes and about $8 for an Uber. There are also fun resteraunts and bars nearby. Would stay here again!

Short Uber to almost everything in the city House was clean and access was made easy by the owner We came in for the Bills vs Titans game and this location was very convenient for the game Great property !

Our group was 8 women for our annual girls weekend. The house was absolutely perfect, slept us all very comfortably, was very clean and had everything we needed. Jimmy was an exceptional host. Answered any questions we had, including his favorite coffee shop (which was right around the corner!) There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance and a short 10 minute ride to Broadway. We loved everything about Nashville and hope to come back again soon. Thanks Jimmy!

this large home was absolutely perfect for our family stay- many rooms were spread throughout the home, the smaller beds upstairs were great for the kiddos, and larger beds fit the couples just fine. A couple of the beds were soft, but the kids didn't mind. The kitchen was as large as it looks in the picture and was a nice gathering place. The favorite gathering place by far though was out on front porch. We just loved the bluetooth lights, comfy chairs, and chill of the neighborhood. The location is perfect as well, being just off the main drag of Five Points and minutes' drive or Uber to downtown. There are so many great places to see and explore in the neighborhood that we spent quite a bit of time right around the home, shopping, eating, and taking morning walks. We would highly recommend this property

We had 12 girls stay here for a bachelorette and all of us were stunned with how gorgeous the house was inside and out. Jim and his wife were more than accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

James was a great host and very communicative. We loved the house! It was just like the pictures and so close to Five Points so we could walk to restaurants, etc. We would definitely come back!

The captains quarters was exactly what we needed for our weekend. The house is beautiful with all the amenities we needed and in a great location. Too bad we didn’t have enough time to explore the neighbor hood more - it is a happening place!! We will definitely try and rent again when we come back to music city!

This house is amazing. Plenty of room for guests, area is just as fun as downtown and the house is beautiful! I would recommend this place to anybody and look forward to traveling back.
