The property was just right for our family with kids and teenagers. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart as well. Great view from roof. The cushions on the roof have rips but was comfortable. We got some great family pictures from the roof. The batteries in the remote had to be replaced and within a couple of hours they were delivered by the property management. Only complaint was the internet was not working a couple of days. For the most part that was a good thing except one of us was trying to do some work. We had a wonderful week and will consider renting this house next summer.

We rented this wonderful house and came with our daughter and her husband. It was much more space than we needed, but we had two other sets of family friends staying nearby, and we wanted a large space to have them over for meals and visiting time. We brought our big steamer pot and burner and had an oyster roast in the drive way. There was plenty of space and a hose for clean up afterwards. We absolutely loved the house!! It was so comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking, and it was easy to clean up after meals with 12 of us. The dining table was perfect for games, too! We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Even though it was chilly we bundled up and spent time on the rooftop deck as well as the 2nd floor deck. It was a wonderful week, and we can’t wait to come back!! Being close to the beach was a big bonus, too!!

When arrived, pet hair was all over main level, bathrooms were not cleaned, shower curtains were dirty and moldy. Called and two ladies came and cleaned extremely well next AM. Also, replaced shower curtains. Was concerned with pet hair because one member, who has serious lung condition, is acutely allergic to dog hair. Apparently, homeowner did not adhere to "pet free" rule!

This house was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and three kids ages 4-15. It was very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Very close to the beach with awesome views of sunrises/sunsets on third floor porch. The only complaint was that the house was not very well cleaned upon check-in. Also, the mattresses were older and very noisy. The property manager, Ryan, was awesome!!! We would definitely stay here again!

My friend and her daughters and our two dogs and I had a great week - even with Elsa blowing through! The screened in porch was a favorite spot, as was the rooftop deck and the second floor deck. Easy access to the beach and close to the grocery store for quick runs. It was a great week and we all had a great time! (Only negative was the house was not as clean as we would have expected. Understanding that there is a lot of turnovers on Saturday, the property management company needs to address this so properties are thoroughly cleaned, particularly now.)

We stayed here for a family vacation. Pics and description are very accurate. Beach access is 3-4 houses away and having access to Wild Dunes amenities was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Property was well represented online. It was spacious and clean, and a perfect location for our family. Definitely thinking about re-renting next year.

This was a great property for our trip! We had 5 couples and truly had plenty of room. Loved all the outdoor living spaces. Quick walk to the beach! Worked so well for our needs. Quick and responsive to any questions and concerns.

Stayed here 2 weeks Christmas/New Years. 5 of us in more space than we needed to practice social distancing, but able to entertain extended family of 11 with plenty of space. House is well stocked (kitchen/linens/cleaning, game, etc) and spacious. Pics online are true to life. Convenient downstairs master + private office. Other comfortable rooms with TVs. Great TV and wifi. Awesome decks to enjoy when weather cooperated. Quiet neighborhood, one block to beach or can walk the sidewalks. Much less hassle than staying in Wild Dunes formal property. We had one issue with the heat that was resolved in just a few hours. Lovely place, highly recommend. We'll look forward to returning in the future.

Best experience I ever had of the Charleston area and this was my 6th time. Very thankful for the great property and Sweetgrass and Leonard!!

We loved this house, especially the roof top view of the ocean and stars we enjoyed every night. The short walk to the beach was also a plus. We had nine people (our kids are in high school and college) and I was very happy to have the large dining table so we could all enjoy our meals together.

House was in a great location and comfortable for our family vacation. The garage doors need some work as they are not electric so might be difficult for folks that are not physically able to lift them up.

Wonderful property and location. Very responsive and helpful property management. Although the majority of the house was cleaned well, we did think some areas on the floors and headboards in some of the rooms might have been overlooked. However, it really was a non issue. The House was very well stocked and beds super comfy. We would hands down stay here again and would recommend to others.

15 of us stayed here comfortably and had a great time.

First home that I have rented for the whole family on the beach at Isle of Palms. Thought the layout overall was great. Downstairs master bedroom was great for the grand child and their parents. Close by for naps and checking in on. Kitchen had everything that you needed and enjoyed the family room eating table for a shrimp boil dinner. There’s an extra medium sized drink refrigerator/wine cooler which we needed and used. Had a margarita night and enjoyed sitting at the bar in the kitchen and having fun! The proximity to the beach was extremely convenient. Loved this portion of the beach where it’s not as crowded and very peaceful. So easy to go back-and-forth from the beach to the house. If you wanted to do some surf fishing, you can do that along this part of the beach. Also, took early morning walks along the beach or into wild dunes along the boulevard. Also liked the easy access. Had a big driveway and we had three or four cars which solved parking problems which we could have had with other rental properties. There is a rooftop deck that was amazing at night! They were a couple nights with no clouds and you could see an infinite amount of stars. That was a nice surprise feature. Had a great family week beach vacation with this home giving us the location and amenities to do so. I very rarely take the time to rate properties or businesses but felt this home deserving of it’s high rating.

We rented this beach house for a long weekend so we could participate in our sons' activities at The Citadel. We had extended family with us and the house was very accommodating and conveniently located.

Our family really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The proximity to the beach and access to Wild Dunes were exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. The property was nicely decorated, clean and spacious however the lawn did not appear to have been mowed in weeks. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill was an added bonus. It is a great home for extended family to gather. Would suggest replacing the nonstick pans and cutting board and fixing garage door locks.

Great kitchen & living room with open plan for gathering. Excellent view from the widows walk. Bedrooms are comfy, with quality linens.

Large living space with very comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. House is much larger than pictures show. Comfortably fit 3 pairs of adults and 3 children. My only comment would be for owners to update knives as they were extremely dull and perhaps replace some pans that have seen better days. Very responsive management company. Would return.

We love that this home is so close to the beach. Such a quick easy walk, even with very young children. The house was spotless and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and accommodated our family well. The roof top deck was a great place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
