We were close to everything we wanted to do. It a townhome so you have neighbors but they were relaxed even though out young kids enjoyed jumping on the stairs and generally making noise like kids tend to do.

My wife, 2 kids, and I had a wonderful stay. Comfortable and cozy townhome with easy and quick access to downtown Tahoe City as well as Alpine and Palisades ski resorts. Oh and the hot tub 100 feet from our back porch was pretty great too!

We were very happy to stay in this house. It’s the perfect size for our family of 5 (different age groups). Overall we had a good time staying here. It is centrally located: the back is right in front of the swimming pool with a hot tub and the tennis courts. The lake is within walking distance and Safeway is 3 min driving distance. The only negative point associated with this location is the noise level in the evening: the house doesn’t have AC so it gets hot at night. Although all rooms are equipped with powerful fans, if you leave your window open (the master bedroom), you will be disturbed with the noise of people gathering at the pool past the allowed time (past 10:00pm). Otherwise, I would definitely come back here and would recommend the property.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and the downstairs has been recently re-done. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The property is within walking distance to the beach(12 minutes) and conveniently located to Tahoe City and activities. We would definitely stay again.

IT was close to everything we wanted.

The property was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was close to the bike path and the beach. This particular unit was probably in the best location on the property. Open up the back slider and you are near the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. The owner stocked it very nicely Incase you forgot anything. We hope it is available next year when we come up!

My husband kept commenting on how incredibly clean it was and also how well thought out the stay was in regards to having everything we could possibly need. We were right next to the pool and tennis courts for kids and the location in proximity to town was perfect. We were only a mile from the nordic center trail access and also the beach. Our only problems were we couldn't get the TV to work (likely our fault and we didn't care because we had so much else to do) and also thought it had AC which we didn't find. Otherwise we were very happy with the stay. Also they let us check in early which was SO awesome for our toddler to get a nap! Many thanks.

We were right next to the pool, tennis courts and not far from the beach. This is an excellent place for kids to play! The master king bed was very comfortable and we slept great! Everything we needed seemed to be there and we were very grateful for how well the listers seemed to think out and plan for/organize a stay for their renters. Our only issues were we couldn't get the TV working (we didn't mind as we had plenty else to do) and we thought there was AC but may have been wrong on that. Otherwise we had an excellent stay and highly recommend this place. Thanks again for letting us in early and the location and cleanliness was fantastic!

It is right near the pool and hot tub as well as the tennis/pickle ball courts. The back deck is nicely shaded by Cedar trees and it is great hanging out there. The downstairs is tastefully updated and has a Tahoe feel. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. We will definitely be staying here again whether it be summer or winter.

Ideally located within the complex with pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, and pickle ball right off the back deck. They had rackets in the closet for use too and the kids talked me into pickle ball. What a trip, it’s like ping ping on steroids! We also found an awesome bakery (Sugar Pine Cakery) within a short walk. Skylandia beach was totally a surprise right down the street, wow that is a cool beach and not crowded. Walked into town a few times along the bike trail, lots to do there and found a few restaurants in Boat Works with a great view of the lake. Kids saw a bear walk by the deck too! Totally coming back here, we loved everything about this place!

The pool and hot tub are easily accessible and just steps from the back door, the deck is shaded by trees and the view of the pool from the back deck is nice to keep an eye on the kids! We also enjoy going to the lake which is only a couple blocks away. Can't wait to come back to Thompson's Landing.
