Wendel and Amy were wonderful hosts! The cottage was very nice and cozy with a comfortable beach vibe. It was just as described with beach chairs and bikes, golf cart and kayak use. We had a great trip to Goodland and really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend a stay here for a nice relaxing trip.

Nice amenities and good location. Quiet neighborhood to enjoy several deck areas in the morning and grilling in the evening. Close to numerous evergade and 10 thousand isle excursions. Would gladly stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Love the area. House was perfect. Very clean and the owners are very easy to work with. The house had everything we needed and the golf cart was a bonus. We had a great experience in Goodland. The house was clean, kitchen well equipped, deck was great and the location was perfect. We toured the island on the golf cart. There was a low battery on it at first but Wendel corrected that immediately. We are already considering booking again. Just trying to get the dates worked out.

This property is located just a walk or a gulf cart ride to the best restaurants around Goodland and Marco Island. The property had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable, it was like sleeping in my own bed. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting an island experience. The locals were very friendly and welcoming.

Place was better than advertised, clean and includes all amenities that would be needed! The goodland area is amazing with ample food/drink and entertainment ! The golf cart was just the cherry on top to move around the community. Can’t give this stay enough stars!!

We love the home in Goodland and can't wait to return next year. The home is very clean, comfortable and close to all of Goodland's attractions. It was also an easy drive to Marco Island. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for us! We enjoyed the golf cart to access the restaurant's and bars on the island 🏝️ the front porch was great for watching the osprey feed their babies. The beds were super comfy and the extra shower downstairs was great! Would love to stay again!

A very nice two bedroom home. Very clean and stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. Good restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Hope to stay there again.

Goodlands was a great little golf cart community with friendly people and good restaurants. The house had everything you needed (golf cart, bikes, kayaks, and beach chairs). The kitchen was well appointed and was stocked with some basics. If you arrive around the end of June just beware that most of the restaurants are closed for the season but Crabby Lady is open until 6pm most nights and has a great seafood menu!

The house was very clean. Staying in it was enjoyable. There are some great nearby activities and restaurants. The area is pleasant and beautiful.

The house was excellent with all equipment that you could want. Local area was great with plenty of options for eating out. Being able to use kayaks was a real bonus!

We loved the house. It was spotlessly clean and well organized. The host was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for entertainment, boating, and accessing the attractions in Marco Island and the Everglades. We were sad to leave and are looking forward to returning next year.

Nice VRBO. We enjoyed visiting the Everglades and Marco Island - just 10 minutes from Marco Island South Beach. Unit was very clean. Owners very accommodating. The golf cart and bikes were great.

Great place to stay! The location is perfect for everything. Fishing and kayaking are literally minutes away. Rent a boat and check out the Ten Thousand Islands. It's here too! Get on the golf cart, ride the bikes, or walk to the restaurants that are just down the road, or grab some fresh seafood at the seafood market and cook it yourself. It's all here. If you love the beach it's a short drive into Marco. The beach is beautiful and I recommend taking the hike out to Tigertail. beach, it's amazing! Love shopping and eating out? It's all a minutes away from the house in beautiful Marco. Go check out the everglades it's an hour away. Collier Seminole state park is minutes away and we saw tons of birds just driving by. Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park in Naples was just beautiful! Goodland is so close to everything! The really nice thing about this place is you can go do all this and come back to your little piece of heaven and relax! It's so quiet after about 8 pm. No crowds or traffic to deal with. On the weekends you can sit out on the porch and listen to the live music from the restaurant. Don't worry, like I said it gets quiet early. The house is so comfy and has everything you could need. It's so clean and decorated so nice. Beautiful little yard to walk around in too. Wendell and his wife are so nice and really helpful. This is one of the best places we have stayed in Southwest Florida ever. Can't wait to go back and hope to stay longer next time!

Our stay in Goodland was our second visit to Goodland/Marco area. House worked very well for us. Was as listed on site. We had a good stay. We enjoyed bike riding, kayaking, beach walks and fishing. Sweet Annie's ice cream is the best.

This property was perfect for overflow guests during our extended family wedding/holiday gathering in Goodland. The house was immaculate and well-equipped. The golf cart was a big plus providing transportation to the local bars and restaurants and other family members’ homes. The owner was very accommodating. We would definitely rent again.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to decompress after taking care of my mother-in-law during the day when we came across this property. We are so HAPPY we booked! We absolutely loved the house and community. The quiet, laid back atmosphere of Goodland, and all the DELICIOUS seafood in Goodlan a special treat for us. We will be back!

No regrets choosing Goodland and this place for our honeymoon! Amy and Wendel where very helpful and friendly and fun to hang out with. The rental was immaculate. We used the grill 3 nights. Drove around on the golf cart a bunch. Went fishing off their dock. Used the kayaks. Rented a boat for the day from the local marina around the corner to check out the islands and Dome House. Only a few miles from South Marco Island where we shopped at publix and had breakfast one morning at the Red Rooster which was just okay, This rental is not the place for you if you want to get loud and rowdy. It's a pretty quite town Mon-Fri but we were on our honeymoon so all of our fun was happening inside :-) We hope to be back some day soon.

The house was clean and had all the essentials. Wandel personally met us and showed us around the house. He helped us launch the kayaks. He responded timely to questions via email or text. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We came back to stay for two weeks this year. We felt at home and had a nice time. Hope we can come back sometime.
