The location of this house was perfect to get to the convention center and LV boulevard. The house was clean, and all the appliances worked great. The pool and spa was clean and relaxing. The host of this property did a great job getting the house ready for us and being available if we needed anything. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Celebrated a 52nd Birthday at this awesome home. The pool, hot tub, and slide were all amazing. We all spent our time outside doing a bunch of different activities. The putting green was challenging and fun too. Great place, highly recommend.

The house was great. Came for a wedding anniversary. Good location close to the strip, but far enough away to feel like you're out of the hustle and bustle. Pool and spa were heated. Slide was fun. Everything was clean with the exception of a few dishes. Only problem was the jacuzzi tub was not working, which was fine since we had the spa to ourselves.

Very Happy with our stay! Myself and 5 co-workers stayed here for a work trip and would absolutely stay here again! Neighborhood felt safe which was a plus! Check in process was super easy! An email is sent with instructions- we had no issues at all! When I did have a question, the response time was so quick! The home is generous in size so it worked well for us when getting ready in the morning or relaxing during our down time! Home is clean and in good condition! The yard is amazing as well! We took an uber to the strip which was also super easy- every uber arrived within 5 minutes or less and was within ten minutes to get to where we needed to go! Very happy with the stay and we would 100% recommend this property and stay here again!

We had a great time staying here! The house was extremely well equipped for everything we needed for a week. We also cooked Christmas dinner and appreciated that we had more than enough kitchen equipment for more than 10 people. We could have stayed solely in the house for the full week and still been entertained. The basketball court was a hit for our boys! In all honesty I could keep writing positive reviews about this property and host. Just know that your family will be very comfortable and taken care of if you choose this property. We will be reserving this house again on our next trip to Vegas!! Thank you so much Jamason and Leslie for hosting our family for Christmas!!

Enjoyed staying here. Kitchen was well equipped & had a dream laundry rm, multiple washers & dryers. Ideal location. Pool was too cold to enjoy, but the hot tub was nice repreive. Home is showing a bit of wear, but King beds were appreciated. Pool, hot tub, basketball, pickleball, poker table, ping pong, games, AND a putting green. Had a great time with our family!

Nothing but great things to say about this spacious property. We arrived earlier than expected and the host was gracious enough to grant us early access that enabled us to have a more enjoyable trip.

5 King Size Beds and everyone had their own bathroom...pool, spa, billiards, ping pong, basketball, putting green, card table, gourmet fully stocked kitchen, excellent linens, the list goes on and on. If you've struggled with making everyone happy in your reunion planning, take a look at this option for an all adult gathering.

Was in town for a concert with some friends and was the perfect house to stay at. Close to the strip but far enough away that you could easily separate the two. House was clean with plenty of options for entertainment, and the outdoor area was even better than expected. Will absolutely try and stay here again the next time out.

I booked this house for a guys trip out to Vegas and it was amazing! The house is very spacious which was great for the nine people all in our group. Check-in was easy and simple. There were lots of things to do at the house during our stay with the pool, poker table, pool table, basketball court, etc. Location is perfect, not too far from the strip and the neighborhood is great as well. Definitely will book again in the future.

Nice house in a lovely neighborhood very convenient to the strip with a fantastic pool! Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, plenty of room to spread out. Super clean with a well-appointed kitchen. We had a little trouble with the pool the first day, but the host addressed it immediately so no impact to our enjoyment of the property. Jameson was a great host!

We came to Vegas for my daughter’s 21st birthday and for the NBA summer league games. It was the perfect spot for 8 of us where everyone had their own rooms with king size beds! The amenities were fabulous and it’s so close to the strip. The place is clean and fully stocked with everything. The checkin and checkout process was seamless and the owners were very responsive. Would love to stay here again next summer!

Great place to stay - close to The Strip but with enough activities at the house to stay at home. Pool was great. Putting green was hard. Kitchen was huge and extremely well stocked. AC worked well. Beds were comfortable. It was great to have so many bathrooms, and water pressure was good. No complaints!! We recommend it without hesitation.

Had 11 guys getting together for a bachelor party. On arrival we were very happy with the condition and accuracy of the ad. The backyard was the MVP of the trip helping us recover from long nights out. Management was great to communicate leading up to the trip. Thank fully we had no reason to contact them during the trip, and vice versa. Do not hesitate to book.

We enjoyed every day of this Vrbo, open communication with owners, lovely home, plenty of activities for us to do and conveniently located for us to go all around the city. 10/10

Pool and hot tub were great .. plenty of space for a family reunion.

We had a group of 8 adults and the house accommodated us perfectly. The host was so easy to work with and communicate with. We really enjoyed our weekend at the house that was so perfectly set up for enjoyment

Plenty of stuff to do during the day from grilling out by the pool to playing basketball or putting at the golf green. The beds were very comfortable and there were conveniently located cots in the master closet to accommodate larger groups.

Was a great place for a couple of families. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the basketball court. 10 min Uber to the strip which is nice

This is a great property with a huge, well utilized back yard. Inside all the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable king beds. The main floor bedroom and one upstairs bedroom have en-suite bathrooms. There is a shared bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms. On the main floor there is a powder room off the kitchen and a full bath that is easily accessible from outside. Large kitchen that is well stocked with plenty of empty cupboards and pantry for your food. The back yard is amazing - basketball court that could have been used as a tennis court but there was no net. The putting green is very challenging. Ping pong table is a bit worn but still fun The pool and spa were great. It took a few days for us to get the heating of the pool right but it was well worth the money. The grandkids loved the water slide. The house is near the strip - you can see the Stratosphere from the pool- but far enough away that it feels like you are in a tropical resort. The furniture is a bit worn but very comfortable for our family of 8 ( 3 generations) Would definitely recommend this property

The host was extremely responsive and flexible with all our questions/needs. The property was better than expected and great for large groups. Check out the new pickleball court.

Our stay was very nice--we were exhibitors at the ConExpo Con/Agg trade show and this house is approximately 3.5 miles from the convention center. It was very clean with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There were 5 of us, so we each had our own bedroom. The house was well supplied with everything needed for our stay. We enjoyed the BBQ grill and the spa/hot tub. Nothing negative to report.

For the price paid their was a lot of expectation for example leave out garbage, clean before you leave, take off bed linens, etc. for this price we could have stayed at hotel and had cleaned daily. We had issues with hot tub daily up until 4th day there. There is an additional cost to have heated pool. The upstairs bathtub was broken and sprayed out bath stuff so only showers were to be had. We stayed 6 days and price was over $7k.

This is a great house for a large group (we had 8 adults). The kitchen was awsome and well stocked. We spent a lot of time outside and in the pool/hot tub. Easy access to highway and the strip.

We had 6 gentleman, 5 King beds and 1 used a comfortable cot located in the MB. We enjoyed playing billiards and the Jacuzzi. It was too cold to use the pool. The house accommodated us well. Thank you Jamason.
