This was a great home to accommodate a large group! So many places for people to gather as well as spaces to get away from it all. The host was easy to work with, attentive to every need & question & even provided a wonderful graduation cake to commemorate our reason for gathering! We have rented a lot of homes & this one tops our list of experiences!! The home also is on a great location & close to everything. If you are looking for a home where you can get a big group together & not feel a bit crowded, this is it!!

Our family and friends came together in Fayettville from around the country to share time together and go to a Razorback game. There were 10 of us ranging from 9 y.o. To 69 y.o., and there was plenty of space and activities for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, except for syrup, and there were tons of comfy blankets. The house was not far from the stadium or any of the grocery stores. We experienced a great family reunion and the owners ensures we felt as if it was our own! Thank you!

The house was really beyond my expectations. It was so perfect for a large group. The floor design made it easy for flow of people without feeling crowded. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance, dish, utensil imaginable. The house was nicely decorated including bedrooms. We were all just very comfortable. Can't say enough good things.

This house was perfect for our family. We stayed four days and three nights. We cooked lots of food and had up to 25 people eating at one time. The main living area of the house is very large and open. The bedrooms were very large and set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable. Amanda was wonderful to work with. We were very very happy with our stay. It was a great experience.

We had enough room to sleep 13 with 3 full bathrooms. We were even welcomed with a yummy sheet cake. Nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Great location near downtown. Easy access to highways. I highly recommend this house for larger groups.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious, well furnished, well laid out home. It is centrally located, giving easy access to all things Fayetteville. Communication with the owner was great - she was prompt and clear in responding, and made herself available and accessible should we have needed anything while we were there. She had everything set up so well for our arrival, including an air mattress in the sun room ready for our use. The main living space truly is huge and open, as the web page says, and the furnishings make it very easy to gather and enjoy yourself as a large group or in smaller numbers. The back yard is well furnished for seating, but also has space to 'play' so all ages can enjoy the spot. This home was perfect for our needs and desires as we gathered with friends and family from afar to celebrate our daughter's wedding weekend. We would rent it again in a heart beat, should the need and opportunity arise!

We rented this house for our family reunion and were extremely happy with it. It has plenty of space for a large family and it suited for all ages. The area is great and plenty of stores and things to do. So does the house have plenty of recreation, which was good since it rained one of the days. The kitchen was fabulous and everything you need to cook and serve a big family. I would definitely recommend this house.

This home is absolutely perfect for a large family or two. I could not believe the amount of sleeping space available. We rented the house for our family to attend our daughter's graduation from University of Arkansas. We had three generations with us and there was room for everyone and something to interest all ages. We were able to have an after ceremony celebration and the entertaining space was large and comfortable. The home is conveniently located to everything in Fayetteville in a charming neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here. Mandy was wonderful to work with and was always a text or phone call away.

We rented the house for Bikes, Blues and BBQ week. The layout of the home and accommodations were ideal and enjoyed our stay 100%. The location of the Magnolia House was ideal to the BBB events and attractions. The garage fit 5 bikes perfectly and we will rent again. The owners were in contact with me by text prior and during our stay to make sure we had everything to make our stay a success. No complaints at all!

I rented Magnolia House for my son's wedding in the Fayetteville area. It was perfect for our extended mixed family. The pictures are spot on. This is a house that the owners obviously stay in occasionally as the kitchen is completely stocked-not only with a gas cook-top and double oven, but also extensive dinnerware, glasses, pots/pans, spices, foil, coffee, etc. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the hustle/bustle of campus, Dixon Street but close to everything. We will try to rent this property again.

We rented this house for us and our extended family in the days surrounding our son's wedding in Fayetteville. It was perfect for everything we needed: room to spread out with my "wedding prep" projects and they had an extra long table available to bring in for that. Large open living room allowed many "groups" to visit, play games, and eat. They were very generous with amenities. The bedrooms are beautiful and beds so comfy. Bathrooms all up to date, clean and spacious. We appreciated having ping pong, foosball and the trampoline for young and old alike! If we ever have the opportunity to travel to Fay again with a group, we will definitely plan our stay around this house being available! The owner was more than wonderful to work with!

We stayed at the Magnolia house for my graduation from the University of Arkansas. Very close to campus and downtown Fayetteville. The house was very spacious and had a great backyard with bbq grill available. The owners were very accommodating-we received our deposit in full a couple days after our stay. Very nice bedrooms and the bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and all the amenities we needed. Will definitely stay again!
