This place is amazing there’s 3 bedrooms a twin bed, a full bed, a king bed, and a full bed again. It’s very updated and a cute area. The pool is heated and there’s kayaks and the grills. Amy was very responsive and accommodating when we needed. The ocean is very close! I would stay here again.

This location is great. Neighborhood is clean and peaceful. Very short walk to either the bay or the beach. Property supplies any type of beach gear you may want and some you didn’t know you needed.

The four of us girls had a fantastic time… we watched the sunset every night and we were able to catch two sunrises and we went on a dolphin cruise with Captain Travis that was very lovely and very inexpensive. $25 a person. We saw bald eagles, 10 different kinds of birds, dolphins, black dolphins and gray dolphins. We use stumpy taxi to take us down to the sandbar one evening and had a great time. The taxi service is phenomenal you just give him a tip. He doesn’t charge anything it’s a golf cart ride and it’s just phenomenal was very nice of Greg to offer that service. It was a little chilly the last two days of our stay so we didn’t get to use the pool much. We did use it once and that was nice. Nice little area we shopped at some local shops and just really overall had a great time nice little villa we’ll be back again thank you so much for the conveniences that you offered.

Very easy walk to the beach or the bay. Close to great restaurants that you can drive or walk to if feeling adventurous 😀 Very easy area to drive around and find a lot of great beaches... Enjoyed our stay, albeit short!

We loved the area of the house, very quiet and relaxing. The pool is small but nice and quiet. We were within driving distance of all the surrounding beaches and shops. You are not within walking distance of Blind Pass beach where all the sharks teeth are, but only about 15 minutes. We will stay here again. The contact person was very helpful and kind.

We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. The place was clean, close to the beach, amazing pool, and had all the things you don’t want to carry with you. It was perfect.

Cute little cottage type home. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of places for your clothes. The pool in the back was just the right size and no one was using it the whole time we were there. Walking distance to the beach. Everything you need for the beach. The only thing that was not the greatest was the location of the bathroom between 2 bedrooms. The hot water was hard to get for the shower. I would go again for sure.

My family and I have been coming to this neighborhood in Englewood for vacays for 20 years. This was our first time staying in this place. The unit was very clean and welcoming. Host Amy was responsive to questions. The beds were so comfy-I got the best sleep I've had in a while. The best part was we didn't have to do anything for checkout. Any other place we have stayed has a few requirements, but this made it easy to just leave and not worry with any final details about the house. What a relief while trying to pack up before leaving. I plan to stay here again if one of the units is available!

This cottage was very nice. I didn't explore the rest of the property, I was there for the beach. Best VRBO rental I've ever stayed in.

We’re from Ft Myers & this was our first beach vacation since Hurricane Ian and I could not have asked for a better trip! The cottage was SO clean, stocked with everything, easy to come and go with door keypad, and had everything to keep our family of 4 comfortable. Both, my husband & I, noted the master bed was so comfortable too. The walk is so short to beach & the area of the beach wasn’t busy at all. We just walked back to house to fix lunch on our beach day instead of having to pack cooler since it was so close & convenient. We brought sifters to hunt for sharks teeth with our kids and had great success! We were even able to find handfuls each night we walked the beach at sunset just washed up on the shore. We even pulled up a 4” Megalodon tooth which was the highlight of the trip! We had the pool to ourselves, had short drive to get ice cream at McD’s for kids, and another short trip to Sandbar Tiki Grill (outstanding food/atmosphere/pricing very reasonable for beach as well). I was surprised to find any sour reviews for this beach cottage. The bathroom isn’t large and water pressure isn’t strong, but it’s a beach trip & no one was spending a ton of time in there getting dolled up. The full length mirrors in each room was so nice when getting ready & applying sunscreen/etc. It’s the perfect combination of cozy cottage, yet my whole family was able to spread out & relax without feeling cramped next to one another. Neighborhood is quiet & safe. We would happily stay there again!

Several old “tiny” buildings squeezed into 1/4 acre, beds were situated so my head was actually in the window, it’s crazy… one bed was up against glass windows, there was rot on some of the walls especially the bathroom, 4 adults shared one bath connected to both bedrooms, could not know if someone was in the bath and shower had little or no water…we lived an hour away had to go home to shower. Emailed owners at email address she emailed us and she never responded. It was obviously an on going issue with water pressure and no water, not a quick fix as maid tried to tell us. We were stuck with the situation as this owner does no refunds 7 days after you book. I also did not like how she asked for 5 star reviews for a guarantee 5 star return review so I expect she will blackball me for not giving her a 5 star. Sorry, I cannot give our experience a 5 star and not fair to others. I rent my property with Expedia and I have to be honest with my review. Definitely a 2 star property at best.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay for a reasonable cost! It was a seamless experience from start to finish and I particularly loved the location being it was close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. 1000% recommend!

We enjoyed our visit very much. The area was quiet and easy to get around. The neighbors were friendly and the staff was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the sunsets and walking on the beach. Many great restaurants in the area. We look forward to spending time there in the future.

Casa Pina Colada was perfect for our last minute getaway before our boys return to school. The location alone made this bungalow a great value, 1 block from the beach and 7 minute walk to restaurants/shops. Everything was very clean and perfectly decorated upon our arrival. Well stocked kitchen for a home cooked/grilled meal! The beach equipment provided was great and there was plenty of it. Communication with Amy was super easy from booking through checkout. Didn’t want to leave!

This place was perfect for our family! Cozy, clean, and the best location!!! We enjoyed the beach and beautiful water every day!! The kayaks were such a treat. Fished from the kayaks. Walking to “town” for dinner was fun! We didn’t leave Manasota Key except for the Saturday farmers market (fun!) and a walk through Ideal Classic Cars (worth the trip!) another night for ice cream. Thank you!

Casa Pina Colada was the perfect place for our quick Manasota Key vacation. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or into town for dinner. We can’t wait to go back!
