Great location and layout of house. Comfortable and everything as advertised.

Lack of Cleanliness was one thing that we noticed. The same dining set that are on the opening picture were so dirty that we didn’t even use them, plus the bench leg was broken and not safe to sit on. Beds were clean and comfortable, good size house for 6 people and two kids. bbq grill was super dirty and couldn’t use it either. Kitchen had some useful things. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

We had a great long weekend stay. The hosts were very quick to message back on check in and check out questions. We have no complaints about our stay.

This house was perfect to celebrate my friends 40th birthday! It was a couple minute drive to the casinos which was very convenient for our plans. The jacuzzi was a plus! The kitchen and master bedroom was awesome. The automatic fireplace was also a nice touch! If I could give a critique would be the beds were not very comfortable, they were old and worn down where people have laid on them. Also the TV’s were old and couldn’t get a couple of them to work. But overall this didn’t effect the great time that we had!

The property was awesome! We all enjoyed the stay in the house. Beautiful inside and quiet outside! The literal only problem we had with the house was the door handles; not sure if they’re just older and not working properly but it was hard to open the front door from the inside of the house.

This cabin was an amazing space to spend time with family. The layout is open and spacious and a lot of seating in the common areas. Hot tub was clean and working. Amazing location- very close to everything. Property management was friendly, easy to contact and was able to provide an early and late check out. Only complaint is the beds are a little rough on our backs being adults in our 30’s. Otherwise a great stay!

Great spot, close to skiing and casinos, and the house is in relatively good shape. However, there was no soap or shampoo in the place, and very limited supplies for cooking.

Upon arrival we noticed the house right next door has several broken down/non-operable vehicles in the driveway which isn’t a very attractive first impression. No upon arrival instructions for using TV, heater, hot tub, how to’s. No kitchen utensils for cooking (no tongs, cheese grater, wooden spoons, can opener, spatulas). No storage with lids or foil for leftovers. Cookie sheets and pans were crusty and unusable. BBQ grill is so incredibly dirty, nobody would want to cook on it. Coffee maker buttons, measuring numbers were worn off making it impossible to make a pot of coffee. Tip: Clyde’s Coffee (walkable) is a gem for coffee, smoothies, scones. No decent wine glasses, champagne, etc. coffee mugs small and very small quantity. Coffee maker, measuring cups, etc have no labels/buttons worn out and unreadable. It’s a good thing we brought our own disposable cups. Note: When leaving and going through each room to ensure we didn’t leave anything, we found some wine glasses, mugs, etc. in a bedroom dresser drawer (yes, you read this correctly). There are so many kitchen cabinets, I would have thought these would have been stored where they belong. Again, something that would have been nice to know upon arrival (i.e. a house instruction sheet that had these details). No garage light to use the fun basketball game. House has had some remodel (master bath & kitchen), but many parts of it show lots of wear and tear furniture stains, worn carpet, visibly dirty mini blinds.

Loved it! The property was great, mostly everything worked like the TV, hot water in showers with good pressure, cleanliness. They even came by with replacement batteries for the e-candles in the living room. Really appreciated their prompt responses for the most part which i could text them. Check out was very easy. Beds were comfy. Lots of cooking utensils I was not expecting. I'd stay here again! It is 15 min drive from town is the only thing to note

The house was very accommodating and in a great location.

World Class Property manager was very friendly and resolved a concern of ours very quickly. I would highly recommend this company and their rental properties in the Lake Tahoe area.

Overall, the property was beautiful! It had plenty of space and the bedrooms were quiet large and the common areas were perfect for use to have dinner and hang out. Great location close downtown Tahoe which is uberable and easy to get around. We did notice that were quite a few spider webs/ spiders in the bunk bed room which limited our sleeping options. There is no hair dryer, shampoo/ body wash provided or laundry detergent.

Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Five minute walk to a yoga studio and coffee. The hot tub was hot and ready for us. I loved it.

The house was warm and friendly and close to everything

We were very pleased with this place, and found it to be as advertised. We had a few minor questions/requests after our arrival, and Ray from property management attended to them very promptly. We were especially pleased that even with recent challenging weather, the driveway and sidewalk were cleared, and the hot tub was fully operational and accessible.

My friends and I rented this cabin for a ski trip and we could not be happier. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Also super conveniently located near Heavenly resort as well as the casinos. Would definitely stay again!

The house came with all the necessities. The amenities are such a plus, especially the hot tub after a long day in the snow. The location is great, during the snow storm, when Ubers/taxis were scarce, we were able to walk to the casinos or the village if need be.

Really nice location and home in general. Helpful neighbors/friendly area. Property managers were accommodating to our needs during check in/out. Would suggest fixing the blind brackets in the dining area, as they did not release/let down. Finally, would suggest there be some plan of action in place for guests in the case of power outages. I booked this trip for my besties bachelorette and let me tell you how beautiful this place was. We were only a 5 minute Uber ride from hard rock hotel and close to all the eateries. There’s a coffee shop down the street as well. The jacuzzi was big enough for our group as well. We had a great time and can’t wait to book again.

Great stay all in all. Very nice house and a great location. Only issue we had was the strict noise ordinance at 9pm as it limited the time in spa at night.

The property is great but no iron box and no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer etc) in the bathrooms. Also be mindful of the location of this property. It's in the middle of residential areas

It was okay

Great place to stay! We enjoyed the hot tub, made a great marinated tri tip on the bbq, and there was tons of space. We would like to make this an annual girls trip.

Will definitely book again!
