Great spot, close to skiing and casinos, and the house is in relatively good shape. However, there was no soap or shampoo in the place, and very limited supplies for cooking.

Upon arrival we noticed the house right next door has several broken down/non-operable vehicles in the driveway which isn’t a very attractive first impression. No upon arrival instructions for using TV, heater, hot tub, how to’s. No kitchen utensils for cooking (no tongs, cheese grater, wooden spoons, can opener, spatulas). No storage with lids or foil for leftovers. Cookie sheets and pans were crusty and unusable. BBQ grill is so incredibly dirty, nobody would want to cook on it. Coffee maker buttons, measuring numbers were worn off making it impossible to make a pot of coffee. Tip: Clyde’s Coffee (walkable) is a gem for coffee, smoothies, scones. No decent wine glasses, champagne, etc. coffee mugs small and very small quantity. Coffee maker, measuring cups, etc have no labels/buttons worn out and unreadable. It’s a good thing we brought our own disposable cups. Note: When leaving and going through each room to ensure we didn’t leave anything, we found some wine glasses, mugs, etc. in a bedroom dresser drawer (yes, you read this correctly). There are so many kitchen cabinets, I would have thought these would have been stored where they belong. Again, something that would have been nice to know upon arrival (i.e. a house instruction sheet that had these details). No garage light to use the fun basketball game. House has had some remodel (master bath & kitchen), but many parts of it show lots of wear and tear furniture stains, worn carpet, visibly dirty mini blinds.

Loved it! The property was great, mostly everything worked like the TV, hot water in showers with good pressure, cleanliness. They even came by with replacement batteries for the e-candles in the living room. Really appreciated their prompt responses for the most part which i could text them. Check out was very easy. Beds were comfy. Lots of cooking utensils I was not expecting. I'd stay here again! It is 15 min drive from town is the only thing to note

Overall, the property was beautiful! It had plenty of space and the bedrooms were quiet large and the common areas were perfect for use to have dinner and hang out. Great location close downtown Tahoe which is uberable and easy to get around.
We did notice that were quite a few spider webs/ spiders in the bunk bed room which limited our sleeping options. There is no hair dryer, shampoo/ body wash provided or laundry detergent.

Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Five minute walk to a yoga studio and coffee. The hot tub was hot and ready for us. I loved it.

A great location , lovely home ,suited our needs. Especially loved the hot tub.A few issues with WiFi at beginning but resolved the next morning.House could have done with a deep clean , floors were dirty ,blinds were dirty. Underneath furniture in every room was dirty and old socks and underwear found in downstairs bedroom from previous guests.Decking had glasses and cans left on it and was full of snow .But overall would stay at this property again

We were very pleased with this place, and found it to be as advertised. We had a few minor questions/requests after our arrival, and Ray from property management attended to them very promptly. We were especially pleased that even with recent challenging weather, the driveway and sidewalk were cleared, and the hot tub was fully operational and accessible.

My friends and I rented this cabin for a ski trip and we could not be happier. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Also super conveniently located near Heavenly resort as well as the casinos. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient to everything , skiing, shopping, lake, restaurants,& casino🤭. Big house for our two families. Bedding is actually clean. Enough bedding for everyone. Like the hot tub surrounding by snow. 2 refrigerators which we didn’t use that much in the winter time. Not enough paper towels, napkins and tissues.

The house came with all the necessities. The amenities are such a plus, especially the hot tub after a long day in the snow. The location is great, during the snow storm, when Ubers/taxis were scarce, we were able to walk to the casinos or the village if need be.

The house is great and we had a wonderful time. However I have to say that the room on the first floor is not that great. My parents stayed in there, and they had to move the bed away from the window. There is a draft of cold air. Maybe the window is not properly insulated.

Really nice location and home in general. Helpful neighbors/friendly area. Property managers were accommodating to our needs during check in/out. Would suggest fixing the blind brackets in the dining area, as they did not release/let down. Finally, would suggest there be some plan of action in place for guests in the case of power outages. Thanks again.

I booked this trip for my besties bachelorette and let me tell you how beautiful this place was. We were only a 5 minute Uber ride from hard rock hotel and close to all the eateries. There’s a coffee shop down the street as well. The jacuzzi was big enough for our group as well. We had a great time and can’t wait to book again.

The property is great but no iron box and no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer etc) in the bathrooms. Also be mindful of the location of this property. It's in the middle of residential areas

Second time renting this house for my birthday and I’ll keep coming back. Seamless in all aspects and well equipped to cook which is something I love to do.

Dirty floors, our feet were BLACK after walking around for less than ten minutes.
Toilet paper and paper towels had to be delivered because they were not stocked.
Downstairs toilet was broken and when reported we were told to open the back and FIX IT OURSELVES. It was held together with dental floss and irreparable.
Upstairs bathroom faucet was broken and towel racks fell to to the ground after ONE towel being placed on them.
Master Bedroom balcony door would not open.
Windows missing screens and did not shut all they way which the neighbor informed us was a hazard with the bears in the area.
Dresser drawers in the bedrooms wouldn't open.
Hot tub half full and did not heat up at all.
BBQ was disgustingly dirty.
When we contacted property management in regards to our issues they were extremely rude and called us liars. Going so far as to say we arrived earlier than our requested check in which was physically impossible given where we traveled from.
I wouldn't recommend this rental to my worst enemy.

We liked the homes close location to the lake. There was plenty of places to sleep. The home was also well stocked with extra bedding and kitchen basics.
There were a few maintenance items and items that did not function. We were very disappointed the hot tub was not working and only had a foot of water in it. We booked this home in particular because we wanted a hot tub. We could not get any of the rv remotes to work. The downstairs bathroom toilet was not working. When we investigated as to why we found that the chain in the tank was missing and dental floss was used in its place. Another big item to note was that the controls on the stove got VERY hot and burnt 2 peoples fingers to the point where one had blisters. So be aware of this.

Tahoe was wonderful
The house was spacious with plenty of beds, linens, towels. Two refrigerators. It was nice but has suffered some wear and tear over the years. There is no air conditioning. Some of the windows were difficult to open and close, some had no screens. Blinds were not functioning properly. The barbecue grill needs a cleaning and new cover. The hot tub was not used but looked as bad as the barbecue grill. We didn’t touch it. The back yard was a dust bowl with trees that needed some maintenance. The one worst thing that affected all of us was the dirty floors. Our feet were black within moments of entering. That being said, we could overloook much if this.
There were large areas to gather within the house. The location was great and close to everything. The kitchen was wonderful, the large table could seat everyone. I loved the house. It just really needs a good cleaning. Furniture included.

Great location, not very clean, few things broken
The location of this property is great close to downtown. However, it was not clean at all everyone’s feet were completely black from walking on the floor and the carpets were dirty. The kitchen chairs all looked soiled. The kitchen was not organized at all and some of the dishes did not seem clean. The hot tub had a leak, the toilet didn’t flush without the chain falling off, I would recommend finding a different location.

Great South Tahoe large house!
We stayed for a week with our family and had a blast - The house has a great open layout so even with 8 people we never felt crowded - The Master bedroom is very large with a great bathroom setup. the other rooms are average and no one had any complaints.
PROS: great location, we could get to downtown Tahoe in like 4 minutes. Large house with open floor plan. We used the BBQ almost every day. Great large kitchen with a large dining table. Clean house and plenty of amenties. The extra fridge in the garage was convenient.
CONS: Only minor stuff: patio furniture is 2 old chairs, the third one is broken (Could use a refresh). The Spa is a little dated and we had to top it off with water before each use - I didn't see any leaks, so maybe it's just normal evaporation but would lose like 5" of water each day. the TVs only get like 2-channels so bring a Firestick if you want to watch TV.
leaving 4 stars for communication because the first day we got there I called Property Management to indicate there was trash from the previous tenant in the garage and asked where should leave our trash but never got a callback.

Great place for a large group
We spent 5 days at this property and it was a great! There are plenty of beds, lots of space and a huge dining table. And the hot tub was a hit! Suggestions: more utensils, provide laundry detergent and make sure dishes/glasses/cookware are clean. We would definitely stay again!

Tahoe stay
The house was nice but not necessarily clean. Our feet were black after walking around on the downstairs floor. We loved the kitchen and dining area. The back door does not lock, it appears to be broken. We felt a bit unsafe! Overall the house needs a deep clean but it is in a good location near several beaches and close to downtown south lake area.

My husband fell and hit his head on the deck due to the patio chairs being damaged. The downstairs tub had pink mold all around the edges where you would rest your feet to shave your legs, it was gross. Beds are hard and no ceiling fans for warm nights! We asked for a late checkout and was told we had to wait until the day before to request it. When we did no one would respond! We would not recommend this place for families hoping for a home as the description reads.

It was good but some of the furniture was worn down or missing pieces and the supplies of the home were a little skimpy. For an example, the long bench at the table has missing support bars. Also, we had to go buy more toilet paper to make sure we didn't run out and purchase plastic forks. There was no laundry soap and only 4 dishwasher pods. We got by but it certainly felt skim. I am used to homes having tin foil and plastic wrap as well as a DVD player, tape, and pens with a pad of paper. Just the stuff you wouldn't normally pack in a suitcase. Communication from the property management company was quick, often, and professional. Using the code to get in the front door was convienent.
