Loved everything about our stay here! Walk straight out off the patio and directly onto the sand. Unit was very nice and clean, convenient location, beautiful beach - awesome experience all around! Will definitely be back!

This is our new favorite place to stay! The beach was not crowded even for Memorial Day and was at the doorstep! We all agreed this was the beast beach trip with the nicest beach and accommodations that we have had in this area. The townhouse was clean and quiet and the kitchen well stocked with pans, etc. Two grocery stores within 1/2 mile was nice and is close to shopping and activities in PCB. Gloria is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Love this townhome!! Perfect quiet location, straight off the patio is the beach, great views, clean, decorated beautifully, and owner thought of all the little things to make your stay comfortable. Our first time staying here. Will be back!!! No complaints! Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk out the back door and already be on the beach! Perfect for little kids who love the sand! Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great!

I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Being right on the beach was a game changer. I was able to rest in bed and listen to the ocean and my kids were able to do their own thing but still be close. Family time on our own stretch of private beach could not have been more satisfying or relaxing. Also, being able to go into the hub to shop or eat with a quick drive and then come back to the QUIET was everything I could ask for in a beach vacation. Thank you for the space to make amazing memories.

Great vacay!
Loved our stay at your beautiful townhome! Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and we only had to step outside to the sand. The owner was very easy to work with and has a beautiful townhome on the beach!

Fantastic Week!
As soon as we entered the property, I felt AT HOME. The decor and furnishings are lovely but not ostentatious and just so comforting! The kitchen appliances are top notch, everything was very clean, supplies to clean up after ourselves were easy to find. The most fantastic parts of this property are the amazing view, the accessibility to the beach, and the sound and smell of the ocean just relax every nerve. Our kids played right off the back porch and then we could go down to the water anytime. A storm had also come through before we got there and there were gorgeous shells everywhere! We had a thoroughly wonderful time at Gloria's place, and I highly, highly recommend it. We will certainly be returning!

Very nice condo in a great location
The condo is in a great location and is very well maintained. We loved that it was so close to the beach and within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach was definitely not overcrowded; in fact, we would have never known it was Spring Break had we not traveled to PCB or Destin. Also, Gloria was very easy to work with. We would definitely look to return in the future.

Incredible Location and Townhome
This was our second year staying in Gloria’s townhome for spring break. You literally step off your patio and onto the beach. The location CAN NOT be beat! My 5 and 7 year olds loved playing in the very wide white sand beach. Close to everything on 30A - including amazing restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Gloria has a beautiful beach townhome located directly on the beach. This is the perfect location for our family. It was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the linens were nice. The check in/check out process was very smooth and the location is ideal if you want a quiet beach stay.

Would definitely stay here again!!
Had a wonderful week in PCB staying in Gloria's condo. The private section of beach was the highlight of the trip, and we even met some of our neighbors and made some good friends!! The condo was clean and comfortable, and the amenities listed for the property were accurate. Besides some minor repairs the condo needed (broken closet door) and a need for extra towels (there were 5 adults on the trip and only 6 towels provided), the trip was fantastic and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!! Would definitely book with Gloria again!!

Stepping out from the sliding glass door directly onto the beach was wonderful! Gloria was great to work with. Excellent communication! Townhouse had everything you could need. Will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful location just steps to the ocean!
We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every second. Having the beach right outside the door is a must have. Gloria was great to communicate with and we could not have asked for a better location and accommodations.

Wonderful Week!
We had a great week as the weather was perfect! The accommodations were also perfect from being able to get in a little early to great communication with the owner Gloria. We had everything we could have needed and more. The master bed was so comfortable and we had our morning coffee on the balcony every morning just listening to the peaceful waves. We have stayed at nearby condos in the past but never had a better experience. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect getaway on.the.beach! The spot-on property description/pictures, prompt communication with Gloria and effortless check-in/out made for a perfect anniversary trip. This property is at the quiet end of PCB with close proximity to amenities - IF you want to leave! We enjoyed many sunset dinners at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Like being right in the beach
The best part was walking straight out the back door into the sand. The place was very clean and having use of chairs umbrellas and sand toys was a plus. Listening to the ocean from the bedroom patio and having morning coffee right outside the bedroom while watching the dolphin playfully glide by made for a peaceful relaxing start to the day. Also it is close to walking distance of a great restaurant and grocery and drug store. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Spring Break for our young family
This was the perfect location and townhome for our family of 4. The beach is LITERALLY right off the back patio- which made it perfect for our family. The beach was not crowded at all, and those that were there, were very family friendly. Gloria, the owner, was wonderful to communicate with and, when we did have a challenge with an appliance, she had someone out to fix it within the hour. Absolutely wonderful all the way around - highly recommend the location and the townhome.

Prefect off the strip location
Our 3rd time in PCB first time away from the Strip so peaceful and quiet. Excellent beach right out side the patio door condo is superbly organized it is well kept up excellent WiFi we literally did not have one complaint the entire weekend

Nice Trip
Place was as "on the beach" as you can get! You walk out the back door, take 5 steps, and you are on sand. Nice condo - what I would call typical Florida stuff. It was way too crowded down there for us this trip due to EVERYONE converging on the Florida beaches after opening from Covid. We have vacationed in the are for the last 5 years, and have never seen so many people in October. Beautiful weather all week!

Slice of heaven
My husband and I spent a week at this townhouse on the beach. We only left the property twice all week. Great patio to sit morning moon and night. Also balcony off master great for sitting with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The access to beach could not have been easier. Easy for young and old alike. Quick access to townhouse from your spot on beach too. Great spot for sunset. Area is quiet and all amenities close by. Very responsive owner. Would definitely come back!

My new fav place to stay!
Comfortable and convenient condo, literally steps to the beach, no stairs which is what I needed with my hip injury so worked out perfectly! Ate out most of the time, convenient to 30A restaurants. Overall enjoyed the property and location very much!

Peaceful and beautiful
We had a great time! Gloria was extremely helpful! The condo was wonderfully relaxing, the ocean view is beautiful, and it was wonderful to have a social distanced beach actually feel safe during Covid days. Thank you!

Feet in sand immediately!
This property checked all of our boxes for our annual beach vacation! Upon arrival the property was exactly as described. The unit has two thermostats which we found very helpful in managing temperatures on the two floors. The owner was fantastic & replied very quickly. This end of the beach is less crowded and one of the very reasons we chose it.

Beautiful
We had such a lovely week here. It was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. Nice quiet location and only a short drive to the local attractions. Located just down the street from several grocery stores and good restaurants.
