GULL COTTAGE IS ALWAYS LOVELY AND AND CLEAN AND COSY AND WARM WITH HEATING IN ALL ROOMS AND A WOODHEATER AND VERY COMFY BEDS CLOSE TO TOWN AND SHOPS BUT NOT TO CLOSE LOVELY AND QUIET AND LOVELY VEIWS THIS IS MY THIRD TIME STAYING AT THE GULL AND I WILL BE BACK AGAIN WHEN STAYTING IN ST.HELENS ITS MY FAVOURITE SPOT THANK YOU GARY N TRISH ONCE AGAIN FOR A LOVELY STAY WITH FRIENDS.

The location, size and status of this place is underrated. The views are amazing. So quiet, so tranquil. We WILL be back!

Beautiful property with relaxing views over the river. Spent a lot of time in the armchairs enjoying the view through the huge windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Seamless rental experience and the cottage over delivers in all areas. The bedrooms are large with quality bedding. The kitchen is spacious and the living areas have views of the bay. It is the best accomodation we have stayed in and we didn't want to leave. Better than five stars.

Excellent stay with relaxing views of estuary

We wish Gull Cottage had been available for longer. Lovely "feel" to the cottage. Very spacious with different areas - bedrooms had sitting places, so good for adult families or friends travelling together.

An excellent location with lots of privacy and a beautiful, calming water view.

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room and a wonderful outlook. We will definitely be back.

This is a stunning home in a beautiful location. The photos don't do the property justice. There are 3 generous bedrooms, each one has a view over St Helens bay. The gardens are wonderfully maintained and were full of birds and daffodils. The bed and chairs were super comfy (I totally need to own the chairs in the sun room!) and the linens on the bed were deliciously soft. The kitchen is spacious with a fabulous cooker - it was so big two people can use it simultaneously. The kitchen had everything we needed (however, if you don't like French press coffee, bring your own Moka). St Helens is only a few minutes drive away and it has everything you need for a short stay or a month. I seriously can't recommend this property enough. Do yourself a favour, don't think about it, just book!

Gorgeous view over the bay. The home has everything we needed. Great spot to explore Bay of Fires and other areas. We didn’t eat out as the cooking facilities were fantastic.

Gull cottage is a beautiful clean and cosy warm house with lovely big comfy beds close to everything. this is my second stay and wont hesitate to return when I am next in st.helens.

We all enjoyed our stay at this fabulous property even though the stay was not long enough. Well maintained, spacious and comfortable property. Lovely outlook and close to amenities. Enjoyed our travels around Binalong bay and beyond. Able to communicate easily with Trish and Gary. Would definitely revisit.

This is a lovely house in a beautiful location with plenty of space both indoors and out. We really enjoyed our stay here again this year and will definitely be back. Just perfect for a relaxing family holiday :)

I have stayed at this beautiful property multiple times and I have loved it every time, the only one complaint I have is I hate leaving, gary and trish and cleaners go above and beyond to make my mum and I comfortable, I can't wait to go back. Thanks again.

This is my 3rd time staying at this gorgeous property and I can't wait to go back and stay again. They go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, like pulling the master bedroom mattress down on the floor for my mum because she can't get into the bed as she is short and elderly. Also I was very excited that it now has Netflix so I enjoyed a cold winter's day sitting on the couch with a roaring fire, binge watching tv series. The only downside was my sister was unable to visit from Queensland, so she missed out this time, it gives me an excuse to rebook when she can next visit. To sum up, we Love! Love! Love! This beautiful home

From the moment we walked in we totally loved this property. The ambience and stunning views were amazing and everything you could need was supplied. Comfy bed, awesome kitchen, easy access, good communication, great vibe.

The property is beautiful! Did not want to leave. Owners are very accommodating. Will definately be going back.

My husband and I spent three very comfortable nights at Gull Cottage while we toured the Bay of Fires area. The cottage has an attractive ambience, was well equipped, and has a lovely view over the harbour. We slept very well in the kingsize bed downstairs, and could easily have accommodated several other members of our family! We self-catered, finding everything we needed in St. Helen's, just a short drive away, and the kitchen/dining room and bbq arrangement at the cottage suited us just fine. If we return to St. Helen's we'll definitely return to Gull Cottage!

Pleasantly surprised, the photos on-line did not disappoint. Absolutely Spotless and well appointed, everything one needs during their stay.The first few days the weather wasn't so great but the log fire made the evening very cosy.Gull Cottage is very well located, short drive to St Hellen's and central to many attractions and landmarks. Little Blue Lake; Bay of Fires Eco Tour @ Binalong Bay; Derby were some of our favourites.Brunch @ Lifebouy Cafe is a must, but very popular.Our only negative comment is that the sign for the cottage and " white Posts' As markers, are not clearly identifiable from the road, we drove past.The area is very serene and was what was needed for our stay.Would love to come back with other members of our family.Was impressed with the CD & DVD collections, even though not used on this visit.Our hosts provided the necessary information prior to our stay without having to be prompted.Thank You

I love staying here this is the second time staying here and it lived up to my memories, the owners gary and trish went out of their way to make sure my mother was comfortable as bed was to high for her last time, they organized for the bed to be lowered for her. It has everything you need or want I would highly recommend for anyone to stay there I can't wait to go and stay again

It is a beautiful property my only problem is it wasn't a long enough stay. The wood fire was so warm and toasty as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets, 2 tv's many dvd's and cd's, the kitchen was divine, my favourite colour, the view looking at the water across the road with the yachts moored there, the charm of the house, plenty of parking, a restaurant only a minute drive away or 5 min walk, can't wait to go and stay again
