All interactions with management were professional and appropriate. The place itself is reasonably nice, though it could use a solid think about usability, a few more pieces of furniture, and a more sophisticated thermostat given the fundamental temperature challenges of a lofted bedroom. The most notable feature is that it's extremely well-lit; that includes a non-obscurable skylight, so definitely be prepared for the whole place being sunlit in the daytime.
Parking in the adjacent lot was always easy except 12-3pm on weekdays. But I barely moved the car in 2.5 months here; most of Eureka is in easy walking distance. If you're here for a while, be sure to get out on the bay with watercraft classes/rentals from Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center just down the street.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet, & peaceful. We love the tall ceilings an beautiful large windows and all the light! All the conveniences of being in the heart of Old Town yet a feeling of privacy in this spacious place. The host couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. We would love to return.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet, & peaceful. We love the tall ceilings an beautiful large windows and all the light! All the conveniences of being in the heart of Old Town yet a feeling of privacy in this spacious place. The host couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. We would love to return.

Amazing Property!
We fell in love with the unit the minute we walked in. It was perfect for the two of us. What caught my attention was the loft style. The unit came with all the kitchen utilities which were great because we wanted home-cooked food. It came with books... which was my most favorite part of the loft. It has ample security and we felt very safe in the building.

Plenty of room for two. Kitchen was small and short on counter space but manageable. Loft bedroom was spacious and well lit. "Living room chairs a bit uncomfortable. Open and airy space. Convenient location. Parking could be a challenge.
