- Perfect location - SUPER close to snowflake trail & lift - very well equipped home, had everything we needed

We had plenty of space for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) Easy walk into town, the hot tub was great for after skiing, and the heated garage was really the unsung hero because we could keep our gear warm and dry.

Everything from ski and ski out to the town is that your fingertips. Wonderful townhouse with everything you need.

My 18 old son, his 2 friends and I stayed here for ski trip. It was a perfect size for our group and could accommodate more. The home’s radiant heat flooring kept the entire home warm without any adjustments. Skiing in & out was a plus along with a heated garage. Highly recommend this rental!

This rental property was very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the mountain views and rustic setting. The resort was one of my favorites in CO. I would definitely consider renting this property again!

We had an amazing trip! Great location, loved the hot tub after a day in the slopes, close to downtown! Easy access to Snowflake lift in the morning to C Chair got us up the mountain without the wait. Heated floors always kept the place cozy!!

Great owners, very helpful, high value, great location, super casual place with plenty of space and everything you need. Three levels of living for space and privacy. Large gathering area around the kitchen. Easy to get to the slopes and everything that Breckenridge has to offer. Solid value

Great spot. Hot tub was awesome and easy to access. Skiing in was a bit difficult but skiing out to the Snowflake lift was awesome! The bud system is so accessible and once you understood it you could go anywhere. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying at Breck.

This is a beautiful property in an excellent skin-in location that has everything you need and all in beautiful mountain style. Perfect accommodations for our family of six adults, privacy for all, lots of extras that made it even better! Hot tub with spa towels, fully equipped kitchen, radiant heat that keeps you toasty, games to enjoy, a home away from home! We will definitely come back!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Everything was just as listed! The owners provide detailed information for everything you need to know. Just read their instructions especially for the ski in and you will love every minute The communication with the owner was amazing. We will definitely rent this property again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean, great kitchen set up. Comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the hot tub outside (the chemicals were not too strong). Perfect for after a day of skiing.

Perfect place for a summer stay in Breck. Walking distance to hiking and Main Street. Townhouse is comfortable with backyard patio private spa and upper deck to sit in the sun. Very responsive owner with easy check in and out.

Perfect condo for our 6 adults! Ski out is a breeze ski-in is easy just some skating in one area. Great hot tub! Great communication with the owner. Nice updated bathrooms. Kitchen had what we needed. Quick drive to town. Would stay there again. Gloria B

Skippers house was just as shown. Spacious separate floors w bedrooms. The heated garage was a real perk entering after a cold ski day. Great place to leave boots, skis, and gear. Hot tub was fantastic!! We used it each afternoon after skiing.. The ski out was perfect for all of us. Ski back is a little rough. My boys managed but I jumped on the shuttle from The Grand Timber Lodge which picked me up on Peak 9 I think Beaver Run location. It is right on Snowflake right around the corner from Sanddewood House. Then walked. All good! Would definitely return. Ps: a great restaurant was Aurum. Fantastic food request back room if you like it a little quieter.

This was a perfect home for a family of 5. Very clean, plenty of bedrooms on multiple floors, great amenities (brand new washer/dryer, e.g.). Enjoyed our stay and would stay here next time.

Great condo and stocked with everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and so nice to have the 3 levels, everyone had their own space. Warm, nice heated garage and location to town perfect. The only draw back was the location to the lift. I was under the impression walk out the door put on my skis and go, not the case. It is a road over and the lift is there but to actually ski back to the condo is completely flat, lots of polling and you cut through other condos to get to yours. Unfortunately we only went that direction once, absolutely no go for snow boarders. Other than that one detail, we loved the condo. Check in was easy, we didn't even have to contact the owner for anything. Very quiet and enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your home with us.💜

The house was exactly as advertised! It is the perfect location for a family ski vacation! We could ski in/ski out and walk down to the bus stop to get to Main Street easily. The house is very well stocked with everything. The heated floors are the best! We also enjoyed use of the hot tub after long days on the slopes. We truly had a perfect vacation!

Not the best location for a snowboarder though due to flat run returning to home. Skipper was the best with communication and so very helpful leading up to our trip and throughout! The property was perfect for four senior guys who wanted to ski for a few days. Excellent layout and all the utensils and small perks necessary for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was superb. Especially liked the smart TV for watching some Youtube aviation videos (we're all ex-military fightern pilots). Would definitely come again.
