It is quite a long walk thru the dune paths to the beach for smaller children. The home was exactly as pictures. Plenty of room and parking for large families.

Great beach house less than block from beach w lifeguard station. Clean, spacious, and comfy.

Our stay in Brigantine was very nice. The house was clean and beautiful. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a nice size group. My husband and I take our 3 grown children and significant others and their children every summer to a week at the shore. This place is close to the beach and plenty of space for all to have bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed spending quality time with the babies and toddlers. It is a great place for family time!

This is a wonderful vacation home for large families. The property is very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is very well equipted. The deck has plenty of seating for all to enjoy. Our family had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home.

We had a great week. The house has plenty of room. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. Consistent with the other reviews, it is a longer walk to the beach - but for us, We thought the beach was less crowded because of it. The house is well stocked w basic spices, the kitchen items are great and there is still enough storage space for pantry food items. The extra fridge and freezer in the basement was a nice surprise. We had a great week, and Sean was very responsive to any questions along the way. Definitely recommend the house!!!

We loved this house. It looked good in the listing photos but it was even better in person! This was the perfect house for our family and friends. It was really close to the beach (it's definitely a long walk, but you can't get much closer to the beach entrance) and the beach in front of the house had a great tide pool every day that our kids could play in. The house had everything we needed for a great week. We would definitely stay here again.

I rented this house for a family reunion that included 10 adults, 2 young children and 2 infants. It was the perfect set up for us. Bedrooms on every floor meant that the young ones could be away from the main living areas and have peaceful nap and bed times. It was so helpful that the house was very well stocked, with plenty of pots and pans, kitchen essentials such as dish soap, foil, baggies, laundry detergent, sunscreen and bug spray, plenty of games, bikes, exercise equipment, and even chairs and toys for the beach. We only packed bed sheets, towels, shower supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. The house is only four properties from the beach, but the walk to the water is longer on the south side of the island than in some other areas of Brigantine. There's a decent amount of dunes to walk through, but there is a wide clear planked path. The outdoor shower made it easy to keep sand outside and enjoy the nice clean house. The wide open living space and patios were perfect for our large group to all gather together, although we all had our own separate spaces at night. Great property! Will consider coming back!
