The location of the property was ideal. My niece has been vacationing in the general area since childhood. I love Turkeys Restaurant. Everyone we meet was helpful and friendly. Mass on Saturday evening at the beautiful Catholic Church was so meaningful to both of us. I personally helped boost the economy of the town. I love Tom’s Moms Cookies. We went to the Lyric. What a gem. Jennie will return in the spring. I’m usually traveling in Europe but I know I’ll return to Harbor Srings. It’s a special place.

We love staying at this property. It is perfect for a long ski weekend. This was our second time staying here. It would be great in the summer. The outdoor space is incredible too. The only improvement that could be made is the electrical outlets in the master bedroom. There are not enough. A second power strip wound be helpful. Overall we give it 5 stars and plan to return next year.

This was our third stay. Even tho the weather did not cooperate, this carriage house did. We spent all of our time indoors or taking car tours of the area, no biking or walking. However this made it even more important to have a cozy inside environment. It never disappoints.

You will love staying in this beautifully remodeled carriage house! The decor is charming and sophisticated; furnishings are beautiful and so comfortable for a relaxing getaway. The home is very thoughtfully stocked - from the coffee bar to toiletries to luxurious towels and bedding! You will be surrounded by beautiful gardens and the soft sound of wind chimes were magical! It is right on the edge of the quaint downtown area. We walked for coffee in the morning and to other restaurants in the evening. So well-situated! We will be back!

325 is a unique 'hideaway'. Backyard was very peaceful and beautiful. Ability to walk everywhere was wonderful. Prompt attention to toilet problem appreciated. Got good exercise using stairs as I slept downstairs!! haha All was good..............

This is a lovely home with the main floor up high in the trees, a lovely garden with a fountain, located one block from Main street in Harbor Springs. The master bath is like a 5 star hotel and the owner has thought of everything you need and more.

Three adults stayed here for 4 nights. The location was perfect. We were very close to downtown Harbor to get to restaurants and shopping. It was just a couple minutes walk down to the water and marina. The parking situation was fantastic! We also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The firepit with the water fountain flowing made for a truly relaxing space. The kitchen was well appointed for making some meals at home. Communication with the host was quick and easy. They also kept us informed with some fun activities and events happening locally. We could not have been happier with our stay at the cottage!

The carriage house is an exceptional property that is beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable, and located within walking distance to everything in downtown Harbor Springs. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful house and landscaping/ gardens to enjoy. Very short walk to town and all Harbor Springs has to offer. Kitchen met all our needs for meals in. 8 min drive to Petoskey state park to enjoy the beach. It was a fabulous getaway to relax and enjoy my daughter’s birthday.

The Carriage House is beautifully maintained and very clean. We especially enjoyed the cozy and inviting interior and exceptional garden area. We found it serene and perfect for enjoying a night-time campfire and daytime nap and book. The space is very cozy and inviting. It's proximity to downtown Harbor Springs was so convenient. Just a block away to great food and shopping. Wonderful stay. Cannot wait to visit again!

Cozy and clean house which was a block from downtown and super close to Petoskey and lots of fun winter activities at Boyne and Nubs Nob. The property owner was super friendly and helpful, and our girls loved the pinball machine! Highly recommend this house!

It was perfect for my husband and I and our two girls, and it really felt like a “vacation” staying here. The decor is beautiful and comfortable, but the biggest thing for me is that it was so clean (not because of Covid, but general cleanliness). It was great to be able to walk downtown to dinner and the shops, and was a short drive to both Nubs Nob and Boyne highlands. We would definitely rent again!

Since we were there in the winter we were unable to experience the garden space, but I can certainly see it as a very special place in the summer. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovingly restored, beautifully decorated, and charming carriage house Comfort is foremost here with overstuffed sofas and chairs, throw blankets, and electric fireplace. Supplies such as towels, shampoo, paper products are very ample. Guests even have access to parking In the garage. And the Main Street of Harbor Springs is only one block away! But we found the best part to be the exceptional yard with outstanding landscaping including a small waterfall/koi pond, comfortable rocking chairs, and heat table. Our 2 day stay was much too short and we would love to return here!

This Carriage House was a pleasant surprise. We expected high quality as the location, property description and cleanliness reviews were all five star. What was a pleasant surprise was the how far this owner has gone to make it a "walk in" pleasure. The communications and check-in procedure were super easy. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the little things that are often on your first grocery run. The furnishing and beds were top drawer and very comfortable. Another surprise bonus was the yard, the landscaping, the fountain, and the outdoor furniture. Very private and relaxing. This property ranks at the top of our VRBO experiences .

The cottage exceeded our expectations and I would suggest it was one of the best places we've rented so far! Location, ease of check in/check out, cleanliness, and amenities all factored into a great experience for my wife and I. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great downtown Harbor Springs location!

Great property! Our second time here at this property Terrific downtown location with a surprise garden; complete with fountain, fire table, grill and really just a wonderful garden area!!!! It has a very nicely appointed kitchen.There is upgraded comfy linens in generous supply. Actually everything you need is provided. We will definitely stay again !

Property is wonderful, clean, comfortable and within a minutes walk to down town. Clean public beach, great restaurants, fun bike riding and sail boat watching. Can't recommend this rental enough! Clear communication from owners. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Tastefully decorated. Well appointed. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again! (As a second-floor living area, would not be appropriate for those that are unable to climb one flight of stairs.)

Loved this property! You cannot beat the location! The backyard was amazing with beautiful hydrangeas blossoming everywhere. Doug and Liana even had four bikes in the garage for us to use and we were all able to explore town on bikes! We were also able to use the outside fire pit to make s'mores with the supplies they left us. We had a great trip and would definitely come back to stay at Doug and Liana's VRBO!
