A fantastic place! As rustic as can be. Pretty much off the grid…and the outhouse!!! Just up the road from Mt. Princeton Hot springs. Quaint and quiet! We loved it!!!

We weren't sure at first, but after 24 hours we realized it was going to be a great week! It kept us warm, dry & helped us make some amazing memories! Quietly tucked away down a CR past the business & even had a fishing pond within walking distance. Saw lots of wildlife too. Would definitely rebook.

We had a mother/ daughter weekend! My daughter flew in from Chicago. It was fabulous! No cell service, so I had her all to myself! I did share her with nature. We went on several hikes, visited St. Elmo, more hikes, went to the hot springs often, so relaxing! We loved the cabin and the surroundings! So peaceful! We both want to come back and bring our family and friends!

The location is great for peaks along Chalk Creek Road and around St Elmo. No frills, but that's how it's advertised. It was exactly what I expected and met our needs.

The perfect unique experience for a winter weekend.

Everything clean and as advertised. Good location north of town for seeing all the sites. Big comfortable beds. Owners responsive. Home is on lot with other mobile units but we never saw anyone else on the property. Can hear passing trains at night but not loud

Felt like camping without the tint wasn’t terrible just froze most of the time. I recommend this place for couples and adults only

My wife and I and two friends used the Thumper cabin as our lodging for an elk hunt in the area. The check-in process was simple and we had no problem finding the cabin.
The cabin worked well for us. The location was good. The area was very quiet and we kept warm with the space heaters provided and the wood burning stove in the main bedroom.
The only problem was that, after we had checked in, I learned that the cabin did not have a restroom or shower facilities. After arriving, however, I found that those facilities were provided in another cabin close by. The facilities were nice and turned out to be a minor inconvenience.
We enjoyed Thumper and the cozy solitude it provided. Yes, we would stay here again in the future.

I thought it would be a step up from camping. I didn’t stay because my partner refused and we ended up camping. The cabin had a creepy vibe - that and all the rules. No refund- didn’t bother asking.

A lot of signs by the owner. Don’t use this or that, some of which was confusing. The over use didn’t provide an environment of complete relaxation.

We had the most amazing time while at Bunny Lane. We stayed in the Thumper cabin and it was exactly what we were looking for. Rustic and beautiful with so much to do! Thanks to Jeff, the woodpeckers, coyote and the plentiful trout for the hospitality and fun!

Gorgeous setting, charming log cabins, clean outhouse and bathing facilities, nice host on the premise. Do read the instructions before you arrive and the info on important bits like how to operate the wood burning stove, it will be very helpful and will make your stay far more pleasant. A wonderful spot.

This cabin is a step above camping. It is relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. There are signs EVERYWHERE reminding you of the dos and don'ts which there are many. The resident mice are well fed and they stayed in the living room (I think) while I took one of the bedrooms. The shared bath is a rustic outhouse. I walked around the property and never did find the bathhouse. The setting is beautiful, fabulous mountain views and the stars were amazing! I stayed in Thumper and don't know if the other cabins were the same. Across the street there are 3 or 4 beautiful cabins. I will stay there next time as they have bathrooms and nice front porches. The property is overpriced for what it is. The owner is slow to respond to email requests or phone calls. But he is very hands off. I did not see him during my stay.

The outdoor area was wonderful... thank you for sharing your place.

Very rustic with a great location. We enjoyed the cabin and the horses at the rear of the property. The property in general can use some TLC and Thumper needs a cat to eradicate the mice that are living in the ceiling and walls of the front bedroom.
