Great clean home, great yard, large grill and outdoor furniture was great. A quiet neighborhood and close walk to beach. Had dinner outside. So lovely!

Other reviews mention all of this but owners haven't corrected or changed - burnt out front porch light. very uncomfortable full bed but called a Queen-one queen bed, one uncomfortable full bed and two twins. Four chairs in living room not enough for our party of 6 to watch olympics.

The fact that it was a house.

The house was nothing like in the pictures. It was in terrible condition. The windows were missing frames, no blinds in the kid's bedroom, no blinds on the large windows in the dining room, living room, and kitchen. The outlets were not working. Lights were not working, so the living room was dark with very dim lights in the kitchen coming from the microwave :( the bathrooms had broken toilet paper hangers. Worker tools were left in the dining room with blinds that should've been hooked and screens for windows. The patio had wooden planks laying on the floor right next to the table with glass of water next to it, and nail for nail guns. It was shocking for the amount of money we laid for it. This wasn't the cheapest place to stay but looked nice in the advertised pictures - not the construction site we saw...

We've never stayed in Fisher's Landing, but found this property last minute and really enjoyed the location. It's a 15 minute walk to 40th Pole beach via a path that starts around the corner. It's a beautiful walk -- if you're walking there at sunset, it's amazing. If you have little kids, keep in mind that part of the path isn't wide enough for a beach wagon. In fact, if you have little kids, you'd probably want to drive to the beach. The house is super clean, has beautiful wood floors, the kitchen has everything you need, the deck is in really good condition and the full length of the house, and outdoor shower is perfect. The owners were really nice to have things available like dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner. Since we booked last minute, we weren't able to get a car ferry. So, we used the bus that stopped on Madaket Road just up the street from the entrance to the community. It came every half hour and was a quick ride to town.

Honestly, we really liked the property and would stay there again.

One of the queen bedrooms was actually a full-size bed. Not as comfortable as it could have been. Although the house was designed for 6 guests, the living room had seating for only 4 gusts.
