Wonderful home midway between the Newport and Balboa piers. Steps to the beach and short walk to the Balboa Ferry. Home is immaculate, and has everything needed for a beach vacation. We enjoyed the fresh flowers, wine and chocolates upon arrival! Easy and pleasant communication with the Host who was available if needed. We look forward to visiting again!

Just spent a week at this fabulous home with my kids and grandson and it was fantastic...from start to finish!
Russ was easy to work with, very responsive and helpful. Check-in was a breeze.
The home is just as described. Nicer that many that you find near the beach for sure. They take care of the home and keep it clean and current. The home is definitely well-stocked with the essentials and we really loved having the bikes for all of us and the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. They even had a high chair and playpens for my grandson! Rooftop area was well used too, both early in the morning with coffee and late at night with a glass of wine :)
The best part though is the location. Midway between the Newport and Balboa piers was perfect...not too long either way. And, just a block off the beach. Quiet, but still right there!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Newport! Thanks Russ!

Beautiful home with everything you need for a fun filled beach vaca! Russ was fast to respond and very friendly. We enjoyed the short walk to ocean, playing vball in the sand and riding the waves on the boogie boards available at property. Washer and dryer came in handy and cute little market was close walk for goodies. Recommend the whale watching tour and sunset boat tour at the pier. Will be back!

We really loved the house and the hospitality. The house has more than one needs for a great time on the peninsula. Very spacious, clean, detail-oriented townhouse. We loved the rooftop with its BBQ station. Kitchen has a nice setup, streaming services, wetsuits, bikes. Russ was super nice and responded quickly. 5 stars!

The location was ideal. The property was inviting and clean. The thoughtful host had fresh flowers, wine and chocolate waiting to greet us. The home also provided bikes and beach chairs for a relaxing time on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Our adult family really enjoyed the stay and all of the amenities in this property. So many thoughtful touches that personalize the home and make the stay so enjoyable. The rooftop deck provided a welcome sanctuary in the sun even through cooler temps. And the 6 bikes made going to the Newport and Balboa piers easy. Wonderful stay!!

We stayed at Russ’ place for a family short winter break. It is a great place for family ge together. We spent time enjoying the beach and rode around in the provided bikes for family of six. All and all we thanked for a great time’

This location met all of our needs. It was as wonderful as advertised We were three couples, so each bedroom having their own en-suite was a major plus. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for meal prep and the grill up on the rooftop deck gave us options for all kinds of dining. Speaking of the rooftop deck, this was a favorite location by all of us; from breakfast coffee watching the sunrise, to sunset dinners by lantern light. It does get very dark up there, so be prepared to add some light to any nighttime activities. The location lends itself to biking and walking along the nearby beach walk which was a lot fun also.

This property was amazing! We loved that all 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It was very convenient for 3 couples. The location was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The neighborhood was great and we always felt safe. The owner was very easy to communicate with and worked with us when we misunderstood the check out time. I highly recommend this property.

This home was lovely with all the amenities you could need. Thank you for the welcome book full of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Our stay at your home was so comfortable. The Newport Beach area is absolutely stunning. Great restaurants, lots of walking and bike trails. We only wish we were there a few days longer. This is the vacation rental property that we all want...it has everything you might need. There are beach towels, beach equipment, grill equipment, adequate towels and supplies. It was so nice to not have to run to the store for aluminum foil or a wine opener. The property is clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The house was exactly as described. It was nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom and an amazing rooftop patio. The house was stalked with all needed amenities and decorated nicely. Russ was wonderful with any questions we had. The location was amazing with being able to quickly walk to the beach and back. Also, convenient walking distance to Newport Pier and shops. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Newport Beach Vacation
This was the second time my wife, our daughter and I rented this house in beautiful Newport Beach. We selected this property because of its excellent location being just one house from the beach and walking distance to the pier. The rooftop deck allowed us to enjoy the sights and smells of the ocean with sufficient space to read, enjoy a meal and take in the sun. We also loved the convenience of having a private bathroom attached to each bedroom. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. The home was very nicely decorated and had all that we needed to enjoy a week at the beach! We’ll definitely rent this property again on future visits to Newport Beach and will strongly recommend it to our friends!
